When looking for a place for my mother, I read a review about urine smell, so I was turned off. But when I talked to the representative from Savannah Court he wouldn't let me go so easily. So I toured the place and just loved it, I did smell urine but it was from the laundry baskets not the residents. They worked very hard to get my mother into the skilled side so she could get stronger and now she is in her own apartment. My mother went from a person that couldn't stand up without total help to now she can transfer by herself in just two weeks. The staff was very attentive and made sure Mom was included in everything and all her physical needs were met. The meals were good and she always ate with someone in the dining room and not in her room. The call bells were answered in a very timely manner and always with a smile and a warm greeting. They treated me with the utmost respect when making my decision I know they will treat my Mom with the same kind of respect! I am so happy to have found Savannah Court!

I have a friend whose dad is in Autumn Leaves in Houston and she said it was the best place for my Dad in need for memory care. My dad was asked to leave two previous facilities because his FTD issues were too severe for those places. The staff and support at Autumn Leaves Woodstock has been incredible. They love and care for my dad like their own parent. They pray for him and us through this whole ordeal and we feel that love and acceptance in how they talk to him and how they treat us. I have bragged about them to all of my friends about how well they treat my dad and support us. I am so thankful for this facility and know that my dad is in good hands. His FTD memory care issue is so difficult that I know that he wouldn't be safe unless he was in this facility. Thank you, staff at Autumn Leaves. You have given us hope through this dreadful disease.

A very good friend of mine, Victor Cintron, moved to Savannah Court earlier this year. I helped he and his son find the right place where he would get the best care and still be affordable. After considering several other locations we knew Savannah Court was the place for him. Since he moved in he is so much happier and has made lots of friends. The staff love him as well as the other residence. Our sincere thanks to Carol and Steve for arranging everything to get him in. They were wonderful to work with.

I’d give the staff a six out of five! I’ve had one meal and it was good. The community is very clean. I think the community is a good value. It is conveniently located and I’ve never had any trouble finding parking.

My mother resided at Grace Manor Suites for over two years. We had a wonderful experience. The staff is very caring and loved my mom. The only thing they need to change is the food choices. They do not have two choice meals. They do have alternates. They really help me take care of my mom. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Of all the places aI toured in central Florida, this was the friendliest. The staff was more than helpful. The resident of all abilities are happy and talkative...greeting each other as they pass in the hallway. Helping each other when they see the need. One big happy family.

My mom was there a little over four months. The staff treated her like family. When the staff greeted her, they would say "Shirley, welcome home!" The majority of the staff did that, and you could tell she knew she was supposed to bet there. I loved that about them. I wrote them letters about that. I know there is a large turnover in most of these types of places, but I didn't see turnover there. I thought that was really good. My concern was that their staff was really minimal, and you could always use more help. Those ladies worked their tails off. They worked so hard and it really impressed me. Cleanliness was sometimes an issue, but whenever you have people with dementia trying to take care of themselves, it's going to be a little tough. I think that they were as clean as it was possible to be, and I was totally happy with them. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and I spent a lot of time there. I was there at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they were always friendly. I really liked that they didn't have a long hallway, but a big rec room/dining room with multiple wings shooting off of it. The set up made it feel like more of a home.

She is in independent living. The food is a little bit lacking. I don't know if it is quality or whatever, but I hear complaints about that. She moved to a smaller apartment and she has a kitchenette, but she gets three meals a day included. I know that there are a lot of activities, but the only thing that she really does is Bingo. They have transportation, and she has started using that for the store and the doctor. She likes the people, and she has made friends. We've had a good interface with everyone there.

The patient to staff ratio is really good. The facilities, particular the Alzheimer's/memory care unit, is very good. The food is pretty good too. The staff seems willing to do anything they can to help out. Most of the facilities in the area tend to use prescription bubble packs and charge extra money for that although Wellington Place ahs a thing worked out with the pharmacy that provides some additional help for veterans and veterans' spouses.

I think everything that they're doing is very good. They have lots of activities like bingo, people come in that play music and people coming in from ministries. Then they have sewing activities where they put quilts together and things like that. The meals are very good. They're well balanced.

Their administrators were far more realistic and forthcoming. It was very similar to the one in AIken, their idea's the same, it's a chain, the idea is a good one and the difference was the administrators were much more straight shooters. It's bigger, but the way they break it up is rooms placed around a circle so the person in the center has a certain number of doors they watch and it's the same ration of staff to people.

We chose Harborchase of Columbia because of the convenient location it provides for our family. It is located right off a very nice housing development and has easy access to the highway. The value we got here was better then what we would have received at other communities we looked at. There is some place of high traffic that could use a little more cleaning but overall it is a very good community and we would recommend it to anyone.

This is my first experience with a Memory Care Facility and I am satisfied. Marsh View Senior Living was competitively priced and the staff is very friendly.

Activities for memory care are engaging. Food is recorded as the same thing over and over; again this is memory care- so they have to have easy to swallow dishes. Staff always seems happy. Rooms are kept up. 4 stars based on always needs for growth and improvement.

There was some confusion in the beginning. Don't know about some of the fees. Said everything was in house , but some services are hard to get. Room is fine. Food seems to be good, no issues.

Staff is the biggest plus. They are attentive, friendly and responsive. It has taken a bit of time for the new owners to settle into new procedures Only difficulty is occasional problems with the internet provider and tv provider. It takes several days to fix issues.

I'm gonna say 4.5 and the reason for that is when we first got there, they were missing a activity Director and the woman that I was dealing with [name removed]. I just left so there was a little confusion for just a short time but the staff was absolutely wonderful. Work with me. took very good care of my mom and if she hadn't had her dementia getting a lot worse we would've never left. We had to go to a memory care. probably the last couple weeks is when they got new director and a new activity Director, but I would recommend the place. It was really sad to leave there cause I had developed some nice friendships with everybody including nurses staff residence. My mom enjoyed it.

They seem to have their act together when it comes to taking care of the residents. I think they have a lot of turnover because I meet a lot of new people. I don't know what the reason for that, but it seems like every week there's someone new working. I wish there was more communication when it comes to things like medication and medical treatment. Overall, they do seem to take care of the residents, and treat them with respect

It's been very good for my mother in law. One area that Vickery has challenges is their food service. The quality of meals has had problems and staffing has been most of the root cause. The facility is very clean my mother-in-law has done very well there.

[Name Removed] was so nice,she spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and my cousin and gave us a tour of everything, was very informative.
