After going blind in 2020 I knew I could not live alone. I moved to MHRC and it has been a blessing. The staff accommodates my needs by reading information, escorting me as needed, and monitoring my meds. The dining staff goes the extra mile by cutting up my foods and prompting me as to where things are on my plate at mealtimes. I toured American House and had a good first impression. [community name removed] had an additional license - extended congregate care - which allowed them to provide more services for residents. I chose another community because it was located closer to me and had more to offer.

Our family had an in person tour and the lady giving the tour was fantastic. She not only showed us around the community but introduced us to other staff. A big selling point is the staff have these badges that state how long they have been at the community and some of them had shown years.

Our family had an in person tour and this community was great. Everybody seemed very happy and it wasn't staged, we could see the staff working with the residents one on one, they answered all of our questions and it seemed like a perfectly fine place. However due to our loved ones advanced dementia we wanted a community that is solely focused on memory care.

Florence Place is a great community, it is very clean and well taken care of. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Our loved one loves the meals and dining service.

Osprey Manor is a good deal! the people are friendly and the staff work hard to please you. the food is good and the cost is the lowest we know of for this kind of quality. Osprey Manor is also located within a mile of the hospital, clinic and pharmacy we use the most, so it's very conveniently located. It also has a very nice appearance with big Oak trees.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly and take a hands care approach of caring for the residents. They know my loved one. The staff are good at communicating with the family.

I've already told my friends this is wonder a place to be. The day I walked in, I fell in with the community. There staff are wonderful and are willing to assist each other, and are very good to the residents. The meals are very good here. We have had very good staff.

They have a true concern for the patients. After touring other assisted living locations, they seemed to be more like a business. And at Mill Creek, I did not get that feeling. They really take care of their patients and have concern for them. The staff is helpful, and everyone seems to communicate well with one another. The facility seems comfortable for my loved one, and he's happy there. Overall, it's just a good place.

Good community, too far from family.

I would highly recommend Osprey Manor for your loved one. The atmosphere is friendly and the community easy to get in and out of. There are no concerns of our loved one's care. The only concern is the laundry area is not up to par.

I would tell others that my loved one is thriving here. The communication with the staff is good with memos for food drives, and more. There is always someone to answer the phone when I call to check on my loved one. They have concerts, ball games, picnics, walking club, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

The director is phenomenal, and all of the staff members have been so courteous, friendly, prompt and experienced. We have nothing but positive things to say about Lakeshore. All of the food we saw our loved one eat seemed really good, a wide variety. If you did not like something being served they had a second menu and even if you don't like what is on the second menu they will continue to give options until you find something you like. Very accommodating.

The staff is very attentive. Meds are given on time. Food is quite food-served hot and fresh as a rule. Crafts are innovative and pleasing to the makers.

I like everything about this community of mine.

It is a very pleasant community, residents and staff wise. Many interesting activities provided.

The entire staff gives of themselves at all times in what they do while caring for their residents. Warm, friendly, and loving describes Sumter Grove Assisted Living, true professionalism at its best.

My mother has been living here for a little over 2 years and we have been very pleased with the wonderful staff and the amenities offered here. We are very pleased with their handling of the COVID situation and their concern for the health and safety of the residents and their families.
