I moved my mother into Monticello West one year ago. Despite all things COVID, it has been an incredible experience for my mother. The social activities keep her engaged - she even dances to the music! We will be moving out of state and I have tried to find her a new home. It is hard to replicate what Monticello offers. They are such a caring community. The new Executive Director, [name removed]is exceptional, keeping them safe and making it feel like home for all.

I work with many communities in the area and have been impressed with the direction south Port square has gone this past year. Resident focus is impeccable. Care collaboration is stellar.

Our family was in crisis mode after a short notice discharge. Place for mom referred us to many places and Christina, south ports sales dir responded within minutes, met us first thing in the morning and help with everything. Btw, no other community responded for a good 48 hours. South Port came highly recommended and it lived up to everything

Convenient location! Well kept and very clean. Mom is very happy here. It has everything you would need. Highly recommend! Great care.

[Name removed], senior advisor, was an extraordinary representative when my dad and I visited signature pointe on preston road. Not only did she have great knowledge of the facility itself, she organized a lunch with a current resident of the facility who was the epitome of the welcoming environment!! The combination of the domicile, [name removed] and the residents made me want to move in right away. ;0) [Name removed] is a wonderful asset to your company.

They are taking great care of my mom in law in memory care. Better than I could have hoped. The activities people are so good at engaging. Thank you to all of them.

We are all happy with the care and attention to details the team at south port has shown. The nurses have been helpful and insightful. We feel strongly our brother is in a great place to care for future health issues. They have been so patient and attentive.

Everything has been great at Parkwood so far, everything on the inside of the community, the outside and the landscaping is very well taken care of. The staff members are wonderful. The meals are well prepared and there is a big variety to choose from. The activities are ramping back up and what we can see looks really good. The value for cost is great our loved one is very well taken care of.

My mom is doing great at The Delaney. We're very satisfied with them. It was a good choice for her. Everybody is very professional. The nurses are wonderful with the seniors and very attentive. I'm there a lot, so I get to see what's truly going on. At one point, my mom got sick, and they were very good about checking on her. We've been very satisfied. It's a good place.

Very informative visit. we were referred and the sales director was very helpful. The set-up is very acceptable, clean and happy place. we will move my husband.

My mother has enjoyed being a resident at Parkwood Independent Living for almost 9 years. When she moved in, the residents and staff at Parkwood immediately made her feel a part of the “Parkwood family”. Many of the staff who were there when she moved to Parkwood are the still there today! Numerous amenities and varied activities are available to residents wishing to participate. The activity director even went “above and beyond” to make certain that the residents weren’t isolated during Covid closures. When weather permitted, concerts, games, and activities were brought to each of the three building’s outdoor courtyard/gazebo. Social distancing was practiced, and everyone was encouraged to participate. This kept the residents engaged, but in a safe environment. I feel so thankful to have found a home for Mom at Parkwood and I encourage others to take a tour when considering a move. The care and respect the staff shows everyone is greatly appreciated.

I have lived here for sometime and I like it. Made nice friends, meals in dining room with them is wonderful. Nice and helpful staff.

We toured 5 communities a place for mom suggested and felt this one had it all. Very informed and walked away with no questions. [name removed] is knowledgeable and we appreciated her passion for their care. Clean and inviting. Food smelled great and all the residents commented the meals are tasty. Check them out.

My 88 year old mother, a lively and spirited individual, moved to the StoneRidge four years ago. Though reluctant to give up her large home, she knew that it was sensible to downsize and to move closer to her children. StoneRidge has the desirable balance of offering independent living with great amenities with supportive care if needed. Having ownership of her apartment has allowed my mom to customize it to her liking. The meals offer a nice variety of gourmet and comfort foods. There are extensive social , cultural, and musical activities as well as community excursions, exercise classes, a pool, library, craft classes, movies, a book club, game nights, gardening, choir, and other stimulating pursuits. All of the staff convey friendly respect, and they honor residents by recognizing and celebrating individuals; The StoneRidge leadership has deftly managed pandemic precautions, including vaccinations on site, effectively protecting the health of my mom and all others.

I love this place. The residents the staff, I feel safe respected. I'm living with a bunch of friends. We eat together, play together, games and activities for every taste. We stay out of each others business. I love the building design, the comfortably homelike decor and special to me are the beautiful old trees in the courtyard. I'm happy here.

Our grand dad enjoyed living at south port and had a fulfilled life until his passing. We are a grateful family.

We had many health challenges with our parents. It changes daily. We decided on the villages and we signed a lease. Unfortunately, due to daily changing medical issues for both parents we had to make alot of changes and [name removed] and her co-workers were so amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate our parents ever changing needs. They never gave up on us when we keep running into road blocks and they were creative and amazing to work with. We highly recommend the Villages at the Waterway. It is clean, welcoming and we are so happy to be able to have our parents stay there with peace of mind for their safety.
