Manors of the Valley

I would recommend the community to other families but depending on the family - if I think it would be a good fit,

Staff is dedicated but sometimes mislead. Some people are misplaced because of family suppositions. They need a reality check.

They were very helpful and kept us informed. Rooms were a good size. My dad was in a memory unit so he didn't participate much but others were involved in activities.

Everyone was wonderful at Saucon Valley Manor. It was always clean and my dad was safe and secure in the memory care unit. My dad was always well taken care of, cleaned, face shaved and wearing clean clothes.

My tour occurred exactly as planned. The entire facility is emaculite and maintained that way. The proposed apartment I was shown to be assigned to me was tastefully arranged and noticeably smelled clean. It's a no-brainer for me and my two kitties, with whom I could not live without! I will be sure to bring some familiar items to them so they can acclimate to our new surroundings. Count me in! Where do I sign?

I struggled to get my mother out if her home. She had been there the better part of her life. She lost many if her close and dear friends. I could hear and see the depression and loneliness. I was referred to Saucon Valley Manor and somehow talked my mother into a visit. She now lives there and within 2 weeks adjusted. Her mental health has completely improved to the point of pure wonder. She enjoys life more and engages daily with others at the independent living. She is walking better and living life as she should, worry free. [name removed] and staff are excellent. I feel such comfort knowing she is looked after and cared for. I am grateful for the manor and the effect it has had on my mother. I thank everyone who guided me there.

Very informative, kind. My cousin was only there 4 days before she passed. Hospice was wonderful.

I had to find a place as quickly as possible as I was relocating from another state. The facility worked with my family members and my Doctors to ensure that I qualified to live independently. Once that was determined, I then was ensured a place to stay.

What we like the most about Saucon Valley Manor is that my dad has people that check on him. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

It was a great place that took great care of my Mom. I would recommend Saucon Valley Manor to anyone. They took care of my Mom very well. She passed away unfortunately a few months after arriving but that was expected she had Hospice care there. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

My brother [name removed] went to see it and he said he liked what he saw, there were no bad smells as you sometimes find in nursing homes, he tried the food and thought it was very good and the other tenants were happy and recommended the place. I would recommend it. [name removed] is very easy to work with and stays on top of things. She's punctual and replying to questions and seems to truly care about the people there. The staff are very friendly very patient and very helpful. My mother has been well taken care of as I said this was the best facility that we found so I would give it a 5 in all categories including value for cost. I really have no way of knowing about the staff or meals of the other places my brother checked out.

My experience with Whitehall Manor personal care facility has been excellent. From the admission process with the administrative staff to many an as well as money out after my mother passed and the service provided by staffed all levels from nursing, formal success assistance with daily living activities and rehab service. I highly recommend the facility.

The entire vibe of the facility was great, especially starting with [name removed]. She's awesome and a great introduction to the facility. I would recommend to others.

I placed my father, [name removed] at Bethlehem Manor when he was no longer able to care for himself. [name removed] was always a difficult person. Demanding, controlling, paranoid, accusatory, etc. The staff there treated him with dignity and respect. They worked around his idiosyncrasies and kept him clean and comfortable.

It is a safe place for her and yes, we would recommend Saucon Valley Manor to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I was very happy with Bethlehem Manor. Bethlehem Manor memory care is no longer at the same location. The staff at the market Street location went above and beyond and being helpful and caring. [name removed], who was the manager would call me with updates and answer all questions, a very different experience from the previous place my mother was a resident in. [name removed] and staff truly cared about the emotional and physical welfare of their clients. When visiting my mother at the facility, I felt like we were surrounded by friends.

Always very helpful and pleasant. Very happy my father is there! Studio size, one bedroom... as far as I know . My father is in a studio size with a full kitchen.

Mom passed after just one month at the facility but based on the experience we had, we have already recommended Saucon Valley Manor to other families.

I chose this community because it's located in a very nice old Pennsylvania town. It is a nice area to walk. There are parks, stores, a bank all close by. And there is easy access to the local bus which is free for seniors.

I would give them a 5. Partnering with pillars hospice would make them a 10. My mom passed that [date removed]. The people were fantastic and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
