What sticks out most about the Retreat at Buford is the staff members, they are always very attentive and accessible when needed. The lobby area of the facility is very nice which is why we chose this facility initially. I would recommend Retreat at Buford to others looking.

They didn't respond in a timely manner. I was already working with [name removed] at [facility name removed] when they did. We wanted a "more homelike " place where he wouldn't feel anonymous. The tour they gave us was well done though.

Good overall environment at American House Lutz. You do have to be an advocate for your loved one - be involved. But most personnel are kind and patient.

Honestly, the biggest win for us has been the staff, and how much they have gone out of their way to make my aunt feel loved, included, and special. The friendliness of the staff gets 6 stats!!! They truly treat her like family and have gotten her involved in things that she would have never done in 1 million years! I would absolutely recommend Community to anybody looking!

Sumter Grove gets 5 plus stars for everything. The quality of the serve and care is exceptional. My mother is absolutely thriving here. The quality of the staff members is exceptional, they are all caring and very knowledgeable in elderly care. When you walk into, you know right away that this is a happy place to be. I would most definitely recommend Sumter Grove Senior Living to others!

The staff is friendly and everyone takes time to talk with you and share information about how your loved one is doing. They seem to have varied activities.

My my loved one is enjoying his time there and we have no complaints. I think my loved one likes the meals and I do not know about residents choosing of their meals. The staff always call and lets the family know about any problems

I was completely satisfied with the mill creek experience. They helped in every phase of the relocation. The only issue I noticed for improvement was not monitoring the main entrance all the time. As a result we had issues of my family member trying to leave the facility for walks. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Manor at Lake Morton has been a great experience. I would tell others just to be sure and take a tour/visit potential care facilities...look around and make sure it is the right fit!

The new management is amazing! My mother lives here and each time i come to visit her she is always telling me about all the activities they do. I ask my mother all the time about the care and she says its amazing (& the food). Mother really loves the Activity Director [name removed] she says she is very creative and loves the entertainment each week. Mother really loves the scenic drives they go on they even stopped for ice-cream one day (amazing). Thanks to all of team for all they do...

We picked this community becasue, it was in a good location that my loved one liked. It's working out well so far. I would recommend to other families.

This facility is great, I really don't have any complaints. My mom has been doing much better since she got here. She didn't want to come at first, but she's a lot more like herself than she was before we brought her here. I've tried the food and it's pretty good. They have a lot of good activities, though mom chooses not to participate in them. Housekeeping and Laundry are once a week and they're doing a good job with those. They definitely stay on top of collecting trash, also. Communication with the family is good. They're great about listening to suggestions from loved one's. Mom has a large room here that fits all of her furniture, as well as her own bathroom and little kitchenette area. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Grace Manor Suites is very welcoming. I lived there for a week with Mom while moving her from Texas to help with the transition, and the staff was all very kind, attentive, authentic, and competent. Food was tasty, and management was very responsive. We have had my mother and father placed at various assisted living and memory care facilities, and this has by far been the best experience with staff being competent and responsive.

Transitioning a parent is a gut wrenching time, but the staff at The Manor made our experience warm and caring. When we walked in we knew our mom had a loving place to live. Everyone was kind and encouraging. I 100 percent recommend this facility.

I have a relative in the reserve and I have seen them thrive . and come to life. I like the new management team. The Resident care director is awesome and Responsive. I have seen more activities in the last 6 months. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

I am very happy to have made this decision to move my mother into this beautiful place.. My mother is definitely in good hands of all the great caretakers and nurses.. The staffing is awesome and the level of communication is on point.. I am always informed and in the loop with everything going on with my mother.. All the residents are happy and in great care hands down.. Everything I come to visit and see my mother smiling and in great spirits means the world to me,and let's me know that I made the right choice for her..

Great staff providing all relevant information needed to make a decision for my sister as a potential resident. Great dining area and activites available. Medical services available too. Clean and friendly environment.

All the staff from administration to housekeeping are so very friendly. It's always clean and smells nice, which was a huge concern for us when finding placement. Resident care staff are aware of my father's likes and dislikes and act accordingly. Though I have never had a meal here, I'm told that my father eats every bite.
