This was a very nice community. Our loved one wanted to be closer to family and this location was further out.

My mom works at GVS which has been great because my grandparents moved there to live last November. There are so many opportunities for seniors to be active. The campus is beautiful and my grandparents make it a regular activity to walk in an environment that is safe and secure.

I am so grateful for Greenwood Village South. My great-grandparent lived there and now my grandparents do. I am grateful that they live in a safe environment and that there are people around that can help them if needed.

We love NorhtPointe Woods and so does mom. We initially chose this facility because [name removed[ gave us a thorough 2.5 hour tour. We took mom to lunch after and she wanted to sign up with them right away. We went back to sign the papers and it was a very quick process. The staff and the people who lived here are great, they highly recommended the facility. The maintenance guys especially are wonderful. It is much better than we had expected and we would definitely recommend NorthPointe Woods to others.

We really like how all of the staff members are present all of the time. We have worked closely with the health director [name removed], she has been great. Our loved one had a few healthy concerns and they were all very much on top of it. Based on our experience so far with Clarendale of St. Peters we would absolutely recommend this community to other families .

I would check out the community, it is worth the visit. The community is new, beautiful, the amenities offered are wonderful, like activity rooms, the have a bar, and two exercise rooms, art studio, movie theater and lots of specials events for the residents. . The food is good and the residents enjoy it.

The community is a good place. We haven't had any problems, the staff has open communication but it is hard to get them to return emails and phone calls.

My mother is so very happy at GVS after moving there 4 months ago from another local assisted living facility. She loves the friendliness of the staff and residents, the service and food in the Orchard dining room, and cleanliness and warm atmosphere. There are so many opportunities to get involved and so many trips available. I personally very much appreciate the timelines of responses to my emails and calls.

My husband and I moved to IL at Freedom Village during the pandemic. the staff was so helpful as we navigated the real estate difficulties and made our move easy and smooth. We love the activities - I am able to teach classes here as I did elsewhere. My husband played the piano in the atrium in the evenings for his pleasure and others. Recently when my husband had many medical issues, the staff was great- calling the ambulance, transitioning him from the hospital to rehab and ultimately skilled care. The staff could always report on his condition and they did everything to keep him engaged as his health declined. The entire staff spoke with my and my sons, answered all our concerns during this very difficult period and used our minds. We could never have managed this in our home, I am here, surrounded my friends and staff as I start this new chapter of my life. Best decision we ever made. .

This facility is very nice and dad has settled in very well. He's even eating better now that he's here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The staff deserves KUDOS! My grandma has done nothing but improve since she's moved in. I actually floated the idea of her moving back home with us and my entire family growled at me. They reminded me that moving to Clarendale was the reason she was improving, I agreed of course but they worry about what would happen if she were to leave. Now I visit every Sunday and couldn't agree more, she's never leaving! Please thank everyone there, activities keep her going and she's made some friends. Thank you all so much.

5 all the way. Value, I have to say, it ain't cheap. And I have to say, Mom has been there only since [date removed], and we got a $500 increase. I have heard through the grapevine, they had "a few" increases last year. That being said, I am very happy with the place. They are constantly doing something! All day. Every day. I would highly recommend The Brielle at Seaview to others.

This facility and the team here is beyond amazing. The positive energy from the staff just extends into all areas that are most critical for our loved ones. Each space has a warmth that reminds us of the most comfortable home we knew and the professional staff's approach is to do their job as though its personal very much like every resident is a member of their their own family. Truly a place worth serious considerations and worth being the place for our parents who deserve the absolute BEST!

My wife and I have lived at Richmond Place for almost 4 years and we have enjoyed it greatly. The recent remodeling was a bit to endure with all the construction, painting etc. but the Results have been fabulous! The staff here are terrific and seem to really CARE about each of us. We are mostly comfortable with all of the wonderful residents that come here from so many states. Every day is different - never boring - too many activities to keep up with. Retirement can actually be entertaining. And, our new Chef has made our meals more enjoyable than ever.

I moved to Richmond Place 6 years ago due to my husband’s health . I had to make a quick decision and was drawn to RP because of the beautiful courtyard and the availability of being on a campus which consisted of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Unit facility which my husband moved to eventually. I called it his “Happy Place” which it was for him. Even though I still owned our house I made the decision to stay here because I could be to his door in 2 minutes. AND I also enjoyed not having to grocery shop, plan meals, cook, clean, do maintenance. Many activities are available—swimming pool, exercise classes, art activities, trips, transportation, knitting, walking group, Sunday Vespers. The apartments are spacious and there are different floor plans to choose from. I have been so impressed with how the staff have gone above and beyond my expectations especially during trying times such as COVID and spending the night here during ice storms, or threatening weather.

Clarendale has provided my whole family with exceptional care. The staff has created a warm, friendly environment. My Mom is well cared for and calls Clarendale her home. It is such a good feeling knowing she is safe and happy!

Great care for all residents! Friendly and welcoming. Go above and beyond to assist and ensure well being of residents. They listen to concerns and address any issues that arise. Communication is great.

Everyone we have encountered at Clarendale of St. Peter’s has been very friendly. My mom has been treated with compassion and understanding from the nursing staff to the receptionist. I will always recommend this assisted living !

I really really liked Clarendale of Chandler and all that they had to offer. Unfortunately it was just way out of our price range.
