Manors of the Valley

My dad says the meals/food are awful and always the same. Nothing of interest is offered for activities for him. The health staff is attentive and caring.

A place for mom was very helpful in placing my uncle. Saucon valley manor was pleasant nice staff good Dr's. The only complaint was quality of food, my uncle was not fond of food there otherwise no complaints. Facility was clean and spacious rooms staff was eager to help in any way the could.

My sister's care was phenomenal from start to finish. Whitehall Manor Staff are caring kind and a hard workers. They are like family to me. They worked very well without hospice and outside medical. Thank you WM.

The front desk has the nicest, Kindest and most helpful people providing service. It's always a joy to interact with them.

My sister could no longer live independently. From the start when researching places where my sister could reside, Saucon Valley Manor provided the details in a friendly and informative way. After my sister arrived there, the staff all embraced her and did everything possible to make her feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff were wonderful with their communications to our family. They went the extra mile for all of us. I highly recommend Saucon Valley Manor for a loved one.

We were very happy with the care provided my father while he was there. Whenever we went to see my father the staff was very accommodating. They answered any questions we had about his condition and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. When we walked through other areas of the facility we witnessed the staff engaging with the residents. The staff didn't seemed stressed or overwhelmed. We have had no problem recommending SV Manor to others.

Mom has good + bad days and the staff is very aware + caring of her moods. She a nice room and a variety of activities and entertainment. The staff is Very friendly and everyone you pass in the hallways always has nice things to say.

The staff when entering the building are so friendly and helpful. This is the nicest AL and nursing home I have exer visited.

Large room - snack time. Good experience. Home health, I am a retired CNA/Hospice aid.

I am very pleased with the care that my father has received here! I visit daily since I only live 1 mile away so I see firsthand the care he is receiving!!

Food leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough selections

Our cousin was only there for 4 days and then passed. All were caring and friendly. The hospice staff was very supportive, they made sure we had all we needed. The best part? They were caring. I would go there myself.

I personally like the management, they did not pull punches when explaining everything. We also like the personal aids and nurses.

The care for mom is very good. [names removed] are very nice and take good care of my mom. [names removed] are always friendly when I sign-in.

The staff is caring and helpful. The facility is very comfortable living at a rate competative to the local area.
