Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a nice tour experience but just not as thrilled about it compared to some other facilities we had checked out.

The staff are very willing to listen to you and are super helpful. Anytime I had a question or concern they were always available to me and easy to talk to. They had activities just about every day from what I saw. I certainly would recommend Sunabella at Savannah to those looking for memory care for their loved ones.

There is room for improvement for the care services. My loved one likes the activities They can improve on their personal care/housekeeping, such as laundry, and cleaning. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Brookdale Columbia is a good place. It's clean. The people there are very nice. Anything I ask the staff to do, they will do. Know that your loved one's experience will be what they choose to make of it - my loved one won't come out of her room or participate in activities. But I can see that it's a great place for those who are willing to be a part of it. The residents are so nice and so wonderful. They greet me when I walk in, and it looks to be a very happy and cohesive group there. I don't think anybody really wants to put their parents anywhere, but at some point you just have to take the leap. And this is a good place to do so.

I am a resident at Grace Manor at Hunters Creek. I am satisfied with my surroundings. Everyone that is here quite satisfied with each other. Activities are great! I have a great apartment. The staff is good. I like it so much, one of my good friends is moving in next week!

I am a resident here and I think this place is Very good. The people are Very kind. The place is Very clean. Everyone is Very friendly. I would recommend this assisted liv8ng facility to my friends and family.

My mom adjust well and the staff s Seems to really care. My mom says the food is hit or miss sometimes it's great someday it's not so great. The biggest issue I think they have their lack of staff or staff turnover but right now everyone's having that issue.

I would recommend you check out the community to see if it is a good fit for your loved one. It would be nice to see more options for meals for the residents to choose from.

We picked this one because of the price, but have been really pleased with it. The staff is great. The new activities director is still adjusting. Housekeeping is good, but the food is pretty bad.

It's felt very welcoming here. They were upfront about pricing and what was included. No surprise fees. They offer housekeeping. Trash removed daily. Deep cleaning weekly. The food is outstanding! None of it feels institutional. The portions are healthy, too. There are many activities throughout the week. Most at the facility, but some are out in the community. At least once a week there is live music! Overall the place is very clean. Everyone there seems genuinely happy. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The staff listened to my concerns during the initial tour. It was not the usual "dog and pony show' sales pitch. The staff at American House is fantastic. The food menu needs to improve. The staff cares deeply about the well being of the residents.

Fairforest Grove is a smaller community so we like the atmosphere, our loved one does not get overwhelmed since it is not a large community. The staff really know and understand the residents. From day one the staff have been nothing but extremely accommodating, very very nice and receptive to any questions or concerns we may have. The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. They have a lot of activities during the week and every month to put out a nice activities schedule. Overall it has been a great experience and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

Atria was nice but didn't have a protected front entrance and they did not specialize in memory care. It looked more like a locked mental facility. I'm a nurse so I've seen one. It was very depressing. The assisted living part looked great, and wasn't locked but we didn't need that.

Overall we have been pleased with the care at American House. Our only complaint is lack of communication from administration and nursing regarding falls and plan of care.

We chose Brookdale Central because of the price but also because when I got there the atmosphere was very clean and it did not have the typical nursing smell to it. The staff in the beginning was good, it has somewhat deteriorated and I am not sure what happened. I have had a conversation with the manager here and he understands the communication is not up to standards. I am hoping to see improvements there.

They are doing a lot of stuff well. They often check on my loved one. They have two to three activities per day. My loved one thinks the food is okay. There is good doctors onsite., and multiple nurses 24/7. The cost is reasonable, and it's a good value. We are very satisfied with the place. They clean the room daily. The staff treat the residents like family. The dining room staff is very polite.

It was very affordable! Other residents in the memory care unit seemed happy and content. The overall staff was excellent! Great activities. Staff very helpful. Weekly housekeeping and laundry included in the monthly rent. Would definitely recommend the memory care unit to others.

We had a great experience with Brookdale Central EXCEPT the head nurse not communicating with us! We didn't know dad was refusing showers and we were paying for assistance ... My daughter or I were there every day and no communication about this! The director refunded our  in the end. Otherwise a good experience.

[name removed] has been a great blessing to my family. she has helped my mom get plaintive care and has also helped with ordering a hospital bed and walker for her. she provides excellent customer service, rare in this day and time.

This was an okay community. The wouldn't take my loved one due to prior medical notes from another community. It felt more of a sales pitch by the community for occupancy. The basic care needs are met.
