Sunabella has been an excellent facility showing love and compassion to my wife & all residents. Impressed with the activities and regular exercise programs that are provided.

I really liked Savannah Court and Cottage of Oviedo. The set up of their memory care wing was almost identical to where my loved one was moving from, so I thought it would be familiar and comfortable for her. Unfortunately it was just too pricey for the income she was making.

They have taken great care of my father.

Everyone has been extremely friendly. It expensive but not too expensive, especially for this area compared to some others that we looked at. It is also in a very good and convenient location. I would recommend Mill Creek Manor to others.

We chose this community because they only focus on memory care and the staff members really do listen to our family which is very important. They are a little understaffed at times which is why we gave the activities 4 out of 5 stars, but we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I love the community. The staff and meals are very good. I like everything the community has to offer. The staff are okay to work with if the family has questions or concerns. The meals are very good. I enjoy what they have to serve. There is no staff overnight, in case the residents need something. The community provides the residents a pendant to wear in case they need assistance. Shopping trips, games, bingo, celebrations, and more are some of the activities the community offers the residents. The apartment, utilities, laundry, housekeeping, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. The bus is only available for the activities offered by the community. If a resident needs to go to the doctor they must find their own transportation such as a taxi.

I would recommend Rock Hill Grove to others for their loved ones. In fact I have recommended the community as I am very pleased with our experience. You can feel the caring nature by the staff in the atmosphere. It shows that the staff really care for the residents and enjoy what they are doing. The staff are very nice to work with. They are able to answer questions or address the concerns the family has about our loved one. If they don't know an answer they are good at following up with the family with the answer. Bingo, reminiscing conversations, cooking class, garden club, movie nights, field trips, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from. The care, the apartment, utilities, housekeeping, transportation, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee.

The amenities are wonderful and the staff and everything is absolutely great. It is just a wonderful place. I would even consider moving to this community myself. My father loves it here at this community. I walked in and I knew right away that this was the place. They have activities like work out classes, the dinning room for meals and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. They also take the residents to appointments as needed.

I really like this community however, because I have dementia and they did not have assisted living I was not able to go to this community. It was a great tour and I really would have liked to have gone here but the doctor knew that it would not work out.

The people are super here at Brookdale Greenwood, they are truly what make the whole facility so great.

I would suggest you look into Oaks at Savannah. The staff and the community are easy to work with from the start to the finish. They provide high level of care for your loved one. The community is able to provide a safe environment and medication management for my loved one. The room, utilities, changing of linens, and housekeeping are included in the monthly fee. The staff are quick to respond to your questions or concerns about your loved one.

After looking around at some other places and then coming to Grace Manor at Lake Morton, we thought this was going to be the best fit for my loved one and her needs and it has turned out to be so. The staff always keep you well informed which is important in a situation like this. My wife says the food is good and she is critical about food. So far things are going well and we would recommend the facility to others.

caretakers - friendly, professional, caring. administrative staff - extremely capable/knowledgeable, friendly. overall - very good people from the top down.

We went with The Retreat at Buford because of convenience of the location as well as the cleanliness of the facility and friendly staff, it was just an overall good feeling that we got from the place during our tour experience. My mom absolutely loves it here and is doing great. She speaks highly of the staff members. It has been a good experience and we would recommend the community to other families who are looking.

[name removed] is one of the best sales persons I have ever met. she's very smart, and very friendly and pleasant to be around; and an asset to this place.

toured a few months back with sales director one weekend. she was wonderful to me and my sister. everyone we met loved being there. staff was friendly and spoke to my sister and I about why they like working there. unable to move in because of dads health needs at the time.
