Very inviting environment. Light and bright. Very homey feeling. They want to engage the residents. I loved how well they took care of my dad. All of the staff are amazing. The place was very clean. We picked this community because, it was close to my house.

They help as much as possible individually. I would like to see more daily planned community group activities. Very good place for Assisted living they take good care of loved ones. We picked this community because it's more like home, cost in budget, staff, medical and transportation available if needed.

When we started looking for an assisted living facility for my elderly Aunt we checked out Lakeshore Manor at Lake Jackson. [name removed] was so helpful. She gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. In fact she was kind enough to give us multiple tours. We were provided with a mobile # and she was available to answer our questions at any time. She worked with us to help the whole move in process go smoothly.

My family and I are happy to know our Mom is in a facility that provides for all of her needs and more. We know she’s getting her meds and meals. There are always activities she can and has participated in. If needed there is transportation to appts. I am able to reach the nurse or an administrator easily via text with any concerns, which are always addressed right away. It’s hard to see her decline, but we know she’s where she needs to be. It’s great peace of mind for us all.

Mom was very defensive when we first moved her into Lakeshore Manor. After a couple of weeks she settled in and began to finally make it to the dining hall….prior to that the great folks were bringing her all her meals! Now that she has come to grips with being in assisted living she is making friends, enjoying the activities and is very happy being there.

All the folks I've come in contact with have been very friendly. Meals need attention. Food come out of kitchen cold and employee tells residents it starts hot in kitchen but gets cold from the distance it travels to a resident table. Not likely.

Lakeshore Manor and Lake Jackson has been a blessing! My father has so many medical conditions and we needed a place for him to be so we did not have to worry! From the move-in to the daily living, the staff is wonderful and they really care about their residents!

I'm very happy to be here. I would recommend to others. I picked this community, because It suited my life better.

My mom loves Rock Hill Grove Senior Living. She has a one bedroom apartment which is cleaned for her, laundry washed weekly and 3 delicious meals each day. She enjoys the family environment and the daily activities. She calls it home. The staff at this facility are very kind, polite and caring. Their leadership team is excellent! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall experience, the cleanliness of the community, friendliness of the staff, the quality of care and the activities definitely get a 5 out of 5. All staff are very nice and go above and beyond . My mother especially loves the activities. Her only complaint occasionally the food which is why we rated that a 4 out of 5. When it comes to the activities they have C=cards games bingo sing along with [name removed] bus trips to eat out or suggestions from the residents. They always have a special dinner for holidays like fathers day fish and chips etc different artists come in for arts and crafts

The Manager [name removed] is friendly knowledgeable and worked in the industry for while. She can tell when a person is going to be a good fit. The administrator and MNTC staff are very helpful and friendly too. The only thing is the dinner meal is a take away for resident to heat up but very tasty a nutritious.

A Place For Mom helping me find Sunabella saved my life! I am a disabled Veteran, who was living with my 95 yr old mother. In November (2022) my mother died of a stroke! I was forced to move out of our rented housing. I was suddenly stricken with extreme Venial Hypertension/Blood Pressure and the combination of Bilateral Peripheral Artery Disease from Injuries I endured in the US Army. With my BP uncontrollable reaching levels of 253/90+ and not going down I developed full-fledge Lymphedema! To the point the infection I developed put me in the hospital (PCU-Cardio - ) ward for a week. There was terrifying fear I was going to lose one of my ankles. But I hung on to my beliefs in Faith and I had a miracle. My brother brought me home to Sunabella where I have my own apartment! I am recuperating with the upstanding, relentless dedication of all the top professional staff within the organization of Sunabella Independent Living. The Manager, [name removed], fantastic! He is there for all the residents! Making sure all our needs are met! From the Independent to the Assisted Living Residents! I have not felt this much ease and safety and love in so long. These professionals have eased my way through my grief of the loss of my mother and reunited me with long lost family relationships! God bless all involved who took immediate action to lift me up from my life's happening downward spiral! One great big outreach Hug of Gratitude and Love to you all!

For the couple of months my loved one lived at Mars Hill Manor, it was great. It is a very family like atmosphere, and the people that work there genuinely care.

We have had a great overall experience with assisted living at Grace Manor. It's a great facility. Communication between staff and guardian could be better, but the residents are well taken care of.

Before I came in here I went to five different places to look for a place to live. I decided on this one because of the friendliness, and it reminded me of a place I used to work. The value was also the most reasonable.

I would certainly recommend this network (Florence Place in particular) to anyone in need of care for a loved one. I had heard about A Place for Mom on TV, so I called them. I didn't know that it was a network of facilities, nor did I know that it was affordable. So, my wife and I went to visit and check out Florence Place in person. The staff, facilities, services, etc. amazed me. I was convinced that this was the right place.

My sons insisted Mama ( the princess) be well cared for in an assisted living place. Although I wanted to be at home, my sons and DILs chose wisely. I’m pampered with smiles while my apt is cleaned, as I’m rolled in my wheelchair to the dining room, activity room, or of my choosing. This is now home, a new adventure! Complete with new friends, transportation and staff.

With the care services there was a problem in the beginning but it was addressed promptly. What we like most about the Florence Place is the cost vs [community name removed] prices and we loved the porch access. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place fr their loved ones.

We were working on a budget so price was key. Facility, residents and activities to interact were nice. We cannot comment on the care services as it is independent living, we are unsure of the meals but they facilities look nice.

Our family had an in person tour with Grace Manor and all around it was 5 stars. It was our 2nd choice. Staff very friendly, very clean. Activities planned everyday. They were playing cards one day I was there, they had a dance party one other day I was visiting. The staff very friendly. I liked that the owners are local to our area, so they are able to keep an eye on their business. My own mother lives in another one of their properties, but in their Independent Living facility instead. I like how they run their properties. Their Independent Living facility gets the same food service as Grace Manor, so I know the food is really delicious. As we all know, the elderly have strong opinions about the food they get served!
