Each family must look out for their loved one's interests and stay on top of care keeping the staff informed if there are areas of concern on a regular basis. I have learned to be an advocate for my mother through trials. We must learn to be healthcare advocates in every way we can and not trust that everything is done as we would want it to be.

Mom is overall enjoying Wellington Manor. She still talks about wanting to live at her home & that's why she is not completely content there. When [name removed] left I was worried it would not be as good as it was before but the new administrator is very attentive and doing a great job.

I love the folks who work there. They LOVE their residents.

We are no longer living at Osprey Manor. We thought at the time it was the level of care that we needed. I will say this. Everyone who works there from [name removed] kitchen staff, cleaning & maintenance are wonderful. That type of living just wasn't for us.

Many of the workers are very nice, attentive, and caring. The facility is clean and well kept. I feel her medications and hygiene are well managed. I have run into some billing issues, I feel the facility is understaffed at times, and getting someone on the phone for updates, especially after normal business hours, is almost impossible.

Our time with Ivy Springs was a short time. The initial on boarding was fantastic and they were able to get my dad a room right away. The staff was great. Once dad got in - the first week was good. We did have to work through some challenges with the hospice and the pharmacy and then just acquaint dad with the process. Had a couple occasions where the response time was longer, but brought that up with the management team and they addressed it. We were getting into a bit of a groove and adjusting dad's meds, but unfortunately, he passed that second week

4.5 overall. What we like the most about Sunburst Community Care is that they are resident friendly. Know & greet them by name. Staff interacts with residents. Activities keep them busy and entertained.

They are not equipped to handle all the way to end of life. I would recommend to others.

The facility was always clear. The R/A were helpful. Soiled laundry was removed from room immediately. Lovely outside porches

Fairforest Grove provides a safe and comfortable place for my mother. She receives the care and attention she needs on the level she requires. Her care and keep are affordable and within her financial means. The staff is pleasant and professional.

I enjoy the socializing with others my age. Most of the staff are kind. The front office is amazing. I enjoy the Bible study groups. Laughing at bingo. I find that we become family. I didn’t want to move here but in a couple of weeks I adjusted. Now it feels like home. I appreciate the support and kindness that I received here. I have been here 4 years.

The staff was caring & engaging. The cost was reasonable & the food good. My only issue was the management was a little out of touch. Not terrible but not as on top of things. There was a change shortly after getting my relative situated. My sister was only there for three months before she passed away & she was in hospice care the last month, so my experience was probably not normal. My only issue was the need to be let in but a staff member, so sometimes you had to wait for someone to be available.

The staff is helpful and friendly, but there is not a nurse on campus all the time.

My experience with Wellington Manner while Mom was there was good. The staff was always willing to try to accommodate mom's needs.

I think it was a good place for my sister to be in. I loved working with [name removed]. He was essential in getting my sister settled into Cedar Creek. I was, also, very impressed with the activity calendar. There always seemed to be something to keep the residents active and engaged.

Admissions is great. Biggest concern is communication from nursing staff. And fall issues will become a problem if mobilities an issue.

Upon first visiting the facility, I was thoroughly impressed. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff member on duty at the time, [name removed], was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. My father was equally impressed from the very beginning. He has now been a resident for approximately two months, and overall, the experience has been very positive. While there has been some staff turnover, which is not uncommon in this field, the level of care remains strong. In my opinion, this is one of the better senior living facilities. The variety of activities available keeps my father engaged and active—almost as if he’s working a full-time job—which brings me great peace of mind. No facility is without its challenges, but this one stands out as well-maintained, thoughtfully run, and genuinely committed to resident well-being.

This facility needs more help. The ladies in dad's area are great but just so busy. They could have better choices. Cold hotdog in cold bun with chips in a bag is disgusting! They need some activities. Dad has nothing to do. On the print out for Friday it's says music activities which means cut the radio on in the living room??
