It's wonderful, it's nice here. The food is better than it was at Ridgecrest. This is the ideal place, for us. They are outstanding! They are very, very good to us. We are having trouble with our insurance, but we aren't leaving, it is a good place.

Melanie was quite helpful. I did not tour the facility as the prices she quoted me ranged from $2,500 - $3,000 which is way out of our budget. Was pleased that she went above and beyond and referred me to another home in Pauline SC that might be able to assist us.

The director for memory care here is absolutely fantastic. She's been there 10 years, and her experience really shows. She's outgoing, compassionate, and caring. She's fabulous with the patients and with the staff, and you can tell she is was makes the place tick. The facility itself is very nice looking, well kept, and clean.

Horizon Bay was the first place I looked in my search for a place for my ailing mother-in-law. I was so impressed that I ran home and called a family meeting. The rest of the family felt we still needed to "look around for a better deal". So I looked and looked and Horizon Bay truly ended up being the best value with the most comprehensive services. We ended up moving my mother-in-law in a week later and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Savannah Courts of Oviedo has a very welcoming atmosphere and home like feeling from the moment you walk in the front door. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents. My mom is proud to call this ALF "home" and she does! I would highly recommend this ALF for your loved ones.

My family and I have been looking for an Assisted Living facility to placed our elderly mother. We had visited several facilities in the Central Florida area including Savanna Court in Maitland for several months. My husband and I have been visiting a friend who is a resident in your facility for nearly a year. While in your facility we were able to observed that accommodations there were very impressive. The rooms were spacious, and furnished with a full bathroom and shower, microwave oven and small refrigerator. Your dining room was very elegant and well staffed with friendly and efficient servers. We brought in our mother for a visit and we had the opportunity to eat lunch at your facility. We found that the food was well prepared and delicious. We were advised that the menu is changed daily. We chose your facility for our mom. My mother has been a resident there now for approximately 6 weeks. This is the first time she has lived outside her home and we were concerned that she would not be satisfied living there. Mom is very happy and she is really enjoying her room, the food and the many activities available there for her. Your staff conduct themselves in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times. The facility is well maintained and managed. My Mom and I are delighted with your services in general. If, I may, we would like to suggest or recommend that additional Spanish speaking personnel be hired at your facility. Again, thank you kindly for your assistant and providing excellent care for my mom.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We liked the feel of this place a lot. It was a nice looking community, and staff were very friendly and professional. It had a cozy atmosphere, and an inviting feel. Unfortunately this community was a bit too far to be an option we could consider for our loved one, but it is definitely worth a look.

They are always there for us. They are up to the top, very helpful, very caring, very loving people. I'd give them a ten. When she had to go to the emergency room and we were out of town, they called us and let us know every step of the way. They are absolutely 100% worth it! They have parties for different holidays, and a dinner once a month for the residents as well as the family. The food is good! They had a family dinner for us when we first moved in and we got to meet most of the staff. It was wonderful. I have to give a big shout out to Ms. Stoddard, I couldn't have done it with out her. When I called A Place For Mom, they were right on it, and there for me. They really helped us in our time of need.

I love the building and all the surroundings. It's light and airy with lots of windows, courtyards and open sitting rooms for the residents to enjoy. I had lunch there one day. It was delicious. My husband hasn't had any of the outbursts that he was having at the last place. He seems to be content although it's hard to figure out what he is thinking since he doesn't verbally communicate much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband has only been there a week but i think he seems to be comfortable. And, it only serves residents with memory care needs. It is not an assisted living facility although some of the residents appear to be able to physically take care of themselves.

I haven't personally gotten a chance to visit my loved one here yet (but I've got a trip planned), but after all the trouble we had with her previous facility near me this place has been a huge change! I've heard nothing but good things from my relatives. The staff have been great about communication. I'm always able to get in touch with someone, and they get back to me immediately with responses to any questions I've had.

My parents moved into Habersham House about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The first night I asked them to just go for dinner since it was my anniversary.I was planning on letting them return to my house until the next day since they seemed reluctant at first. We had moved their basic furniture in and we were waiting for the hospital bed to arrive. The staff at Habersham House made it happen that day. The bed arrived and was put together during dinner. After dinner my mom called and said they were spending the night. They are very happy with their room and the staff are wonderful. There is a therapist on staff so Mom doesn't have to leave the premises for physical therapy and she has gotten to know her therapist personally. They are very happy with the food and my Mom is very grateful not to have to cook anymore. They have been married almost 60 yrs and I'm so glad we toured Habersham House first because it just seemed like it was meant to be.I have no complaints and feel very good about their care.

This was my favorite. It has skilled nursing-if she has surgery and she can stay with her same friends. It had good service, activities & cleanliness and the best price. It's #1 on my list so far.

To date I am very pleased with the staff and facilities at Savannah Cottage. The Cottage is a memory care facility, however they accepted my mother who is a speech impaired stroke survivor. She has been embraced by the staff and the residents and it seems to be a really good fit for her. I am very pleased with the attention she receives from the staff and how the residents have taken her into their small community.

Wonderful place and wonderful, caring staff. It is assisted living and Mama is not exactly ready for this level yet. Jennifer was super smart and a problem solver.

My grandma seems relatively happy! Basically, the social life is the main thing. She doesn't have her own room yet, but that is from our own budget. They really worked with her to get her in the place with her smaller paycheck. The care seems great, and she tends to be pretty happy!

So far it's really good. I can't complain. My mom is there. She's not doing so well but the facility is doing well. I think they've done a great job. I think the care is good there. They've got a really good staff there. They're really hands on and they work really hard.

I have been very pleased with all my interactions with Agape Garden City. Everyone seems to really care and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I feel like my Mother is in caring, capable hands. I am grateful for this kind group.

I loved this place!

It's been a wonderful place, we were very pleased with it. The care was wonderful, I loved all the staff, they're just so loving and caring, it was a beautiful place, a peaceful place. It had lots of activities, my mom was a musician and she had quite a level of dementia but they really encouraged her to play the piano at lots of activities and that was so good for mom. They had family nights, we weren't there for very long so we only got to go to two, but one of my favorite photos is from a couple of weeks ago with my mom and I in cowboy hats and bandanas. This place also had a memory care, but we tried the regular assisted living and it turned out that that worked out fine, but we knew if leaving became an issue she would be able to go there and that was nice. Being close was also really important and it made a difference, my husband and I could swing by after work and if it had been farther, we may have put it off.

It's going very well, the staff is A1, top knotch. They don't have an awful lot of activities because it's a small outfit, I would like more games. I think it's hard because so many of their residents are not capable, but the food's good, it's not gourmet but it's well cooked. I haven't been here that long to really get involved but I would say they could have more activities, but they do well with what they have, but, as I said, there's a lot of people who aren't capable. The staff is wonderful and the care is good. I like this because it's small and I think sometimes things get too big and impersonal.
