To all the wonderful caregivers and staff at Maplewood. Our family wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the care, comfort, support, friendship and love you provided to our mother/wife. [name removed], during her stay. Though her time at Maplewood was short, the lasting impression of her quality care and relationships famed is long. you welcomed her into Maplewood like family and cared for her as such. we will miss her everyday and our friend and staff at Maplewood.

Our dad has been at 2 other facilities in the past 4 months. This one is the best by far even though the others were also highly rated. The facility is beautiful and clean and very well appointed. The food looks and taste delicious and is presented beautifully. Most importantly the staff is very caring and attentive. All of our interactions w/staff have been excellent, and Dad is finally getting the care we want for him!

We just never know the timing when someone is going to leave do we? The good news [name removed] was very content at Maplewood. Especially in a year of unprecedented challenges. [name removed] moved in Valentine's day 2020. You kept him safe, health, and happy. His smile told the story and charmed us all.

My husband and I were living in an independent living and my husband began to wander at night and his dementia was advancing- a friend recommended Maplewood to my son and we moved [name removed] just before the start of COVID. Visitation was hard for me as I no longer was driving but [name removed] made sure that virtual visits were scheduled often. As visitation was lifted indoors I was able to join my husband for meals and spend several hours at a time with him. Caregivers were knowledgeable, friendly and knew everyone's needs. His apartment was clean and food was good. The staff made our anniversary special with flowers and cake. I'd recommend maplewood without hesitation to anyone in need.

My cousin, {name removed} has been for several months. It has been a smooth harvestion from her home in NY. Are the staff are professionally friendly and most helpful. Wonderful activities and food. Best facility on Cape Cod!

This week my wife and I visited our long time next door neighbor, who recently moved into the Maplewood facility. Frankly, we miss her and wanted to see with our own eyes, the place she speaks so highly of! Well, we’ll still miss seeing her everyday, but we will no longer be concerned about her new home (assisted living) and the professionals that help her. Wow! Everything really exceeded what we had expected. While we were only there for a couple of hours we had a great feeling when we left, knowing that she really was in good hands!! Thanks Maplewood!

The entire staff-caregivers,housekeepers,activities, food preparation staff are all excellent and dedicated. I feel that they are all so caring and well trained. Best place to have your family member live.

I have worked along side maplewood at Weston for over a year.This facility is by far the BEST facility Ihave ever been to!! All staff truly care for their residents and they provide the best care. The staff is very experienced. I can not recommend a place more highly. The facility is very nice and clean, and very well mantained. Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

[name removed] is a wonderful Director. Her warmth and friendly demeanor set the tome for the attitude the staff has toward the residents and families. I am continually impressed with the how quickly [name removed] responds to emails. I am a Nutritionist and have worked in healthcare. So I am critical about a senior community. I cant say enough good things about about Maplewood. Unfortunately my father became much sicker shortly after driving. Being new at Maplewood I reached out to [name removed] to help me address our needs and she was always on top of making sure we had whatever we needed. My mother is still at Maplewood and even though we had some staff changes through the year, the new staff seems as good or better than the former staff. I thank [name removed] for that too. The residents are happy at Maplewood and well taken care of, you can't ask for more.

Maplewood at Southport is a fantastic facility in every way, the most important being their dedicated staff. At every level, my loved one is looked after with kindness and compassion. The level of expertise is unmatched by other senior care living experiences. My loved one has dignity and agency. The programming is stimulating and safe. And their Covid protocols have been incredibly effective at keeping the community sale and healthy.

In November of 2021, I toured the community and was amazed with how welcomed the staff of Maplewood made me feel. I was greeted by caregivers, a housekeeper and a nurse as I was walking through the community. The community presented well, folks were engaged with one another, people looked nice and it didn't feel like a nursing home (looked more like a hotel). The atmosphere was very inviting, lots of windows and open spaces for conversations.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and the tour experience was fine but the facility itself did not seem as use friendly as another community we were looking at.

We often refer residents who are out of our scope of care to Maplewood. We follow our residents so that we are sure they are receiving great care. Not only are our residents and their families happy but the process for move in, admissions, care and beyond is amazing.

My mother has been a resident of Mill Hill Residences in Yarmouth, MA for a year and I could not think of a better place for her to be at this time in her life. The tasteful surroundings including the great room with its fireplace, dining area with its white tablecloths and theater room are fresh, clean, comfortable and modern. The meals are top notch and the daily activities are varied and well attended. I visit her on a regular basis and I find that the management team, concierge, activities coordinator, nurses, and associates are always caring, attendant to her specific needs and positive. It is easy to give Mill Hill a five star rating and I recommend it to anyone in need of a safe appropriate place for their senior citizen loved ones.

My husband was taken very good care of. [name removed] was very patient and comforting to him. When he needed to goo the hospital she would talk and put him at ease. When he needed hospice [name removed] was very helpful and she was always there to talk to. The aides were always smiling and patient with him. Maplewood was always very clean, and the food was good and healthy. The activities are very good and the events that are held.
