Staff is wonderful! Everyone, from administration right down to the personal care assistance. All of mom's needs are very well cared for in a timely manner. Given the enormous workload of the staff they are still always caring and professional. We could not be more comfortable with mom's care. Thank you!

My husband has been in several homes and this one is the best by far. I have total peace of mind knowing that my husband's needs are being taken care of and that he's safe. The aides and nurses take excellent care of my husband, especially during the COVID virus. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a difficult decision having my mother enter a nursing home. After visiting homes in the area we decided on Whitehall Manor. We could not have made a better decision. The care is exceptional. The staff is attentive and friendly. The home is very clean and maintained. All in all a great experience.

I have been very happy with the care at Whitehall Manor. The staff are all helpful and friendly. My sister has special needs and they go out of their way to include her and make her feel happy.

Right now it's hard to say since this virus has prevented myself from visiting my mom. All in all she's safe and appears when I talk with her to be okay, just very depressed because she's lonely. She is blind and needs special attention and I can't get in to address those needs. All in all I am pleased with the care and safety as we continue moving forward.

From the first time we toured the facilities, the owners and staff have always been welcoming and follow through on any questions or requests we may have. Our mom enjoys the variety of activities from crafts, outings, games, and entertainment. It is comforting seeing how our mom has improved since she is well cared for in this new and well-maintained facility!

Excellent facility... well maintained and very clean. Food is excellent with a nice variety of menu choices to choose from. The staff is excellent...very professional. They know each resident ad provide including caring assistance to each resident. Residents feel at home at Saucon Valley Manor.

The staff is very professional, kind, caring, attentive, helpful and compassionate. My mother moved in at the beginning of March 2020. Shortly after Covid-19 was upon us. . . I'm happy to say that the staff has taken all necessary precautions and I don't believe either them nor the residents fell ill. It's difficult enough to open a new facility, let alone do it during a pandemic . . . Bravo to all . . . It's also a beautiful new facility.

A very lovely place and they were cleaning and updating while I was there. Rooms are large and encouraged to make it homey. Lots of areas for activities.

Staff was very proactive with medical issues and prompt with communication. Safe, secured, clean environment. I would highly recommend this facility.

After reviewing several facilities my siblings and I decided to move our mother into Bethlehem Manor. It was a decision we will never regret. She was treated with dignity, care and respect by all of the staff. Also, their genuine affection for her and other residents was very apparent. The facility was well secured, clean and pretty decent food as well. My mother was treated like family. Although she is no longer with us, we will always be grateful for the time she lived in Bethlehem Manor.

Saucon Valley Manor has proven to be an excellent facility for my sister to live. Her independent status is monitored closely and her ability to move on to assisted living followed by nursing services is controlled by SVM. This makes my sister’s life easier and gives me peace of mind. Most importantly, SVM has delivered on everything they advertise as a facility - it is an outstanding place to live and enjoy one’s last year’s.

My mom is in the memory card unit and she is very happy there. She is very active and the staff makes sure she has things to do. She helps with activities and she loves the staff's attention, did I mention she is very social so this was a good fit for her. We are very happy with our choice!
