Very friendly environment. My mother enjoys the activities.

My mom's experience in memory care was wonderful. Caring staff. Lots of communication, clean facility. Memory care was exceptional.

I would say it's a safe environment for you/your loved one. People are friendly, staff has been helpful. The food is good, wish they had more fresh fruits and change the menu a bit more often. Meal times are too early unless you're an early bird. Breakfast is at 7:30 am, lunch 11:30 am and dinner 4:30 pm... an hr later for each meal time would be more suitable in my opinion and for my Mom too. Definitely would recommend if you could afford it.

We used Whitehall Manor for a respite stay for our loved one and everything was great! My mother enjoyed her stay. In fact, we are going back in August. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this facility to others.

I felt that my Mom received good care there. The décor of the place could use some updating, but I would rather have the better care over the better décor, and the price was affordable compared to other places. The staff was warm and welcoming. My mom was on a pureed diet, so food is hard to rate. She also was not in the condition to participate in any of the activities.

Much better than that place in Holland. We haven't experienced ANY of the issues we had there. Everyone has been extremely cooperative understanding and supportive. Always available to answer concerns and the building is clean and residents all appear happy. We chose it because of the cost and location. It's right next to my house so its convenient.

Saucon Valley Manor took my Mom into their facility and gave her the best care humanly possible while she was also receiving Hospice care in their facility from Family Pillars. Both of whom I cannot say enough good things about them, I will say however they gave my Mom all the best care she could possibly get while in the final phase of life. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for my Mom and myself this facility is one I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Easy access to reach Admin. [name removed] and [name removed] have been Awesome with my sisters unique circumstances. My sister likes the food but evening being the lighter meal could use larger portion. She would never complain but had mentioned. Not really an issue.

I would recommend this place to others. I picked this community because it was In between both my self and brother. It was also clean and friendly

The nurses at the community could respond a little faster to the residents needs, but other than that everything is great. What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff and residents, everyone there is very helpful.

All of the staff at Saucon Valley Manor are very very friendly and helpful. The administrative staff made the transition for my loved one from her previous facility to Saucon Valley Manor seamless and easy. They were very warm and welcoming to my sister-in-law. They've also been very willing to make special accommodations for her needs. It is very easy to get ahold of people and get questions answered when needed. I would recommend Saucon Valley Manor to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Saucon Valley Manor and everything was very good for her during her stay at this facility. The friendliness, care services, staff and value for cost were great. The cleanliness and activities were good. The food was okay. Although the value for cost was great, we could not afford this facility without long term care insurance. [Name removed], in Wellness, is amazing. I would recommend Saucon Valley Manor to others!

The interaction with the staff is good. They have fun activites, but I don't participate. I picked this community, because of the loacation, and it's close to familiy. I liked the apartments, and it was a better fit for me. I would recommend to others.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff are great. [Name removed] was always right on top of everything the family or our loved one needed. [Name removed] are wonderful as well. The community is always clean when we visit. There are activities and meals provided to assist with the socialization of the residents. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

My loved one is currently a resident at Parkland Manor and overall her experience has been very good. I will say, they are short staffed at this facility. The food is good. There are lots of activities that are offered. The facility is fairly new. Each room has a door going outside so that the residents can sit out on a little patio. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

At first, I was scared to put my mother into a facility. With her starting to decline and her confusion increasing rapidly, I knew I had too for her safety. The team that works in secured unit C is amazing. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]are blessings. They’re compassionate, diligent and extremely good at their job. I can breathe easier knowing when one of them are working, they are only one call or text away. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]always ensure my mom is clean and looking wonderful, they make sure she gets the best care that can be provided. They have huge hearts and care for my mom as if she was their mom. All of these women are angels, I would be lost without them. They all hold a special place in my heart. I will always recommend this facility, I will always recommend secured unit C!

Saucon Valley Manor is a wonderful place. The staff are excellent and extremely responsive and helpful. And the facility is clean, organized, and well run.

The staff were great. They were good to both my father and the family. The questions we had were listened to and we had good conversations with his caretakers. The staff were very open and honest with us and we really appreciated that. They always welcomed us with open arms to come visit. I was happy with the experience and would recommend Saucon Valley Manor to other families.

We are happy with them so far. The community clearly explain and make things simple for us to understand. The staff are friendly! This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.
