We chose Savannah Court because they had really good ratings, the area is gorgeous, and the location worked out very well. We drove by and it was really pretty, we really liked the sales director when we met with her and she helped me out a lot. We had him for respite care. They were great with communication and would reach out and ask to see how I was doing. If you are looking for a place where you can reach out to them and get heartfelt responses, this is the place to go.

Staff is great and billing department sucks
This community is great you just have to be careful with the billing. The billing department is not the best and when my loved one left they messed up the end billing and it was not the best situation. I feel like this department should be redone.

Elmcroft/American House of Jackson is a warm and caring place. We placed our parents here and we couldn't be happier. The staff is the so caring, patient and kind. The staff accommodates my needs by reading information, escorting me as needed, and monitoring my meds. Our family had an in person tour and this community was great. Everybody seemed very happy and it wasn't staged, we could see the staff working with the residents one on one, they answered all of our questions and it seemed like a perfectly fine place. However due to our loved ones advanced dementia we wanted a community that is solely focused on memory care.

Osprey Manor - best place to go in the Lakeland area
Osprey Manor is a good deal! the people are friendly and the staff work hard to please you. the food is good and the cost is the lowest we know of for this kind of quality. Osprey Manor is also located within a mile of the hospital, clinic and pharmacy we use the most, so it's very conveniently located. It also has a very nice appearance with big Oak trees.
