I am an entertinaer that comes to the location at Atria in mableton off of floyd road. I just want to send a shoot out to someone about the new movie room and tea room. Went upstairs to go to bathroom and saw a new sign that siad movie or something with an arrow so I checked it out. Been up stiar a year ago and there was no such thing, so then a lady in red pointed to the tea room. I was talking to her about the movie room and she asked if Ive seen the team room. She said the activitiy director did it. I of course told her how great it was but wanted to let some one else know too. Wow. looks great. most places i go to have only setting rooms not rooms desighned for the residents. Can I move in. ??

Unfortunately Mom's stay at Forest Manor has been short lived since she fell and is now in the hospital.We're hoping she'll be abe to return after a bit of rehab but not sure. My experience with the community was great! The staff seems to be very good people and very friendly and we had absolutely no problems whatsoever with the community. My mother in law is 90 and falling just comes with the age. We're hoping that she'll go back and couldn't be happier to have found the community with the help of Amy Adamski from A Place For Mom.

Ivy Springs is the total package! People, staff, care, food, activities are great there!!! Monthly price is good also. Really feel at ease leaving my mother to live there, which is the most important thing. I would advise to take a tour of Ivy Springs Manor first!!!!!

Grace manor is privately owned and very well Kept! The staff is friendly as soon as you walk in the door it feels like home. After touring 5 other Alf's in the nearby area I found comfort in Grace Manor. The family advisor was wondering and all the administration staff that comes out and greet you when you arrive and always check on you through out the day. The dining room is beautiful including the court yard. Did I mention that my Mom and Dad has a suite for a really great price. I wish I would have went to Grace manor for the first stop.

I moved my mother in Grace Manor Suites 4 months ago and SHE LOVES IT. Very clean, pleasant staff . She loves meal time because she said the food is amazing. I am able to see my mom on Facebook when I'm at work and the wonderful outings that she goes on, The cheesecake Factory was one of the most recent. I would recommend Grace Manor Suites to anyone.

I am very pleased with Brookdale of Greenville. The staff especially in the evenings are very accommodating to anything mom needs.They help her graciously. I have no complaints about this facility at this time.

I am so pleased with the care my mother is getting at Habersham House. Having her move into assisted living -- especially with me and my brother not living nearby -- was wrenching, but the staff has been wonderful. Each time I visit there, I leave reassured that she is in caring and capable hands! Staff members really make an effort to make her feel comfortable and involved. Sadly, her mental and physical condition has worsened since she has been there (one of the reasons she needed to be in assisted living), but as she has worsened, we are seeing the staff rise to the occasion. While she has become wheelchair-bound, she has been seeing their excellent on-staff physical therapist and occupational therapist. And even though she is much less able to get about and do thing, the staff works to keep her engaged in general conversation and activities. They demonstrate real empathy and understanding, and have gone the extra mile to keep us informed. The apartments themselves are marvelous -- her 2 bedroom is a lovely place. Most importantly, Habersham House doesn't feel like an institution, but a real home.

I can't say enough about this facility and the Staff! They are truly amazing! The help, compassion and caring of the staff is amazing!! Feels like home! I was in need of a facility for my mom really quick and the service and accommodations of my needs went above my expectations! Susan, Catherine, Gladys and Gerry are Awesome!! Thank you soo much for making this transition for my mom enjoyable and Us to!

We really like it and it's really nice for my mom. She is doing really well there. Friendly staff and clean.

They do a good job at Horizon Bay overall! The facility itself is clean and well kept, everyone here is pleasant and helpful, and the food is very good! We toured quite a few places when we were looking into care options, and this one really stood out to us as a great value for all of the amenities and services you get in relation to the price!

My mom has been there for 1-1/2 years now and I really think is a good fit for her. The maximum number of residents is less than 40. She has met many nice residents and ALL of the staff is super nice, respectful, and caring. For my mom, they offer the perfect amount of activities. The best part of Savannah Grand is the size of the living quarters to chose from. They have the most square footage for the money than any other place I visited. My mom is lucky enough to have a one-bedroom that is extremely spacious. She is very happy with living space. The only thing she sometimes complains about is the food. She eats super healthy and she doesn't feel as though they cook healthy enough.

The staff has been WONDERFUL!! We have visited every day for the past month and have met with the senior management and nurses who deal with Mother. It is obvious that they have interacted with her. Mother has been in different locations upon our arrival. Mother is definitely receiving better care than when she lived with us.

When looking for a place for my mother, I read a review about urine smell, so I was turned off. But when I talked to the representative from Savannah Court he wouldn't let me go so easily. So I toured the place and just loved it, I did smell urine but it was from the laundry baskets not the residents. They worked very hard to get my mother into the skilled side so she could get stronger and now she is in her own apartment. My mother went from a person that couldn't stand up without total help to now she can transfer by herself in just two weeks. The staff was very attentive and made sure Mom was included in everything and all her physical needs were met. The meals were good and she always ate with someone in the dining room and not in her room. The call bells were answered in a very timely manner and always with a smile and a warm greeting. They treated me with the utmost respect when making my decision I know they will treat my Mom with the same kind of respect! I am so happy to have found Savannah Court!

I have a friend whose dad is in Autumn Leaves in Houston and she said it was the best place for my Dad in need for memory care. My dad was asked to leave two previous facilities because his FTD issues were too severe for those places. The staff and support at Autumn Leaves Woodstock has been incredible. They love and care for my dad like their own parent. They pray for him and us through this whole ordeal and we feel that love and acceptance in how they talk to him and how they treat us. I have bragged about them to all of my friends about how well they treat my dad and support us. I am so thankful for this facility and know that my dad is in good hands. His FTD memory care issue is so difficult that I know that he wouldn't be safe unless he was in this facility. Thank you, staff at Autumn Leaves. You have given us hope through this dreadful disease.

A very good friend of mine, Victor Cintron, moved to Savannah Court earlier this year. I helped he and his son find the right place where he would get the best care and still be affordable. After considering several other locations we knew Savannah Court was the place for him. Since he moved in he is so much happier and has made lots of friends. The staff love him as well as the other residence. Our sincere thanks to Carol and Steve for arranging everything to get him in. They were wonderful to work with.

I’d give the staff a six out of five! I’ve had one meal and it was good. The community is very clean. I think the community is a good value. It is conveniently located and I’ve never had any trouble finding parking.

My mother resided at Grace Manor Suites for over two years. We had a wonderful experience. The staff is very caring and loved my mom. The only thing they need to change is the food choices. They do not have two choice meals. They do have alternates. They really help me take care of my mom. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Of all the places aI toured in central Florida, this was the friendliest. The staff was more than helpful. The resident of all abilities are happy and talkative...greeting each other as they pass in the hallway. Helping each other when they see the need. One big happy family.

My mom was there a little over four months. The staff treated her like family. When the staff greeted her, they would say "Shirley, welcome home!" The majority of the staff did that, and you could tell she knew she was supposed to bet there. I loved that about them. I wrote them letters about that. I know there is a large turnover in most of these types of places, but I didn't see turnover there. I thought that was really good. My concern was that their staff was really minimal, and you could always use more help. Those ladies worked their tails off. They worked so hard and it really impressed me. Cleanliness was sometimes an issue, but whenever you have people with dementia trying to take care of themselves, it's going to be a little tough. I think that they were as clean as it was possible to be, and I was totally happy with them. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and I spent a lot of time there. I was there at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they were always friendly. I really liked that they didn't have a long hallway, but a big rec room/dining room with multiple wings shooting off of it. The set up made it feel like more of a home.

She is in independent living. The food is a little bit lacking. I don't know if it is quality or whatever, but I hear complaints about that. She moved to a smaller apartment and she has a kitchenette, but she gets three meals a day included. I know that there are a lot of activities, but the only thing that she really does is Bingo. They have transportation, and she has started using that for the store and the doctor. She likes the people, and she has made friends. We've had a good interface with everyone there.
