Manors of the Valley

I have moved my mom here after her spending 6 years in a [removed]. I have to say the quality of care and attention to her care needs are far superior here. After dealing with MANY years of similar care with the same person (mom) I can provide some helpful advise. Saucon has gotten it right! Their attention to her specific care needs, rehabilitation coordination and provision are professional and appropriate for her higher level needs. If anyone is new to this process, listen to a place for mom advisors and look at the whole package and type of care your loved one needs. Also be mindful of the facility's cost schedule and contract. Facilities can have reasonable BASE charges and contracts and rate schedules that add up to DOUBLE the base rate. Don't be shocked or caught off guard, do your homework first. This place is the real deal. Beware of any [removed], I have see their quality decline, care for residents diminish and fees skyrocket in the past few years!

Received call from [name removed]?. I called back and spoke with [name removed] (I believe). We discussed my wife's level of care required (Level 4) and she quoted me some costs. I made an appointment to visit at noon on [date removed]

Very well run place, smart intelligent staff. Recommended!

Making the decision to move both my parents to a personal care facility wasn't easy, but Saucon Valley Manor's warm, compassionate staff and high-level safety protocol made it easier. I can truly trust the staff to take care of my parents because they are always in a great mood when I come to visit.

I definitely appreciate the all-inclusive care at Saucon Valley Manor, especially after an unpleasant and expensive experience elsewhere. You really get a great sense of community and friendship between residents and staff alike, and my dad loves it here so far.

Saucon Valley Manor’s wonderful staff and uplifting environment are the two most notable things for me whenever I visit my father. I always feel welcome and know that he is in good hands - not to mention he loves the community and the friends he has made here. I was relieved to find such a nice place for my father.

Bethlehem Manor immediately stood out to me as the best option within a practical distance from where I live. I like to visit my mother often so it’s nice to have her stay somewhere relatively close by. The other thing that stood out to me was the wonderful staff. They are always extremely friendly and know me by name. I can rest knowing they are there for my mother with whatever she needs, whenever she needs it. Wonderful place.

The first thing I noticed about Whitehall Manor was how friendly and accommodating the staff are. My mother needs a lot of attention due to her dementia, and they are always happy to help with her needs. They even took a photo of her and held a small celebration for her birthday, which fell on her first week of being there. It made her feel so special! I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

What first drew me to Whitehall Manor was the convenience in location. My mother is in need of a loving, specialized community with Memory Care and Whitehall Manor is beautiful. She loves the fountain and swans out front, and the staff are very helpful.

My family and I have just started our search for a home for our mother, and Saucon Valley Manor is by far the friendliest location we have toured so far. All the staff knows the names of the residents who are passing by them in the halls, and the residents seem very happy. We are still in the process of joining, but feel very comfortable that this is the right community for her.

I like this community. The staff has been able to learn more about the care that she needed. The staff is kind and helpful. The menu is good and there is a large variety. The community is clean and I like knowing that the staff is very sensitive to her needs. I would recommend this community for the care of a loved one for the good care and value for others.

My grandma had a good respite stay at this community. The food was good. The staff did everything they were supposed to do to care for her. The community was clean and we would use this community again for a respite stay.

Mom states that Bethlehem Manor has exceeded her expectations. Although we would prefer to have her independent and at home, this care facility certainly has done a great job making her feel at home. The staff is helpful and kind, [Removed] does a tremendous job dealing with any and all issues that may arise. Love the activities and food is great.

The employees were very caring and pleasant. I will enjoy coming back if deemed necessary.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The facility is brand new and I really like the floor plan they have. The staff have been easy to work with and are always engaged with all of the residents. They often do memory exercises with them as well as play music and movies throughout the day. The second floor is dedicated to the memory care unit and they have a great overall program. I am very pleased with this place and would recommend them to anyone.

My aunt is very happy living at this community. The care and the assistance we received when she moved in was fantastic. She is happy with the food and they offer good choices. They go out shopping and bring in petting dogs for the residents. Her room is beautiful, spacious and has hardwood floors throughout. The staff and care she receives is excellent. They keep the community extremely clean and I would highly recommend it.

When I was first driving to the community I got lost, and when I stopped to ask for directions. The person that gave me the directions used to work at this community, and she informed me this is a best community. Everything is working out very well with my mothers move to this community. It is a very nice place, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. She seems to have adjusted well to this community, and she is happy. Everybody has been very kind, and friendly. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.
