Overall place very nice place for food and facilities. My wife and I only had a few issues with staffing support and overnight care. My mother in law clothes were not changed as frequently as we would have liked to been done daily. My mother had a few issues at the end of here days on this earth that she needed a shower one morning because of soiling herself and wife remade the bed while I had to give her a shower because my wife was not strong enough to help her walk. I know the facility is an assisted living facility, but I felt she needed a little attention. Also, they make you pay partial month but don’t refund a partial month.

Staff is really friendly, when i am there for a visit and the see that mom is still in her room at lunch or dinner they come ask to make sure she knows its time to eat. On the other side.. if families are taking a tour.. the facility really needs to hire someone to clean the carpet in the main area, just past the entrance way the carpet has been stained with whatever it is, for a few months now. New families touring may be turned away by seeing that. Also no one seemed to know the process of getting a landline phone installed in my moms room.. i had to call AT&T and also Xfinity

Overall I'm satisfied. Food selections could be better. Staff communication could be better. Facility is clean and well taken care of. We chose this facility for the price and location (convenience to my house).

Staff has been caring and helpful. After previous assisted living had become outrageous in pricing increases and lacking in good staff to keep up care of facility and patients, this place was a blessing.

Overall a good experience. Staff appears to care about residents and are quick to respond to caregiver request for information. The activities coordinator seems to do a great job.of engaging the residents in activities. Some of the things promised to be corrected at move in still left undone despite several request from resident and promises by staff. However this has not overcast how well the living situation has met the more fundamental needs of our resident and her adjustment to the living environment.

Staff was friendly, but focused on task with the residents, giving assistance for ADL and medications. We were there on a holiday weekend and one activity scheduled did not happen as posted. We met the administrator and found him helpful and readily available to answer questions.

Some of the people there as far as the patients are a little nasty and you have to take it for what it's worth because they are a mix of different ailments to everybody so that's understood. I personally think all of these places are grossly overpriced!

I would suggest Azalea Gardens for those persons 80 years old or olde. The majority of the population living there appears to be that age and up, and the activities are more suited for older seniors rather than persons younger. The staff is friendly and attentive to those needing assistance. The rooms are spacious with good closer space.

What they could improve on would be trying to keep consistent staff and cooks. This was a selling point but not now. I believe it is under new management. Food quality has suffered

The staff have been very nice to us and I don't have any complaints about the facility itself. My only comments would be that billing has been incorrect a lot. I think they could do more activities or engagement with the memory care residents. I think for the price and what's available in town, I would recommend Oaks at Habersham to others looking.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about mom. Also, the on site rehabilitation staff was very interested in mom's care.

My mom’s favorite thing about Wellington Manor Jackson is her room. She has her own thermostat which means her room is just as warm as she likes. There are activities planned for each day and she participles and usually will win a prize. There is an exercise class daily that she enjoys. The table where she eats her meals seats four and she has these three ladies eating each meal with her. Mom has made friends, we can both vouch that the staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is a beautician and a manicurist that come in to offer their services to the residence and their prices are compatible to the going rates. The only complaint she has is that her meals usually have a fried item and she tries not to eat fried foods. Mom has been at Wellington Manor since the last week of November and she says they have had some turn over with the chef position during her time there. Her room has a small fridge, microwave, counter with a cabinet over it, so she does have some of her favorite foods

My Aunt is living at Grace Manor. She says that the food is good and they seem very consistent. That have called me several times whenever she would accidentally fall of hurt herself in some way. They have been easy to deal with thus far and the staff will text with you.

Cedar Creek offers a sense of community and family. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would suggest meals could be more healthful and activities more varied. Overall a good place.

Nurses are wonderful, Food is good. Housekeeping is great.

The facility "feels" clean and is pleasant to enter and tour around. That's a plus vs. other facilities. My mother in law says they often send her food that she can't eat. She has to have a fairly restrictive diet and they don't seem to remember that. They also sometimes seem to send out food that isn't a rounded meal, like they ran out and put on the plate whatever they still have in the kitchen. Not sure how often this happens but enough to start bothering her. And she not a complainer.

My mother has been here for 6 months and is well cared for. The ladies are all a wonderful caring group. Thank you all for the Love and understanding you all have. Dementia is a horrible disease and i see a bit less of her every day. Is so bad. The care these ladies give are wonderful. Thank you all again.

Staff is very helpful when I visited or called .. they have went out of their way to help my mom and us .. the only thing possibly on the downside is sometimes it seems they don't have the staff to accommodate and get my mom outside the facility .. she's in memory care . But I feel over all she's in an excellent environment and I would recommend them to others.

We are happy with the facility, they do a lot of activities with the residents and our loved one is safe and well take care of which makes us happy
