5 overall for everything! Except activities. Our family member has been recovering from a significant hospitalization and he hasn't participated in any activities, so we don't have any feedback on those yet. But they look great! The team there has been incredibly helpful and responsive to our changing needs post hospitalization.

Very friendly environment. The residences are well designed and accommodating Excellent dining options. . Great enrichment programs and activities.

It was a very nice facility, I am a bit concerned about the cost. [name removed] was very pleasant and I look forward to going back in a month or so when I am ready to move.

The apartment is very nice as are the amenities such as pubs, and bingo, a puzzle room, a library...etc...I do not really use any of the amenities but I know people enjoy them Having the restaurant is obviously a big plus If I had anything negative it would be about the Bistro? When is it open? What do they serve and when? I have stopped by many times and nobody is there I would keep the dining room open until 6:30 and leave the front door unlocked until then I know I am 20-25 years younger then the median age It does not really bother me as I am now used to it. I have found the staff to be very courteous and kind and helpful They all fit that description

I love our villa, it is actually more spacious than I thought it would be. It has been fun and a little stressful going through this process of selling our home and moving into a Clarendale Villa but with each day, it gets better!!

This was a big decision in our life, we toured and look at many retirement communities for several years and kept talking ourselves out of making that major move. Finally on a cold Jan. day in [Date Removed] we called Clarendale to see if there were any units available and yes there were so we decided to go look and talk to [Name removed], resident counselor about our possibility of moving into one. From there things just clicked for us, we were lucky enough to acquire a Villa,(one of our biggest concerns was downsizing from a 2500 square foot home to a 1500 sq. ft. Villa.) We decided it was now or never and we put our home on the market and it sold to the first looker. Downsizing all of our stuff was a little simpler than we thought with the help of [Name Removed] move in counselor at Clarendale. So far we have met very friendly people and had very good meals in the dining rooms plus great service from all Clarendale employees. I'm sure our experience will continue to be as good as we had hoped it would be.

They truly handled everything from start to finish. They provided excellent recommendations for any outside services we needed and made the entire process seamless. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, showing genuine care every step of the way. The room was spacious, with plenty of space for bedroom furniture and even a recliner. Overall, they made what could have been a difficult transition feel easy and comfortable.

The Parkwood Independent Living/retirement community has outstanding service, leaders who know everyone by name, and will do anything for them. We have fun activities every day, especially live entertainment every week. Beautiful campus.

The Vantage Point facility is very nice, and it's being kept up to date. The food was good, and the staff were very friendly.

5 for everything. My parents love everything!! The food is wonderful, my mom made great progress with physical therapy, they are making friends, the doctor came right to my mom's room today to treat her for a UTI, the pharmacy is in house so they don't have to go out to pick up prescriptions, and they've used the ride service before my mom was able to start driving again. My parents will be moving to a 2 bedroom apartment soon. They are excited about that. My mom started exercise classes last week. The staff is so helpful and kind. We feel very lucky that we found Burcham Hills. My parents are really happy there.

The sales rep, [Name Removed], was wonderful. He was great with my mom and made the whole experience very easy. He invited my mom to RSL for happy hour twice so she could meet residents and make connections. He was personable, friendly, and respectful toward my mom at every visit. He kept in close personal contact with me, answered all of my questions, provided support, and kept me at ease.

Memory care staff is excellent & that was important for me; it is where my husband has been for 2 years. Windsor-provided transportation is very nice & greatly appreciated as my husband in wheelchair. I miss that apartment windows do not open.

First, regarding the staff which I feel is the most critical and important for determining the quality of care for patients (and family members/friends). I rate them a 5. The staff was always caring and attentive. They communicated well and made efforts to engage in conversation. Activities were limited due to health circumstances but efforts to involve our "patient" were consistent within the scope of participatory ability. Food and dining arrangements were excellent. Menus were were varied and choices were broad and always well prepared. Regarding facilities, room size was appropriate for the care level. Overall cleanliness I would rank as a 4 overall and high is about as high as I would rank any facility with this focus. In general, and compared to other facilities with which I am familiar, I would rank a 5.

What we like the most about the community is that it is modern, bright facilities with lots of sunlight. It is clean and they have friendly and caring team members. We like the location as well as the pricing.

Very good visit. A contender of senior facilities we have seen. Still visiting other locations and still a couple of years away from making a move.

They personalize activities and care to their patients. Yes, we would recommend The Roosevelt at Salt Creek to other families.

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Looking for assisted living for relatives. Residents all seem happy, the dining room and menu looks wonderful. Many, many activities throughout the day, 7 days a week.

Medical personnel are attentive and on point. Food is amazing. Strongly recommended.

Nice facility. Not my favorite location compared to other facilities in the Katy area. My wife and I are not actively looking for independent living facilities at this time.

The facility is clean and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was inviting and clean.
