I find Atria Forest Lake to be a sweet caring community that focuses on not only their residents, but also their families and staff. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy my friend moved to American House in Orange City. We looked at several places but felt right at home when we visited American House. The person who showed us around was so friendly and engaging. She put my friend right at ease. She moved in and loves it! The Activities Director connected her with another resident to sit with her at meals and activities so she had an immediate friend. All the residents have been so nice. I've also been able to come in and meet her new friends. They have such a fun time. She's coming out of her shell. She has even played Card Bingo which I thought she would never do. She enjoys the food and not having to cook or do dishes. I'm so relieved and happy that she is happy!

We previewed several places before picking American House Orange City. They lived up to all their promises. My mom loves the place. Great food, plenty of activities and the people working there are great. I highly recommend them

My loved one, loves it here. They like the hair dresser and foot doctor. The staff is very friendly and good, and when we need anything, they get it for us. My loved one loves breakfast but does not care for lunch or dinner options. It's pretty affordable. It's super friendly. They are open to suggestion, from the nursing staff to the cooking staff. They always ask what my loved one likes to eat.

The staff at Mill Creek Manor have just been wonderful to work with, our loved ones care has been so great since moving here. Her daily medication are given on time and physically she is so much better. Since she has been on a regular scheduling of three meals a day she is now in this new routine that is amazing. They have a hair salon on sight where we can reach out to them and schedule appointments for her, it is so easy. The activities are appropriate. We were able to secure a private room for our loved one and the value for the money is very reasonable.

We had a wonderful experience with Mill Creek Manor. We were very impressed initially with the staff and the facility overall. Everyone was super friendly. They seemed to have a lot of great activities provided but we did not participate in any. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Carolina Gardens at Garden City is a lovely community that makes everyone who walks through their doors feel like family. The Culinary Director ensures that the meals are not only nutritious, but you are given a variety of different options from day to day. The Life Enrichment Director ensures 6-8 activities are going on throughout the day. Some of the activities that one may see are bible studies, BINGO, cards, trivia, lunch/shopping/mystery outings, exercising, coffee socials, musical entertainment and HAPPY HOUR! Care staff is in the community 24/7, making sure that your loved ones are getting the care that is needed, helping with medication management, bathing, grooming and dressing when assistance is needed. What is also great about this community is that you will see Management out and about with the residents and helping where and when needed. This is one of the most budget friendly communities in the Myrtle Beach area. Call to set up a tour, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to help when you are not able to go back to your home. They have a very kind and loving staff that help to make the tasks of daily life easier as you work with therapy to return home. The directors are amazing, everyone including sales person, nurse director, office manager and bus driver made my experience at American House enjoyable. Loved my stay and give them a big Thank You for everything they helped me with so I could go back home!

I have attended some of the events hosted by American House of Jackson for the community and I must say this seems like a wonderful place to live and work. All the employees are friendly and kind. I watched as they cared for the residents needs with compassion and love. Residents seemed to be like family in this community. The directors are always willing to take the time to meet with families and work hard to find make sure they are happy. The community events are family oriented and fun for everyone. I would definitely recommend this community to any senior looking for a place to call home.

I lived at American House Orange City and felt at home. I was immediately welcomed. The residents are friendly and kind and I easily made friends. The staff were like family and showed genuine concern and compassion. I only moved out to be with family and would return if I ever need an Assistant Living environment again.

The staff members there really made our loved one feel comfortable and welcomed. They were so attentive and accommodating to her needs and our families needs. They were able to provide that around the clock service and keep a close eye on our loved one.

The main reason we chose Savannah Court was because it is very close with my house and also my mother in law was here a while back so I was very familiar with the facility. It has been a positive experience and I would recommend the facility to others.

Well priced and the people are so nice!!

I had issues with billing for my loved one. They did not follow through. My loved one likes the food. The receptionist is very patient and helps my loved one. They have a lot of different activities, which includes getting their nails painted weekely. My loved one seems happier, and has made new friends, which is all that matters.

It was nice but I wanted a smaller setting for my loved one. It was too big.

Before I came to Grace Manor I toured other places; I feel safe here and I call it my home now. I've made a lot great friends and I know it isn't the newest place, but I feel safe. You can go to other places and pay more, but this was the only place that would let me be independent yet when I did need extra assistance they were there. I feel safer here than I did at my own home and I have a nice view of the park. I don't feel that I'm imposing here, the director just came in and spoke to me to see how I was doing. Although she's busy directing things, she said she hadn't seen me in a while and wanted to see how I was doing. We just had a bout with Covid; I didn't test positive, but we all got our meals delivered to our rooms. We have resident meetings where if there's a problem we can address it with the resident president and secretary and they will take it up with the director. It's my home and as long as I can afford it I'd like to stay here forever. The location and everything is just great for me, and it fits me well. The activities are great here; we went to the strawberry festival and the movies. We play bingo and I play poker every Friday and Saturday night. They have card games, beach days, water play day, and we were supposed to have a boat excursion, but it was cancelled due to the weather. They've brought in entertainment like singers and animals. They had dogs, cats, llamas, and small horses; I love animals. There's a different variety of things, so if one thing doesn't suit you then another activity might. During my tours I asked a few questions - one of which was, "What would happen if there was a hurricane or flood"? Grace Manor had an evacuation plan that they walked me through, and although things can change at least there is a plan in action. I would highly recommend Grace Manor to others.

The caregivers and staff are wonderful. It is a very friendly environment and they genuinely care about us. I feel safe and protected as if I was at home.

I feel like I found home. I really do feel the people here are my family. That says it all.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Fairforest Grove and loved all of the staff, especially the gal that was showing us around. Everything was awesome but location wise it was just not going to work out for our family.

This was a wonderful community and the staff were wonderful. My loved one wasn't able to be part of the community due to the community thinking they wouldn't be able to care for my loved one due to the health concerns.
