Excellent!! [name removed[ has received excellent care from everyone at Whitehall. [name removed] treated me like family there all he has gone through (even many meltdowns) always a kind word, a smile, or a hug! Very pleased with everything. I would highly recommend. Everyone is very professional.

My loved one has been a resident for 2 years. She always just clean and dress nicely. She enjoys the food. She always said complimentary things about the stuff. I feel she is very comfortable there.

We selected Saucon Valley Manor after to touring many other Assisted Living locations in Lehigh Valley area. We wanted our mom to live where folks cared as much as her as their own family. Additionally, everyone seemed happy to be there. Last but not least, every room and community areas were spotless. Every request mom has is addressed timely. She is very happy!!

I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

My mom is still resident. We moved her from a nearby assisted that was much more expensive and while very upscale, the stall turnover made our head spin. Whitehall just gives my mom more fun. The staff is amazing and responsive. If there is a perception out there that senior centers "don't care" - Whitehall Manor is the exception!!

Parkland Manor is a newer facility, its very elegant, very opening and has a warm welcoming feeling to it. The rooms are very modern, clean, spacious and very private. The dining area is spectacular, it has a sky light and a beautiful crystal chandelier, it is just fantastic. They have bingo and arts and crafts for the residents to participate it. Our loved one truly loved the activities they have.

This place is awesome! The staff were very attentive to our needs, and were happy to talk to us about anything. The only hiccup was the transition was from my loved one's doctor to the doctor in the community. We were able to work this at quickly. The room was intended to be in the memory care. The loved one started in the regular unit. The community was able to evaluate her and noticed she didn't have a wondering issue, and that allowed them to place her on the regular unit. The room my loved one was placed in had an outside door, but the community was able to keep the outside door locked. The room was very bright and cheerful. They allowed us to move things and out and hang things on the wall for us.

My mother is very happy living here. She enjoys having a private room, not having to do chores, and coming and going as she pleases. She enjoys the musical activities she says the staff are kind.

Staff is wonderful! Everyone, from administration right down to the personal care assistance. All of mom's needs are very well cared for in a timely manner. Given the enormous workload of the staff they are still always caring and professional. We could not be more comfortable with mom's care. Thank you!

My husband has been in several homes and this one is the best by far. I have total peace of mind knowing that my husband's needs are being taken care of and that he's safe. The aides and nurses take excellent care of my husband, especially during the COVID virus. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a difficult decision having my mother enter a nursing home. After visiting homes in the area we decided on Whitehall Manor. We could not have made a better decision. The care is exceptional. The staff is attentive and friendly. The home is very clean and maintained. All in all a great experience.

I have been very happy with the care at Whitehall Manor. The staff are all helpful and friendly. My sister has special needs and they go out of their way to include her and make her feel happy.

All good! Caring, supportive staff and administration. To my knowledge - no COVID-19 cases - this tells you something about the facility.

Right now it's hard to say since this virus has prevented myself from visiting my mom. All in all she's safe and appears when I talk with her to be okay, just very depressed because she's lonely. She is blind and needs special attention and I can't get in to address those needs. All in all I am pleased with the care and safety as we continue moving forward.

From the first time we toured the facilities, the owners and staff have always been welcoming and follow through on any questions or requests we may have. Our mom enjoys the variety of activities from crafts, outings, games, and entertainment. It is comforting seeing how our mom has improved since she is well cared for in this new and well-maintained facility!
