We've really liked Grand Villa. The staff cares about their patients. They are very attentive, friendly, and caring, to the residents as well as to the families. We just felt very comfortable with them right from the beginning. It's an older building, but they do a good job keeping it clean and well decorated. It's a very home-like environment. While the meals may not be perfect, they do a good job for the amount of people they have to serve. And I like that they're eating in a dining room environment.

I would highly recommend Grace Manor. The attentiveness to the residents, they're very responsive to questions and they call when changes occur with my loved one. They know their residents very well. The room for my loved one is very nice.

We have been very pleased with Sunabella of Savannah. My sister has just been there a few days, so I can't rate everything, but every contact so far has been positive. I like they [name removed] provided everything we needed to know and then sent pictures, etc. We appreciate that she understands our anxiety about our sister and mother and sent pictures of her enjoying games and sitting in the courtyard. She also called the 2nd day to let us know my sister was doing okay. This has been one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I feel that we made the best choice for my sister.

From our understanding our loved one likes the activities, she really enjoys bingo and movie night. The rooms at this community are fine, they are adequate. They just did some renovations and added new paint so it looks nice. The food is fine, our loved one doesn't complain. We like the menu they have, there are good food options.

Grace Manor at Hunter's Creek was a heaven sent for my 90 year old dad's last 7 months. My Once a Marine Always a Marine was very independent was very outgoing and needed a place to be where he could visit with friends and activities to do. His favorite was the butter bean action. He loved this place. So did I. [name removed] director and [name removed] are amazing doing activities and keeping activities going keeping them safe and happy during this crazy covid. [name removed] the nurse keeps you informed and has a heart of gold. All the staff are super nice, helpful. Great food. Maintenance [name removed] goes above and beyond for the residence. My dad would always tell me how did you find such a perfect place for me to live. Just check out their Facebook pictures. This place was truly a heaven sent for me and my dad. I always knew he was in great care.

Grace Manor has been a huge blessing for our entire family. The care provided to our mother is beyond measure.

My husband has been a resident of Sunabella for 2 years, he suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease. I struggled with the decision to move him from our home but after searching different facilities decided that because it’s, maybe was not so fancy like some, it was warm, clean and comfortable, kinda like home. I want anyone who is in need of a safe, caring, loving environment with management and staff, in my opinion, on the upper level of expertise when it comes to the special education and experience needed to care for patients with Dementia, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, to seriously consider Sunabella in Savannah, GA. While there is no place maybe like your home, this facility will treat you and your loved one like family and before you know it, your family Just becomes larger because you will feel that comfortable. They have made it easier for me to begin to live my life on my own knowing I can depend on the care he will receive. My husband is a walker and is given free range anywhere in his home to roam freely and as independently as possible. I was told by the Manager of Sunabella and have shared with others faced with the same decision that when they come there they are so much more relaxed and happy because they’re with their peers and not ever judged on what they say or how they look or act. This helped me handle the decision more than anything else I learned and I hope it helps you too! [name removed]

So exciting the progress that’s being made at Ashton Manor! The renovations have brought this community to life and the staff is one that genuinely cares about its residents. THIS is a fantastic place for someone you love to call home!

I am a 3 1/2 year resident in the Independent Living community here. In January 2019 we've had a new owner and new management. Many upgrades have happened, not only to the buildings, but also to the staff. The level of care has notably improved, along with the food service and quality. The owner endeavors to hire staff at all levels that are experienced in senior care. It is true however that none of this happened overnight. The place was in very poor condition under the previous ownership. It has reasonably taken some months to get things on the path of improvement. At this point in time, I wouldn't live anywhere else. We really are one big happy family!

We researched and visited several places in the Tampa area with my Mom, for her to find a place where she will feel safe, welcomed, and happy. Atria in Lutz was clearly significantly better than any of the other places. It has exceeded our hopes and we are confident that we made the right decision. Atria is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The people who work there are kind, patient, and like helping the elderly. They go out of their way to care for the residents and make life better for them. My Mom, siblings, and I have not had a single bad experience with the staff -- they are always attentive, professional, and caring. Also, Atria has an abundance of activities for my Mom to enjoy. Since she moved into Atria about eight months ago she has blossomed, doing more social activities at Atria in eight months than she has done for the past ten years. She enjoys going on the "field trips" in the van to shop, uses the van transportation to see her doctors (which gives her independence), is taking exercise classes, is learning to play the drums, meets friends for lunch and dinner in the onsite restaurant, attends the musical and holiday events, and joins in on the group contests (which help her memory such as word searches and trivia). My Mom is actually enjoying life more now than she has in years. Without hesitation, I recommend Atria in Lutz to anyone who is looking for a positive, fulfilling new place for their loved one to live. [Name removed]

Love the friendliness of the staff and the residents Also love the cafe in the front for everyone. And happy that you include tea! And happy that Mom likes it here. And enjoys talking to everyone and she loves the hugs that she gets from the staff—that makes her day!

The facility is one of the cleanest that we toured prior to moving mom in the past summer. The management team is very alert to her needs and have outstanding employees below them. Based on past experiences in other facilities, we could not be happier with the overall care and compassion that everyone shows her.

The only thing I think that could be improved is the food choices such as healthier meals. The staff are nice, encouraging and take good care of my loved one. They do offer some nice activities such as exercise classes, storytelling and music sessions. The community is well taken care of. This community is secure for assisted living and a good value for the cost. I would recommend this community.

My mom has thrived at the Savannah Court. While her move from independent living to an assisted living facility was a hard one for my mom, she is very, very happy at the Savannah Court. She loves her room which is both light-filled and spacious. She has made some good friends with other ladies. While I visit my mom frequently (and as a result have gotten to know most of the staff who are very friendly and helpful), I also draw great comfort in the knowledge that someone is always watching her to ensure she is taking her meds and is able to monitor any impending health issues that might be arising.

My sister-in-law has been in Grand Villa Senior Living Facility in Lakeland since early January 2017. She was originally placed in the Memory Care section but was reevaluated very quickly & moved into regular care. We have found the personnel there very professional, caring & compassionate. They are quick to address any issues or concerns. The common areas, i.e. the outdoor amenities, are not as large or attractive as those at some other facilities but we feel the level of care she is receiving there is very good.

So far my family and I have been very impressed with the care mother is receiving at Insignia. She is happy and content with her home. The staff is wonderful and caring. Genny and Sandy have been so thoughtful with her move from Oklahoma to Georgia. T

My mother is happy and that is what matters most. She enjoys the staff and feels comfortable in her apartment. Her most recent comment to me, "I love it here". Highly recommended by this son.

I toured Savannah Court recently in anticipation of my father needing such a place in the near future. I was immediately impressed with the warmth when I entered. Many of the residents were in the main living room singing and thoroughly enjoying themselves. I also had the opportunity to meet several of the employees and they all seemed very friendly, caring and genuinely interested in the residents. My tour was very thorough and I observed how clean the place was. The pricing seemed a little more in line with our budget compared to some of the other assisted living places I visited. Upon leaving, the residents had just started eating lunch and it the food looked very good! I think we found the right place for my Dad!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this facility is. It is very clean, bright and open. The staff is friendly and there are so many activities to keep the residents busy. When my mother and I toured the place, every resident we spoke to said they loved it there. It was the first and only place I toured.
