We picked this community because of the location. "A Place for Mom" was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately I had a sad turn of health events after we moved. I highly recommend "A Place for Mom".

The staff at Osprey Manor responds quickly to concerns and is very friendly. And the community is welcoming.

Overall, it has been a great experience for us. The staff have gone above and beyond for our family and our loved one. The staff communication with the family has been great, and they are prompt in responding to our questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are activities for the residents to participate in, if they want.

There was no odor. It felt like a home. They have a special enclosed area with a garden, bird feeders, and there is entertainment outside on porch. They have field trips on the bus, bingo, nail painting, art, music appreciation, movies, and football. It's just great. They have a memory center and it was an effortless transition for my friend. Its extemly well run. A nurse and nurse practitioner is on duty. Any issues that residents have is addressed immediately. Every is well taken care of. The Executive Director knows every single resident by name and interacts with the family.

Grand Villa of Lakeland gets 5 stars. They are very friendly, caring, and helpful. They really seem to love what they do. That is the attitude of the Executive Director, [name removed], and it seems to flow down through the entire staff.

This was a very nice community. The didn't have the care we needed for our loved one.

They have great staff and great people. They have been very accomodating. They hired a new chef. We picked this community because, the staff was friendly, which was a big factor. Also, the amount of money.

This was my first option. My loved one lived her, but then they were not able to provde the diabetic care, that was needed, so they moved. They were really nice and wonderful.

American House is a wonderful place to live. I downsized from a large home and really enjoy living here. They have fun activities and the food is very good. I've made wonderful friends. I'm so glad I moved here.

I love the food presentation and the love the culinary department puts into each meal. The new chef has added some exciting new flavors and dishes to the menu at American House of Jackson. The taste of each meal has been wonderful and a delightful treat! Looking forward to many wonderful meals at this Amazing Senior Living Community.

Visited community with a family member who was interested in moving mom to Jackson area. Tour was nice. The lady who gave tour was very sweet and even stayed after hours to give us a tour. Everyone we meet was happy and told us they loved living there. Staff seems welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for home for parents/grandparents.

Nursing team outstanding, food was excellent, building clean presentable, friendly staff.

Touring here made me feel like home. All staff was so kind and food was amazing! Good southern comfort food, and fun activities goin on as well.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Had lunch with relative, we were served chicken parmesan bowtie pasta/ alfredo sauce and mixed veggies

The staff are very friendly to me and my wife. They have a smile on their face. This place is very clean. I like the way they treat my wife with hugs. And she likes to dance with them also

Mars Hill Manor truly is a professional, caring and compassionate community. We recently moved our mom here from another community and we are very happy with our decision. The people at Mars Hill Manor were helpful, knowledgeable and willing to listen to all our concerns and questions regarding our mom’s needs. [name removed]and [name removed]took the time to walk our mom through the facility, introduced her to other residents and team members and made her feel at ease . We especially were impressed with how Mars Hill Manor truly feels like a home not just for the residents, but also for the people that work there. Most, if not all, the staff have been there for many years which says a lot about the commitment and consistency of the care provided. All the staff, the Administration, the CNAs, reception people, dining hall staff and facility staff have been Wonderfull and caring. Our mom is in great hands. And, she’s happy and making a good transition to her new home .

We looked at alot of facilities, and we are very happy with this community. My loved one is always clean, well groomed and nicely dressed. It's a very clean and spotless. My loved one is eating well, and sometimes they have fish or pork chops for lunch. They keep the residents, very entertained as it relates to the activties. I am very satisfied with the value of the money. They have three different types of memory care that is offered to residents.
