Have come to visit mom a couple times now. Everyone is so great, friendly, and very helpful. Mom seems very happy and in good spirits.

We toured this community and it was clean and well maintained. We were impressed. Nice staff, energetic activities and beautiful campus. Offer all the levels of care, including rehab. Very helpful Sales staff. This community is at the top of our list.

My mom was in the rehab facility at Greenwood Village South for 2 weeks. She was very happy there. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was good (and she's a picky eater!). She was very impressed with the physical therapy area. She also appreciated having a community area right outside her room. She was able to get out with other people, watch TV, do jigsaw puzzles just right outside her door. She says if she needs rehab again she would definitely go back to GVS!

Our tour with The Delaney of Bridgewater was great. The staff answered all of our questions and showed us everything. They were good with the follow up afterwards as well.

If you have a question or concern they are very efficient. They are great at getting back to you immediately and you do not have to wait days to get an answer. I have been here many times during dinner and the food looks amazing, it was a lot better than I expected. The rooms are private and the they are a good size, the bathrooms are large as well and wheelchair accessible. I would most definitely recommend to others looking, they have a great memory care program.

This was a good community. It was a little further from family than we wanted.

It is a beautiful facility and the transition was very easy. I was very pleased. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. She has been disappointed in the food, they are having staffing issues so sometimes it comes out cold. She also says there are not many activities provided so they could definitely improve on those. You can only play so many games. She is paying a lot of money for very little offered. There are just inconsistencies that need to be addressed within the facility.

I have lived at Vantage Place for 9 years. Ithas been my privilege to serve on various resident committees I am very appreciative of the made from scratch meals that are served daily in our dining facilities. Daily specials included a choice of clear broth or a cream soup, several salads, a special meat or fish choice daily, in addition to choices from a seasonal menu. It is my habit to photograph dinners and send a note of thanks to the entire kitchen staff. Here is my review . “ Dinner on Tuesday evening: I neglected to take a picture of last night’s dinner. Shame on me. I am writing for a table of 6. We all had the Maryland Crab soup, Beef Tips with Balsamic Glazed Mushrooms, and the Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. What a winner! Please try it again. Only constructive suggestion might be to include noodles or a starch with it. All those I talked to today were delighted with that meal!” In response to the reviews, the meal was added to the menu - with rice!

Our experience has been positive! [name removed] has been a strong advocate for our father for many months. From hospital, rehab, to asst. living, [name removed] passion for helping was evident to our family. We are grateful and would have been lost otherwise. We can’t say enough about her and [name removed]. South Port can meet all your healthcare needs and my father really liked it there. They have a moving assistant, who helped with his new environment. The community is clean, offers nutritious food, there are lots to do, and kind residents who made us all feel welcome. We highly recommend.

While only on the waiting list for a specific apartment at Pomperaug Woods, the atmosphere and attitude of the staff are caring, courteous and helpful.

My wife and I are looking for senior living place. When we arrive in the Danberry at Inverness, [name removed] was standing at the door to welcome us. Then we invited to her office to talk all questions we want to know. [Name removed] was very patient and Professional to handle old couples like us. We found she also nicely ask some questions about us and wrote down. After talking she pushed my wife wheelchair to look around and send us to our car. WE felt very lucky and satisfied to meet [name removed] because that experience was not always happened when we visited other senior living places. We deeply thanks to [name removed].

All we can say is WOW! My mother is in Memory Care at South Port and they have always done a wonderful job caring for her, but Hurricane Ian showed our family how phenomenal this team really is. [Name removed] in Sales answered our questions during the storm and helped us with concerns by working with [name removed] the ED, and the Nurses. The caregivers and nurses retained mom's routine and she had no idea there was even a storm. The staff worked tireless hours for the residents and put them first, as always. South Port Square is Steller, and we salute them all!!!

My husband and I attended the Grand Opening and could not believe how many people were there. The Food was phenomenal, especially the prime rib! I could not believe they have their own pub which had a band playing and my favorite drink, an old fashioned. Definitely a community to consider!!

Very happy with the community of f Harbour Village

My Mom was going downhill fast after my Dad passed away. Basically giving up on life. We needed to do something to get her back to living again. We went on a tour of Harbor Village and knew that was where she needed to be. She absolutely loves it there! Food, staff, activities, residents are all great. We definitely got our Mom & Grandma back!??

The nursing staff and everyone has been fantastic. They have been very friendly. My loved one really likes the food. They offer a lot of activities, and I see other residents enjoyig them. My loved one attends the activities for Veterans. My loved one picked this community because, it felt comfortable, the people were friendly and it felt like home.

We've been very happy and have had a very good experience at Richmond Place. I would definitely recommend it to others. I particularly like the staff, and the facility itself is very nice.

My mom had to have surgery while living in the independent living area at Clarendales She needed help afterwards so we decided to put her in the Assisted Living part of Clarendales. They did a awesome job of taking care of her while there. When it was time to go back to her apartment in Independent she wanted to bring all the nurses and the assistants with her. They took great care of her and she will miss them. The family really appreciates them.

Everyone here, staff and residents are kind. Everyone says hello, even if they don't know you. The staff will help you with whatever you say you need help with. They go out of their way to help you.

My loved one loves it here! The staff is very friendly, the food is very good, and the activities are good too. She loves everything about it!
