This is a wonderful facility, our favorite of all toured in Boston. It's new, fresh and has a great vibe. Our first choice.

We were surprised by how quiet and relaxing the living space was despite being in a pretty busy area. The staff is very helpful and concerned about the residents. My mother in law was concerned about moving to a new place at her age, but everyone has been so friendly. She's easily making friends.

In my experience, the staff members have different personalities, just like anywhere else. Some are exceptionally friendly and helpful, while others may be less personable, but overall you learn to work with the people who are there. One thing that helped my mother was finding a staff member she trusted and could go to when she needed assistance. No facility is ever going to be perfect, and it's important to keep realistic expectations. That said, my mother's overall experience has been very positive. She feels well cared for, enjoys living there, and would describe it as a good place to be.

My husband and I both loved the place. I especially noticed how the staff and residents interacted and it was quite lovely. My husband said if you didn't want to, you could stay in the same place and not get bored. The decorations and atmosphere were soothing, relaxing and updated. We were both excited about the pool and that we could bring our furbaby with us. My husband has Parkinson's, so I was exceptionally impressed with the safety check-in system located in the bathroom - that really impressed me. I was also pleasantly surprised at the pricing, and althoug we have a way to go, this is definately at the top of our list. [name removed] was especially kind, gracious and patient, never rushed us and answered all of our question thoroughly.

The staff is caring and try their hardest to please. The food is well prepared. The common areas are spotless.

The facilities here are beautiful, very clean and orderly. As resident of assisted living, we enjoy such services as laundry service, three meals a day, housekeeping, and many other amenities. The grounds around the apartments are beautifully landscaped and walking paths to enjoy if you're so inclined.

[name removed] was wonderful to show us this beautiful facility. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Your facility was clean will maintained and the activities were abundant.

Our mom was tired of taking care of her house alone and wanted to learn more about independent living. From the initial meeting with [name removed], she made our mom feel comfortable, valued, and important. [name removed]answered every single question…and we had A LOT. She has followed up quickly and it is clear that she cares about the residents, which is a comfort when we aren’t close by. We are so thankful for [name removed] and the entire staff of The Village for making a time filled with emotion and transition as seamless as possible.

We moved our mother into The Village at The Woodlands Waterway nearly two weeks ago, and the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. [name removed] , our primary contact, has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to the many questions that arose during the transition, [name removed] has been responsive, supportive, and genuinely caring every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond to make our mother feel welcomed and comfortable while keeping my sister and me informed and reassured throughout the move-in process. Thanks to her efforts and the warm community atmosphere, our mother is settling in beautifully. She has already made new friends, joined several groups, and especially enjoys the workout classes. We are delighted to see her thriving in her new home, and thus far, we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience at The Village at The Woodlands Waterway.

They're extremely personable and friendly. There are no specific ways they could improve Not compared to the dozen other places I've visited. They're over the top. 10 out of 10. Food is also very good

Staff is great/care are great. Tons of activities. Food is great. My mom has only cooked once in a month. Apt is 720 sq feet. Very clean. Cleaning lady every 2 weeks. 2 drs in the building my mom loves. She is busy and happy there.

It is a very clean facility. The nurses and caregivers are friendly and helpful. They work with residents in Memory Care to keep them engaged, so they are not spending too much time in their rooms. There are a variety of activities—sometimes they go outside to enjoy the beautiful patio setting with flowers and birds, or enjoy treats like milkshakes or homemade waffles. They also do crafts. One morning when I visited, they were having a very nice musical program. They pay attention to small but important details, such as helping residents wash their hands before meals, and they are consistently friendly and attentive, giving a personal touch to care. I highly recommend this facility.

[name removed] was amazing! It was such a wonderful visit with my dad, my brother and [name removed] ! We all knew right away… Especially my father… That this was gonna be his new beautiful home! He has moved in and we could not be happier! Incredible medical staff and assistants who check in on him and make sure he’s doing well! He lives independently but we never have to worry about falls or medical emergencies. My dad is so very happy and just loves it there! And we have so much fun visiting him! All of the staff is great! [name removed] has been so helpful in the office. Truly an exceptional and amazing experience in every way and they have the best apple ! Was one of the best and easiest decisions Dad has ever made (beyond proposing to my Mother!)

This place "checks all the boxes." The staff is wonderful, the apartments are well-appointed, and good size for the price. All residents I passed said, "Come join us, this is a great place." Should you need Assisted living later, you can have it there. Lots of things to do. Yummy food. All utilities included, except for phone and cable. Very Impressed.

My mother and I recently toured The Roosevelt at Salt Creek independent living community, and from the moment we walked through the front doors, we were impressed. The building is beautiful, bright, and welcoming, with a cheerful atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable. The apartment we viewed was the perfect size and very well designed. A special thank you to [name removed], who gave us the tour. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with my mother, making her feel valued and at ease throughout our visit. [name removed] even invited us to stay for lunch so my mother could sample the food, which was absolutely delicious. Everywhere we went, residents and staff greeted us with smiles and friendly hellos, creating a genuine sense of belonging. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we left feeling that this is a place where people can truly enjoy their retirement years.

Pam and I moved into Wyndemere on [date removed]. After almost five months here we believe this was an excellent decision for us. Wyndemere is an outstanding facility, all of the staff have been extremely responsive, and our executive director is just wonderful. Most importantly, everyone, staff and residents, have welcomed us with broad smiles and open arms. I don't believe you could find a friendlier community.

The 6+ years we have lived at GVS have only solidified the best decision we could have made for our retirement years. The staff is so helpful and caring. There is nothing we have asked that hasn't been answered with both efficiency and a smile. Everyone is so friendly and friendships are easily made. There are so many activities to chose to participate in. We highly recommend the Village to all.

havenwood has been phenomenal. They were very patient in working through the original financing. It is always clean. The staff is personable and very friendly. The same person opens the door each time Line there they know me by name. They know my mom by name and they are very supportive and working through a difficult process of aging parents I could not recommend them higher. they have activities throughout the day they give the resident options whether or not to join, but are also very inclusive at the same time. They have a comfortable outdoor space and they OT and PT come in so that my mom doesn't have to go out for appointments. It is so very convenient.
