Staff is awesome and so Helpful. Dad is so much happier since he has been in Independent Living. He gets around better and enjoys the company of other Redidents and the Activities has made him get around from listening to Bingo to the Music they have. He has his little Dog now and that has made him so much Happier.

First impressions: greeted so nicely at reception desk. The marketing director sat us down in a lovely, cozy common space sunroom to learn more about us and our specific needs. Our beautiful view was of Mars Hill University and Bailey Mtn. During the community walkthrough, we talked to several residents who wanted to share their favorite things about their “home”. It is clear they love the staff, and enjoy a variety of foods in a comfortable dining setting. Apts were nice and appropriately priced. Staff made a point to introduced themselves which gave us a nice feel for their community personality.

When we were visiting assisted living facilities, my father, who was very much against the idea, actually liked Mars Hill Manor! Every other facility he gave a thumbs down. He has been in MHM for a year and enjoys the activities and the staff and the whole experience. The residents are very caring and watch out for each other. But what sets MHM apart is the staff...exceptional!

I would give the best 10 plus rating to all questions for Savanah Court of Oviedo. Caring, professional, loving personal care from a wonderful staff. <3

Oaks at Savannah provides a very high level of service at a very good price. I would recommend them highly.

Attended a wonderful event at this place over the weekend to celebrate Grandparents Day. It was a wonderful brunch. They have a new Chef who made delicious omelets and waffles for all the people who live there. The food was amazing, best food we have eaten at any family event given by the community. Seeing a lot of improvements with new staff. My family member loves it here.

They are really great. The food is good, and is well-balanced. The people are friendly. My loved one likes the chair exercises. The value for the money is pretty good. It's a clean community, and they are very accommodating. Overall, it seems to be a happy place.

So far things have been good overall. When we first moved our loved one in, they had next to no staff, but they've been staffing up, and things have been better since then. Just be sure to ask lots of questions during the touring process and be proactive afterward. The staff have been very attentive to our questions/concerns. The facility does need some upgrades, and I would also like so see better consistency and quality of the food.

The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean and inviting. There is a new Culinary Director, and the food he has been making is absolutely fantastic! He did made to order omelets for grandparents day! Such a nice touch!!

I enjoy living at American House in Orange City. Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I feel very much at home. I've made new friends and enjoy the activities. It's an excellent community.

I have found staff to be friendly, professional and caring above all else. The activities program, headed by [name removed] is fun, and is all in. She's fun, creative, always smiling, and is great at her job. [name removed] at the front desk is jack of all trades and master of all. She gets your questions answered and assists whenever she can. She's always pleasant and very professional. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I absolutely love living at Atria. i was living alone during the start of the pandemic. Here it is wonderful to be around people, exercising and eating. Great back yard. Also, a group has gotten together and we play UNO. Great place.

As a provider that visits numerous assisted living facilities, Atria by far has the most activities and interaction with residents. The residents are treated with respect and encouraged to engage, not as individuals who are just there to live out their last days. As a provider I recommend Atria, and if I had family in need of an assisted living facility I would be happy to send them to Atria.

My Dad moved into the Rock Hill Grove in June. He has enjoyed the social activities and has made many friends. At Rock Hill Grove the staff is like family in that they care about the residents. Dad said the food is good. Well it’s better than good it’s been great. Dad has gained a few pounds I. The four months he has been a resident. It really makes me feel good that Dad has fit right in taking part in the activities. He is well taken care of by the staff.

I work in the Senior Community and would refer anyone to Atria. They have some staff that has been there 10 years! It’s a great place and everyone’s so welcoming and friendly. It’s like home away from home!

The decision to transition my mother from her home of fifty years to assisted living was in no way an easy one, but a necessary one. After spending 75 days in the hospital or rehab, she no longer could live by herself. I toured three assisted living facilities in the process of choosing one for my mother. All would have met her needs, but Lakeshore Manor at Lake Jackson stood out way above the rest. The Family Advisor was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and eliminating any reservations that I had. The rest of the staff have been kind, friendly, and welcoming. Any and all issues have been quickly addressed. I highly recommend Lakeshore Manor.

Highly recommend speaking to the young lady that works as the community relations or sales and touring her Senior community. C. G. makes you feel like you are already family. Shares resources and guides you throughout the process so you and your loved one can make a good decision.

They are great. My loved one is content and happy, and we are extremly satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend Atria Forest Lake.
