Great Experience! The staff members were kind, attentive, and respectful. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable common areas and organized activities that encouraged social interaction. It was reassuring to see residents engaged and not just left alone in their rooms. The facility provides a supportive and caring environment. I would recommend it to others looking for assisted living, especially if they value a friendly staff and a community-oriented atmosphere.

We've lived at Sedgebrook almost one year. We take advantage of a number of activities, including numerous types of exercise classes we would ever have attended when we lived in our house. I especially love the pool, and my husband will be planting our garden plot soon (raised bed - great access). We've met lots of new people, seen nice movies, concerts, and lectures. And we haven't even taken advantage of any off-site activities yet. In add, this is a safe place for us. We've both called the front desk for help. Security (all licensed EMTs) come quickly and are professional and helpful. Everyone is friendly, from residents, to management to maintenance. And food is varied, good, and there'senough of it. This is a good place for us.

The staff is very caring and friendly. They always call you be name. I would recommend Havenwood to anyone. The building is always clean. We really enjoy all of the activities that are provided and feel like people really care about you! We live in independent living.

Havenwood of Burnsville has been home for 3 members of my family from Independent living to assisted living to even memory care. While the facility is really nice— it's the staff that stand out. All of my family members have been treated with kindness, warmth, and dignity. From the front desk and administrative staff, to the folks in the kitchen, house cleaners, and the people delivering care when it was needed...my family members feel safe and part of a community, and that really eases my mind. We look back on the choice of Havenwood of Burnsville as an incredibly good decision even though moving from their homes was tough. This is a really good place.

Entire staff is very helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, included and loved. Facility has so many things to do, they truly cater to the residents. They make the move in very seamless and enjoyable. I have never had a questions go unanswered. My mom has never been so happy. She said everyone is so nice and helpful and making friends was easy with all they do as a community. They think of everything so you don't have to. I have been here for 4-5 months now. I am getting my physiological needs met, safety needs are met, and a strong sense of belonging. I enjoy the food, it is great. The building is very clean and well maintained. It’s the parade of homes for senior living.

We certainly like the food here, it is better than we anticipated. The staff and the residents are nice and friendly. There are many activities and special events. They bring in good entertainment. The building is clean.

There are many activities to attend. The culinary department makes good food. The team members and community members are great. The apartments are nice. The life enrichment department bring in good entertainment.

My dad moved to Brandon Wilde about 8 months ago, and it has truly been one of the best decisions our family has made. He entered as a Life Plan resident, and from the very beginning, we were impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, and strong sense of community. A few months after moving in, my dad suffered a fall and fractured his hip. Naturally, this was a difficult and stressful time, but the transition to the Health Center for rehabilitation was seamless. The care coordination was outstanding, and the nurse navigator was incredibly helpful in guiding us through every step of the process. During his three-week rehab stay, the therapy team was exceptional. They were encouraging, skilled, and truly invested in his recovery. The nursing staff was attentive and compassionate, which gave our family great peace of mind. Today, he is back in his apartment and doing very well. He has made new friends, reconnected with old ones, and is fully enjoying the lifestyle and active

The building is great, and my apartment is nice. The food is delicious and the activities are fun and there is a lot to do. I've made friends quickly and I enjoy all the things they have to offer here. The staff is great and everybody knows your name. They have a Friday morning dance party in the lobby and it's a lot of fun!

I am so happy to be here, this is a very caring place. I’m finding the residence are friendly and the staff is very respectful and kind. My apartment is my home. The food is very good. Once in a while, I have to choose something different and that’s a good thing to be able to have choices here. I stay busy on my own but I also love to be able to choose activities. I love the Tuesday morning donuts & devotions.

We moved from St. Theresa Cillage and hace had a great experience. The staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. For the most part aides are respectful and willing to go the extra mile for mom and myself.

My wife and I are very happy that we chose Havenwood of Burnsville to live in our senior years. The staff is friendly, they always remember our names. There are many amenities and outings offered. The facilities are clean and well maintained. It is just a nice place to live! We are in "independent living", not "assisted living" as required to answer below.

I moved into Wyndemere more than 5 years ago. To this day I find the residents and staff to be friendly and welcoming. Dining is important to me and over time I developed a pattern of joining neighbors 4 days each week for our delicious meals. It’s easy to stay active here. I played in the Bocce Ball tournaments for 4 years. Lots of fun. Each week I participate in at least 3-4 activities and events and I attended exercise classes since moving in. Personal health care is important and we are fortunate to have a primary care physician who sees patients here in our health centers every Wednesday. I participate in the Resident Council and serve as Chair of the finance committee for 5 years now. I am happy to say that Wyndemere is well run. Without reservation, I rate Wyndemere a 5 STAR community!

I have lived here for 5 years. The dining room team members are very nice and I like them a lot. I also have caregivers and I like a lot, they are nice. The apartment is a good size for me. I like living here.

Clarendale has made my father feel truly at home. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, providing a high level of care that gives our family great peace of mind. He really enjoys the variety of food choices and the frequent, engaging activities that keep him socially connected. One of his favorite features is the beautiful outside courtyard, which offers a safe and peaceful space to enjoy the fresh air. I highly recommend this community to any family seeking a supportive and high-quality environment for their loved one.

I moved my husband into memory care last year. It was a different decision but ultimately this is the right place for him. He's doing well. I was his promary and only caregiver and now I can catch my breath. I enjoy visiting him and seeing him put on weight and hearing about his day.

The staff always goes well beyond thier job descriptions. I feel safe here. There are plenty of activities to do. It is a friendly, engaging and welcoming community. I found it easy to make friends here at Havenwood of Burnsville.

Love living at Clrendale the past three years. The staff and the people are very friendly. My worries are few and there is always someone here for me. Great place to live out my remaining years.
