everyone is very nice the sevices is wounderful i have used a lot of the activites here with some of the friends i have the staff is very very nice and the food is great! i would recommend to another famliy if their loved one needs a community or a new home...i rate the over all property a 5 star rating

Brookdale/Sterling House is a wonderful assisted living facility! My mother moved there about 4 weeks ago and could not be happier! We researched all facilities in Columbia. This was a small community which we felt would fit all her needs......and it has! The whole staff is so friendly and caring! I walk in and they greet me by name and tell me how my mother is doing! Our family highly recommends Brookdale for anyone looking for their loved one! Try it - You'll love it!!!

Have found everyone very kind and friendly. I have a friend staying in respite care for 3 wks. She tells me everyone is friendly. She also enjoys the meals - - says most all meals are very good!

We did not get to move in, but we like the people and the rooms.

When we first started out looking for a safe and caring environment for our mom, we were pleasantly surprised to find a caring, beautiful, up-to-date and professional residence at Ivy Springs. Sarah Biehl, Executive Director, made the difficult transition so smooth and immediately developed a relationship with our mom. She handled any and all issues I had with professionalism and friendliness. We were welcomed like family. Everyone from the top down of staff to caregivers are so gentle and patient with mom. They put her needs first and care about her happiness. Mom has several medical issues and the nurses have handled them very professionally. I would recommend Ivy Springs to anyone whose loved ones are at the point of extra care.

The Sterling House is very nice! We do understand that it is a "hybrid" facility with memory and assisted blended together. Shannon gave us a wonderful tour and explained all aspects of their facility. I do feel like mama would be very happy there but might need more "specific individual memory" care or "specific assisted" care. Might be a great option for us as a short term stay.

AMAZING!!! Janet and Mimi are amazing!!!! OMG! What a personal, fun, caring tour we had!!! Their facility was wonderful and you could see & feel the love that Janet and Mimi have with all the residents there! My mother would indeed be very happy!

Take great care of both my parents. Couldn't ask for anyplace better and the staff - AWESOME!

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Savannah Court, they're very nice people! Before we took my loved one to see the community for the first time the people at Savannah asked me about his interests so that they could have a few small gifts prepared for him, to help him settle in! Everyone here is warm and gracious! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take great care of the people who live here!

Things have gone very well so far at Sterling House on Park Lane! The administrative staff here were a huge help in our time of need. We ended up having only a few hours to find somewhere for our loved one after she was discharged from the hospital, and the people at Sterling House really went above and beyond to help us out. They let us borrow some furniture while we got her settled, and even went out and bought some bedding for her while we took care of the paperwork. Everyone here just has a friendly, professional attitude, I would highly recommend them!

My mother moved in to Ivy Springs Manor over two years ago. The place is very clean and inviting. The food is very good (the times I have eaten there with her) and everyone is always very pleasant. My mom enjoys going on the many outings they offer. The have parties fairly often and it is nice to see all of the staff there enjoying themselves. They all seem to really like their jobs. It is also nice to see all of the families of the residents. There is a lot of family involvement which is very important. Since it is not possible for my mother to live at home, this place is the next best thing!

the caregivers are great with the residents. this is a memory care only facility and was well thought out. the floor plan is conducive for keeping people as active as possible. access to the residents is outstanding. my wife was in daycare and respite before becoming full resident this week. I feel good knowing my wife is loved and safe and well cared for 24 hours a day. Having a RN on staff and on site is a big plus. The food is great and geared to the residents dinning ability. My wife is kept busy all day and rarely goes to her room. Socialization is practiced and her level of peace is noticeable. I am well satisfied that I chose the right place for my wife.

Ivy Springs Manor has been an absolute blessing and comfort for me and my family. Since moving my father there a little less than a year ago, I have seen such a dramatic change in his contentment and demeanor. He suffers form Alzheimer's and resides in the memory care unit, and his level of peace and calm has improved dramatically. The staff is warm and caring and truly gets to know your loved one. At his previous assisted living facility, the staff seemed unhappy, overworked and stressed out. I have never seen an inkling of this kind of behavior at Ivy Springs. The caregivers seems happy and cooperative, and are routinely checking in with me on ways to improve my father's daily life or just communicating positive things that may be happening with him. I cannot say enough good things about the amazing staff, and the peace and comfort it brings me knowing that he is safe and cared for.

Preferable community because of smaller size. Sales Director Krystal Brookins is fantastic! She is thorough and caring.

I think it's a nice, classy place but for my brother, he isn't as independent as I thought, so he's requiring more help. They are helping him the best they can, even though it's not what they need to do. The manager of the Savannah has been great and helpful.

The staff at Atria Mableton is very good, they are all very pleasant. If you ever have a question about anything there is always someone that is able to answer it. I really can't even think of anything they could do to improve. They are a small home-like atmosphere which is what initially attracted me to them. They were the first place I went to and after visiting there and then other places they stayed number one.

My mother was demented and sometimes difficult, but the skilled staff at Elmcroft gave her the best possible care for the last years of her life. She went from being eager to leave to loving to live at Elmcroft. The care met the highest professional standards, and what's more it was loving. I recommend Elmcroft of Halls to all looking for a fine assisted living facility.

The staff at Atria Mableton is extremely friendly and welcoming. They give great attention to details. It is a very nice and clean facility.
