havenwood has been phenomenal. They were very patient in working through the original financing. It is always clean. The staff is personable and very friendly. The same person opens the door each time Line there they know me by name. They know my mom by name and they are very supportive and working through a difficult process of aging parents I could not recommend them higher. they have activities throughout the day they give the resident options whether or not to join, but are also very inclusive at the same time. They have a comfortable outdoor space and they OT and PT come in so that my mom doesn't have to go out for appointments. It is so very convenient.

This is where I want to have my dad reside. Clean accommodations. Friendly staff. Great amenities. The price is definitely within our budget.

Every new thing we learned after moving in was a plus i.e. storage available for golf clubs, lab work can be done right here, voting done right here on site.

My husband spent two and a half years at Havenwood of Minnetonka in memory care. The sense of community is evident when you walk in the door. The level of care and, equally important, the effort to make connections for residents experiencing Alzheimer's and dementia is visibly present. It's notable in the staffing, and it's also notable in the way in which residents relate to one and other and in many cases, welcome each resident's family and friends as their own. I highly recommend Havenwood of Minnetonka. And I recommend that family especially take the time to build connections with the residents who become a second family to your loved one.

My husband and I met with [name removed] as we are researching next steps for my aging parents. No doubt [name removed] is a huge encouragement to her staff and the residents! She enthusiastically greeted every resident we passed on our wonderful tour. I believe the residents and known, seen and well cared for here. [name removed] has first-hand knowledge of being a daughter of an aging parent and was so attentive to our questions. I am grateful we started my search journey at the Village. What a dreamy location and warm community!

The staff is very responsive to requests . I think the activities food, and overall cleanliness have pleased my mother. She's making new friends and enjoying common areas. She also gets out for three meals a day, and those meals were better than what she had her previous residence. That is a good thing. The new friends are a good thing. The activities are a good thing.

The staff is unbelievable always accommodating and willing to help quickly and resolve any issues. Many activities for the residents to do on a daily basis. Great choices for food.

I recently visited a resident here and was so impressed. The building is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting from the moment I walked in. It truly feels like a place where people can feel comfortable and at home.

[name removed] was very helpful and gave us lots of information. The staff we met as well as the residents walking in the facility were very friendly.

At this point i would rate my fathers independent living experience 5 stars. His Villa is well maintained and he enjoys planting and caring for his flowers. Any maintenance issue is addressed and taken care of. He thoroughly enjoys the food and has made friends throughout the property. he loves taking his dog Molly for walks and she may be more recognized than him. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. After my mother's death he became increasingly isolated. Moving here has truly improved his quality of life.

A brand new facility, very clean and has all of the accommodations one could ask for. Everyone was very nice, [name removed] gave us a great tour.

Clarendale has been excellent! The staff is wonderful, courteous and very supportive. The food is very good and there's plenty of it.

Toured assisted living and was pleasantly surprised. Heard good things but went better than hoped. [Name Removed] the Sales Director was a wealth of information and resources. This can happen pretty seamlessly. The care team I met were attentive and kind. Pleasantly surprised how nice the studio apartment is. Pricing is comparable to what I’ve researched but much more clinical advantages and options for people to stay entertained. We will Be making Southport our new home.

Grounds looked very manicured and clean. Greeted by person who gave me a card to fill out while she notified someone I was present. Very personable. Facility was nice. I arrived near a meal time. Much activity with laughing and talking. Food smelt amazing. Beautiful place.

We were in a horrible situation when A Place for Mom reached out to us and recommended Clarendale. As soon as their website was updated the first and almost immediate call was from [name removed] at Clarendale. The facility is close to my home making it possible to conveniently visit every day. The common areas are very nice and inviting. The memory care area, even though being a restricted area, doesn't feel confining to the residents. The individual "apartments " are some what small but have adequate room. The enclosed courtyard adds another dimension to the openness. As with any new situation there are some things that need tweeking. The memory care manager, [name removed], has been working dilgently with us to establish a new normal for my family member. Clarendale has been phenomenal.

This was overall a smooth process staff is caring and answers questions quickly and effectively. We are Very, Very, Very Happy. THANK YOU FROM OUR FAMILY AT MAKING THIS BIG LIFE CHANGE SMOOTH!!

Loved the newness, cleanliness, friendly staff, and the location to many stores and closeness to Doctors

I have been here for about 2 years and I am very comfortable. The Delaney is a very neat, clean and organized, and the staff makes me feel home. There are some improvements that need to be worked out but nothing major. Management is very good at what they do and I love how engaged they are with us. I plan to live here for many more years. I highly recommend this place to someone looking for peace of mind while having fun. By the way the music and happy hours is a must see, I truly enjoy seeing myself and other residents having fun.

The facilities are nice, modern and very clean. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. There are a lot of activities and outings offered so that the residents have plenty of options to stay active and entertained. The food is excellent and there is enough variety on the menu to satisfy anyone. I would definitely recommend the Delaney to any of my friends or family.
