Our experience here was very good. Everything I saw was good, it's a great group of people here. Mom seemed to enjoy the food and activities. The cost was reasonable. Housekeeping was thorough, it always looked clean. Communication with the family was good. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

It was hard to find the right place for my mom it took a year Before she got used to it. Now she loves it! ?? The people Who work here are so nice and have an amazing attitude. My mom has made friends and it's always clean always Happy.

The location is perfect and beautiful. The staff is caring and friendly. Everything is available in house for specialized care such as podiatry, dermatology etc. The entire staff does an outstanding job!!!

I toured Brookdale Central and it was super nice, all of the people I spoke with were lovely. With my loved ones injury, I just felt another facility that had call button necklaces would be better. Brookdale had cords to pull in the rooms, but I was nervous she would not be able to get to it if needed. The sales gal followed up with me many times after we had told them we chose another facility, it was sweet and I understand she is doing her job, but it was just a bit of overkill.

We had a really good first impression, the community is very nice and the staff members are very friendly which is what we like most. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Fairforest Grove Senior Living to other families.

Our loved one moved in to The Manor after moving out of a previous community and so far this has been a night and day experience. The price is all inclusive so we do not have to worry about random charges being added on. The communication is excellent and it truly has just been wonderful so far.

Beautiful atmosphere and staff that really care about their residents. I spend my evening with my mom here, watching tv, enjoy a movie with the other residents, and unwind from the day. I often forget at times that i am not at home. I walk away knowing my mom is in good hands. My mom also feels at home here. Thank you for making this possible.

I placed my Father and Mother in the assisted living .part of the facility. I started by first touring the facility myself and did not smell any foul smells. Very clean place. The staff was very polite. Lots of activities and a large movie room. The dining room was large and you sit down and order your meal. If you didn’t like what was being served they have other dishes you could order. I then had my parents come to do a tour as this was one of the best places I toured out of 7 places. My parents and I had lunch and the food was great. They ended up moving in for a brief time but had to move out due to needing more medical attention than this facility could provide(mom has dementia).. I moved mom to their memory care facility. I would recommend the assisted facility to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents. Take a tour first and ask for [name removed], she is wonderful.

Everyone was very helpful when we were moving my aunt into the facility. People introduced themselves and let us know just ask if there is anything we need. We liked that you can’t come in or out the back door unless you have a code. Tara was extremely helpful when showing us the apartment and letting us see the amenities.

My parents and my husband and I lost our homes in Ft Myers during Hurricane Ian. Needless to say, it was a traumatic and scary time for us. Trying to deal with our losses as well as trying to find a new way forward was overwhelming. We landed in Sebring with little hope and little energy. In looking for a safe, affordable, high quality community for my parents, we made an appointment to meet with [name removed] who became something of a life-line for us. [name removed] is a compassionate soul who understood all that we had been through and all that we were continuing to go through and she did everything humanly possible to ease our worries and insure our transition was gentle and successful. She truly went above and beyond as we had lost everything.....we were coming with no furniture, no household goods, nothing but the clothes we were able to salvage. My parents have been living in their Lakeshore Manor apartment for about two months now and the transition has been so successful.

This facility is always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are kind and loving toward residents. I believe my mother, a resident, is well cared for and happy in this environment. [Name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] have made this move easy on my whole family. Thank you.

I moved to Mars Hill Manor (previously Mars Hill Retirement Community ) around Christmas 2019. The priority here is the residents. Good food with choices changed each day. Caring CNA's monitor health with good response to call devices Dependable transportation to medical appointments Coordination of meds through Blue Ridge Pharmacy Coordination of medical care as required. Clean apartments weekly. Activities to the level the residents desire and are able.

I like that an RN is on staff here 5 days a week. We've had good reports that the food is good. It is now updated and is bright and comfortable in the common areas. The staff is nice, easy to talk to, and helpful. My parents were taken to see Christmas lights (which they enjoyed). Bingo is a regular activity, which my Mom plays. Housekeeping is provided. My Mom says that it is not done in her room as well as she thinks that it should be. My Mom's house was never dirty and was always "picked up". I do think that this has gotten better. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. I actually have already, some of my parent's friends have recently moved here from another facility.

Everything is pretty good. They need to update the memory care iside. I picked this community, because it was the best value for the price. I would recommend to other families.

This has been a wonderful move for my mother. No health issues since moving and an excellent staff. We could not be more pleased.

I thought [name removed] was excellent to work with. They made the transition very easy. The only negative is they use one pharmacy and it is out of network for her insurance, so the medications cost quite a bit extra. It seems like they have great activities provided and a very vibrant activities director. I would recommend Sunabella at Savannah to others.

We toured Grand Villa Lakeland for our father. We went to several Assisted Livings on the list that was given to us. Grand Villa was the last Assisted Living we toured and by far was the best. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the receptionist who was extremely friendly and started talking to us about the place. We toured Assisted Living and they also have a Memory Care. We were very impressed with both. One of the things that stood out the most was the way everyone treated us as we walked around. All the staff seemed happy and so did the people living there.
