We picked this community because of, the location,amenities, and meal plan. It's very welcoming, was an easy transition, good communication, and they are very patient with the residents.

The staff manager, occupants, and all involved at Clarendale are very caring, helpful and loving. They are the finest people I have ever known. These people care about you, love you, and help you just like family. [name removed] (Director of Residents) knew just by looking at me that something was wrong with me when I first came here. She held me, listened to me through my tears and helped me solve my problem. What a blessing. I love each staff member and recommend Clarendale to all. Thank you for caring.

In [date removed] we decided my Mom needed professional care she has dementia we were at a crossroad not knowing where to start. I happened to come across a posting on Facebook for Clarendale of Addison with hesitation I finally clicked on it and I’m so glad I did! From day one they rolled out the red carpet(they really did) and it has been the best decision I made! People are so friendly and clean which are very important to me. I became very comfortable. My mom is in Memory care which is locked so no worries that my Mom could wander. In memory care my mom’s room is always clean , the food is great ,there is a outdoor patio ,they even take them out on outings it’s been difficult for us but Clarendale is there for you!

It's a very nice, friendly place. The staff is very attentive. They have wonderful activities - concerts, movies, get-togethers, bus outings. It's just a really great place.

I toured this facility and it was great! The staff was very friendly. It was very clean. We got a very warm feeling here. Ultimately, it was farther away from home than we were looking for. But it was definitely number 2 on our list.

Out of all the facilities that we toured, this was the nicest place. It stuck out that it was so clean and the food actually smelled good! Everyone was happy and smiling. They offer a variety of activities. I like that they have assisted living AND independent living. We had to move to the other side and it was a smooth transition. The staff is very friendly. Communication with the family is good. They respond promptly and send notifications via email, when needed. The food is good, great quality and variety. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We have had a very positive experience with The Brielle at Seaview. What drew him to this facility was all of the surrounding trees that were very established. [name removed] is getting along very well and meeting a lot of new people. He is joining in with the groups and doing different things. They are trying to put together a reading club again that was stopped during covid. The residents are being proactive as well as the staff. I commend the staff on their attentiveness and how well they treat the residents and keep track of them. I would 100% recommend this facility to others looking.

I love Parkwood for many reasons; the trees, green space, open air halls and the best staff ever! We have good food and all kinds of activities you can take advantage of, or not, if you prefer. It's a very comfortable place, many wonderful people. This is my forever home.

I perform as a musician at more than 60 retirement communities throughout the North East. Pomperaug Woods is among the nicest, well run homes I've had the pleasure of working with. I have witnessed a high level of care for the residents by the recreation staff and nurses, and have heard positive feedback from residents in regards to the community at large. This is certainly a place I would consider for a loved one who needs exceptional care.

They were very responsive and overall friendly. It was convenient to our location.

Lots of nonstop activities. Social director and nurses easy to get a hold of.

Have had a wonderful experience with [names removed] in the Assisted Living Sales office. She has been patient, helpful and a wealth of knowledge in navigating through this transition. What a wonderful lady. The staff are caring, helpful, and myself and siblings are grateful. Great campus over all. Don't pass them by. You won't be sorry.

Clarendale of St. Peters gets all 5 stars across the board, it has been a great fit for our mother. I would tell others that all you have to do is go to visit and see what they have to offer to see how great it is.

We are extremely pleased with our choice of Clarendale of Addison. My loved ones started out in independent living. They met a lot of people and enjoyed their time there. We just recently moved them to memory care, and the transition to memory care has been easy and wonderful. They've been there about a week now and have already made friends. The memory care staff are very attentive and do a nice job. My loved ones weren't involving themselves very much when they were in independent living, but now they're joining in on the many activities that are offered. They're showering more than they were before. And overall they just seem to be doing much better.

I did a video tour of this community, so I didn't get the full experience. But I will say, it looked great and the staff was wonderful! They actually mentioned their sister facility as an option. We looked into and ultimately chose that facility. Overall, they were very friendly and helpful!

I enjoy dining in our Fireside Dining Room, The Bistro and The Pub. The food is well prepared, presented in an attractive fashion, and is exceptional. The atmospheres of the venues are unique. I particularly enjoy the specials which are offered each night. The variety of the Seafood/Fish and Chef’s Special is remarkable. Overall, it is a pleasure to enjoy good food with good company.

My parents moved to Monarch Landing in [date removed]. And, it was a blessed foresight as we lost my dad in [date removed]. I don’t have to worry about my mom living alone. She has so many amenities, neighbors and staff to answer to her every need ... from a salon to restaurant style eating facilities right onsite. When she needed physical therapy, they were onsite either to come directly to her or for her to go downstairs to a workout room. Monarch Landing is the answer to the question of where would you want your parents to live out their golden years.

When I tell others about dining services at Vantage Point, I tell them always that the food is of good quality, the amount of food is generous, the selections are varied and the dining experience is satisfying. The Chef's Choices vary from day to day and the menu itself varies from month to month. The staff is very competent and positive and makes a genuine effort to please the residents, responding positively to special requests. Each meal ends with the server providing the diners with the choice of a banana or orange to take back to their apartments. The tone for this remarkable dining experience is set by [name removed] who oversees the menu and the staff and, quite naturally, becomes a server herself when the need presents itself.

I toured recently and got a chance to eat lunch. The food was really good and the residents were very friendly! I had the best apple pie!

My tour of Aldersly was very helpful in the search for a retirement living home. The property is lovely, and convenient to the people and places of importance to me. The administrator and staff in the dining room were very welcoming. I will place Aldersly at the top of my list of prospects. Thank you very much.
