Do NOT even think of placing your elderly loved one into Whitehall Manor..I am trying to remove my 85 year old Mother before they kill her..They almost did kill her when they dumped her into the psych unit at Sacred Heart Hospital after she had only been there for 10 days..They also have a massive racial imbalance with 98% of the residents white and 80% of the employees Black and Hispanic including management..Many employees accuse White Residents and Family of having a violent nature.. This is a completely false narrative..Many are NOT fed properly and one nearly choked to death while eating diner last week..There was NOT one Doctor in the building..The ambulance arrived in time or it would have been a tragic result...DO NOT STOP HERE ...KEEP LOOKING

Saucon Valley Manor We toured this community. The staff was very informative and she did not give us a lot of information on what care is given. The community did not impress us and we felt like they did not want to assist us. We did not get information on the meals or if they offer activities for the residents. Other families might consider getting information for the care of a loved one from this community

ALWAYS short staffed, constant turnover of staff, poor communications, patients often sit in soiled clothing far longer than they should due to lack of staffing. [Removed] which causes accidents, new staff not oriented to patients conditions and/or needs. The list goes on and on. Bed and chair alarms turned off and not turned back on. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.
