Since I am not the resident, it is hard for me to grade some things. My son lives at Clarendale. [name removed] was our contact person and she was very helpful. I think it is a very attractive place, a convenient location and a nice place to live.

We've been really happy with the facility. It's our second memory care facility that we've had mom at and they do a great job at getting her up and moving. She is well taken care of and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Moving from our home was a very difficult decision but necessary. Thankfully, it was the right decision and choice. Amavida is both a beautiful and unique community. I highly recommend Amavida to anyone who is interested in exploring retirement options.

The facilities are first class. The staff is very well trained and very friendly. They go out of their way to make the resident, and their visitors feel comfortable and "at home". I ate several meals there while my wife was there. The food and the dining experience was very good

Burcham Hills is a beautiful care community. The staff is kind and friendly, the community is clean, and smells fresh. The room are spacious and homey. I would recommend Burcham Hills to family and friends.

The rooms are renovated after each resident moves out, GW’s staff does a fantastic job of communicating and addressing changes for the room. I feel very comfortable and confident my parents are in a place where they are checked in on and staff who can help me or them with all types of matters. My parents enjoy all the activities and outings which are available for the residents to partake in. The Restaurant and Bistro have a good favorite daily and specials, which is great because my parents enjoy making reservations or grabbing lunch or snack at the Bistro.

My wife and I moved here about 4 1/2 months ago and have been very happy with the move. We decided to move before we needed to, and that was a good decision. This is much like living in a nice hotel. Our "apartment" is lovely, and the move-in coordinator helped us choose what we could bring from our old house. There are a wide variety of activities that would meet a wide range of interests. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool/spa are lovely. The dining facilities accommodate both casual and more formal dining, and the food has been excellent. There is an on-site medical provider. The staff and other residents are very friendly and welcoming. Staff are responsive to suggestions and requests. Since we moved in November, we have not taken advantage of the walking/biking trails, but now that the weather is warmer, we are looking forward to being outside more.

I find Galleria. Woods to be an outstanding facility and wife an I made the right choice to choose Galleria Woods. We looked at many places an Galleria Woods was the best choice and life at Galleria Woods gets better everyday because this is a big decision but a good decision before it’s too late

I find Wyndemre to be clean, friendly, and a great community overall. I was able to bring my do. I enjoy my daily walks with the dog. I have been able to meet other residents while walking outside. My kids live in Wheaton, so it’s wonderful being so close to them.

I have lived at Galleria Woods for a little over 3 years and it is a wonderful community of friendly and loving residents who care about one another. I am very happy that I’m very happy to call Galleria Woods my home!

My father’s experience at Radford Green at Sedgebrook was exceptional from start to finish. He always felt supported, cared for, and truly valued as a patient. The entire team-nurses, CNA’s, therapists, social workers and staff, all provided exceptional, compassionate care throughout his stay. Radford Green exceeded his and my expectations and we’d highly recommended to anyone needing rehab services.

We toured Clarendale and were given a great overview of the Independent Living options, which for us included a 2-bedroom apartment and a two bedroom villa. Both were designed with a lot of natural light and living space. My husband uses a wheelchair, which he could easily maneuver through the rooms, although in his particular case the bathrooms could be a challenge. The common areas were also spacious and airy, with lots of opportunities to interact with other residents. The residents we met in passing were friendly, and had a good rapport with the staff. We could definitely see ourselves living here!

While touring the facility for my grandmother I got to meet several of the staff at Galleria Woods, the nurses were extremely nice and were able to answer all are questions we had about how meds work. Whatalso really impressed us was the activities it was reassuring to see a group of their residents together socializing and having fun with each other while doing art and the worker I. The room was nice and welcoming.

As an employee here, I’m proud to be part of a community that consistently provides an exceptional experience for a residence. One of our greatest strengths is the consistency of our staff, which allows us to build strong relationships with residence and families and creates a real sense of trust. We focus on attention to detail in every department, along with clear communication so residence feel comfortable and supported. What stands out most is the happiness of the residence and the positive atmosphere throughout the community. The food is also outstanding, with great quality and variety that residents truly enjoy every day. It’s rewarding to work in a place where people generally love living.

I moved my Aunt who has dementia into the Freedom Plaza Assisted Living and Memory Care facility a few months ago after moving her from a facility in New York and I am happy I did. They assisted my wife and I with the transition and the move from NY to Fl with a third-party transportation company and made the entire process seamless. The rooms are nice and well kept, and more importantly the care is excellent. My Aunt had a few medical issues (a bad cough) and the facility, along with the physicians that work with them took care of it ASAP. The staff is great and they are always available to answer any questions and help with any issues. My Aunt is happy being there, and I know she is well cared for. I would recommend Freedom Plaza to anyone who has a loved one who suffers with dementia or Alzheimer's.

There interest in their patrons stood out. Top notch concerns about each individual. Lots of entertainment and activities. I would recommend to others.

The place was very pleasant and in excellent condition. There were many rooms for various activities. The menu was appetizing and nourishing. The staff and tour guide was exceptional. We loved the tour and think that this would be an ideal place for a loved one!

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and everyone had a smile on their faces. I know my friend is an a great place, and I no longer worry the way I did when she was home alone. She has already made so many new friends.

Mom has been a resident of Havenwood of Richfield Memory Care for over four years. In that time we have come to know and appreciate the wonderful staff and the excellent quality of care that mom received there. There are truly exceptional people in all areas and we felt mom was truly happy and at home there. As mom‘s family members, we highly recommend this facility and can’t say enough good words of appreciation for the care she received.
