The dining services team at Residences at Vantage Point strives to provide personalized service for every resident. When we hosted friends they developed a superb menu and took care of all the details. Everything was delivered on time and set up was beautiful.

I look forward to dining each evening in Vantage Point's newly renovated Bistro. The four-course menu offers a large variety of my favorite staples ranging from poached salmon to a delicious flatbread pizza as well as specialty items such as duck breast and soft shell crabs. We are served by a caring staff as we enjoy a fun social time with good friends.

The people are all very friendly there and really have welcomed our loved one. One thing we really like is that the staff makes sure all the residents are eating together and nobody is left out, they also change up the eating groups so there is a chance for everyone to get to know one another. Based on our experience we have already recommended this community and will continue to do so

My mom spent the last 6 years living in my home. Now, for a variety of reasons, it is time for others to take care of her. We chose Clarendale. When I first walked into the building I was struck by the beauty of the building. Inside and out. The decor is welcoming and comfortable. My mom would later say, after a tour, this is a home that I can feel good about when I have visitors. “Yes, mom, welcome your family and friends.” I have spent every day this past week getting mom settled in. I have discovered that even more beautiful than the building, is the staff. It is obvious that to many, this is not just a job but a calling. I saw many acts of kindness and servant hood. I saw staff that not only enjoy the residents, but one another. I felt welcomed as a daughter and that any question or request was gladly addressed. This will be a difficult transition for mom and I both. But from what I’ve seen this week God will be using the beauty of Clarendale to care for mom. I can rest.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community but unfortunately they were just not equipped to handle giving our loved one insulin shots.

GVS has done an outstanding job caring for Mom in their Long Term Care facility. They routinely follow up with us on her care plan and answer all our questions without an excess of confusing clinical jargon. They are attentive and responsive to Mom's needs, and that's very comforting to know.

My mother-in-law has been in GVS Long Term Care for the past 4 months and it is a peace of mind knowing that she is being well taken care of and that the community is nearby. We appreciate and the caring and understanding staff.

My brother and I often eat with my father and it’s always so good and my father is so proud that we come and enjoy eating at his place:)

The staff, down to the director, to caring staff is excellent. They take very good care of my loved ones. They treat, the residents with respect. Overall, it is always a postive atomsphere/environment.

From the moment you pull in the drive, you are in awe of this beautiful community. Walking in just feels like home. The staff in the Resident Center, Center for Health and Rehab and Stonebriar greet you with a smile, make you feel like family and genuinely care about your experience. Whether you are looking for care and services for a loved one, interviewing for a job or arriving to visit, it is a welcoming experience! Burcham Hills has a wide array of activities and events for residents, staff and families, the food is flavorful and they offer a fantastic selection. For such a large community, it is amazingly clean and you can tell how well the residents are cared for. I've visited several communities in the area and Burcham Hills is simply the best!

My husband and I have lived at Monarch Landing for 3½ years and are very, very happy that we moved here. Yes, it has many amenities, a large selection of apartments that you can personalize, a friendly staff, and loads of things to do (active and not-so-active). So, what makes us different from other independent living communities in the area? Super-friendly residents. We have made many more friends here in over 3 years than we have in 40+ years living in Naperville. Join a club, committee or simply have dinner with someone, and you’ll have a friend. Walk down the hallway and everyone says, “Good morning” or “Hi! How are you?” Many say that they chose to live at Monarch Landing after looking at other facilities simply because this was the place with the friendliest residents. Don't wait to move here until you “need” the advantages of living here. If you do, you’ll miss out on so much. I am convinced that living here with all our friends will extend our lifespans.

The food served by this facility could easily be served at a 5 star restaurant. I was both surprised and pleased to discover my mother will have the opportunity to enjoy culinary choices of this quality. The food is delicious, and the service is first rate. Hats off to the Delaney management for a job well done!

Great place to live with the very best dining! Chef is very creative with meals and continually serves delicious meals. Also provides a menu of many options in addition to the two daily entree choices at both lunch and dinner. Serving staff and kitchen staff are the best ever. They are personable, friendly, and efficient. Everyone in the dining service goes above and beyond.

Always very friendly and helpful dining room service. Much better than a restaurant. And the food is always good, and often quite outstanding. Kudos to the Delaney staff!

It's a really nice place and they a lot of activities My mom seems pretty happy there. She has her days, but if you have to go into memory care, then this would be the place to go. They have real nice areas for the residents outside and she really enjoys that, that's a big thing. When we visit we get to sit with her outside and that's the highlight of her day.

Not sure how they compare on the grand scheme. The food I've not eaten anything my mom says it's good though. The activities seem pretty good and the value is in line with similar competitive facilities. We are happy with our choice.

This is a good community. They don't have a nurse of staff 24 hours a day.

Our mother has lived at South Port for a number of years and has experienced most levels of care, most recently assisted living. Our family is grateful for the Alf managers and staff. Their sales manager is organized and made the process simple. What a wonderful campus and great group of people.

Warm and cozy with lots of amenities.

My sister and I knew we needed to have my mom move to a place closer to family. When researching other facilities in the area, Parkwood quickly became the front-runner. I had the privilege of speaking with [name removed] who was the first person to take the time to understand my mom's needs and was great through the entire decision making process. Our mom has been a resident since December and it has been a life saver. She loves her unit and everything is so well maintained. She loves that her home is cleaned once a week and raves about the food and being able to get her hair done. We have watched our very shy mom come out of her shell and meet new people and participate in activities. Every week she tells us how happy she is living at Parkwood. I am not exaggerating when I say that we found the ideal place for our mom. The people at Parkwood genuinely care about the residents and we know that she is happy there.
