Loved, love love the rooms, all have either courtyard door or private screened porch. This is closest to me and my favorite but no openings now.

I found HarborChase of Columbia to be a good fit for my Mother. The Memory Care unit has a smaller number of residents, the 'common' area was nicely furnished, the rooms are nice. Mom seems to be content there. The staff are very supportive and attentive to the residents as well as the family. They have engaged Mom in activities. They provide activities that make the residents comfortable with their surroundings and themselves in their stay there. Not being able to keep Mom at home any longer, HarborChase has provided a 'home away from home' type place for her to stay.

My father is there and I've been very happy with them. What I like is they always greet you when you come in. Sometimes finding a staff member, especially on the weekends, to unlock a door if your family member has fallen asleep or something, can be a little hard. I like what they're doing. I like the care he's getting and he seems to like the food in the dining room.

I was over there today and they were giving the tour to another perspective and I basically told them it was the best bang for thier buck! I really like the place. The people are outstanding; I've never been in a friendlier place. I do go over there reguarly with out announcing and they're really, really good. They were far and away the best and the least expensive that I could find. We're exceptionally happy! My mother is in the smallest room in the place but it's not the size, it's the attitude of the people. I call them anytime and they take care of things for me and answer my questions.

My husband and I went by Sterling House on Park Lane in the late evening when many of the residents were in the bed. The location is nice, next door to a gated community. It is elegantly decorated. One floor facility with about 40 rooms.

When my mom first moved there it was arbor terrace and now it's under new management. It's hard to tell but so far, everything seems to be the same. It is expensive. We've got our own caretaker who goes three times a week because we wanted to make sure that she gets certian things, especially in the first month. She likes it there and loves the food - the food is good. Everyone's been really friendly and warm. We've been very satisfied.

Atria Forest Lake has been a God send! My father lives there and it's beyond what we could have hoped for - a profound blessing. My sisters and I have been able to be daughters again, we've been able to sleep at night again. My father benefits from being in assisted living. The care here is so consistent across all shifts - something is working very right there. We couldn't have given him what he's getting there. They are caring and professional. The activities are wonderful. My father is doing things he never got the opportunity to do in his own home. They've drawn him out of his shell. I couldn't have dreamed three months ago that we would be in such a great place now.

Ivy Springs Manor is conveniently located for me because it's in between work and home. The location is a little busy but that is due to the shopping malls and restaurants in the area. The staff is really friendly and the community is very clean. The landscaping is very pretty.

Everything is really good so far. The community is very well located for our loved one it is a little far from our family but for the stuff he likes to do it is convenient. There is plenty of restaurants in the area so he can go eat with others or just order in. The staff is also very friendly. Overall we are pleased with Emeritus.

The reason that my family chose “Savannah Court” is because of the size of the community. It’s not a huge factory. The buildings are only one story and they are nice and small so I don’t have to worry about my aunt having to go down long halls or up and down stairs. There aren’t a large number of residences in the buildings which makes it less crowded than most places. Our aunt says that she enjoys the food. She appears to be happy so far.

Very Nice - near the mall. Great activities, bowling. $3100 for the end of the hall.

Their Friendliness, Care Services, and Activities are all 5 plus! We chose Ivy Springs because it is convenient for the whole family and we toured it several times before deciding. I met with the Executive Director down to the head of mom's floor and have been really impressed. I have met most of the caregivers that work with my mom and receive emails from them with updates. We stop by almost daily. Mom has been able to go on some of the field trips, she is also receiving a more balanced diet. I am pleased and don't have any complaints, would recommend Ivy Springs without hesitation.

this was my second choice, very nice and friendly, lots of staff rooms well appointed, my only negative was the elevator, dining on 1st floor, activities on second.

Beautiful facility like a resort. Rooms are a really nice size & facility has a courtyard. Technology is exceptional with computers in all assisted living rooms & "simple C" in memory rooms.

loved this one, but we "dropped by" and Dad thought it was really big. He would need time to adjust and learn routine. Might be TOO busy for him. Lovely gardens, friendly staff.

Fantastic facility with amazing Ex. Director. Residents and staff fully engaged in activities. Generous sized apartments. Transportation to appointments, activities even for memory-care residents. First choice

Extremely warm environment. Very personable management staff. Units are a little smaller than expected but nice. Month to month rental is a plus. He really liked this facility. Very strong posibility according to him.

Our loved one is still settling in ad adjusting with the new transition and changes, but so far everything is going great we have no complaints. American House came recommended to us and we would recommend them to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

I toured Atria Mableton and overall had a good first impression and tour experience. it came down to Atria and another community. we chose the other community because Atria could not provide the level of care that my loved one needed.

The staff is awesome, they are so loving towards the residents. Its secure and a good value for your money compared to the other places.
