In an industry that has been very challenged in finding good people to employ, the Avalon of New Albany has maintained a very good and caring staff. I have had experience with other Assisted Living facilities and nursing homes, and I have seen none who have done a better job than the Avalon has. Whenever I have brought up any issues, those issues have been addressed immediately. My overall experience with the Avalon has been very positive.

From our first visit, to move in and through two weeks of residency, the most helpful and nicest people are here. Originally my parents only needed the lowest level of assistance but my father quickly experienced congestive heart failure. The staff have provided loving care even though they have been very busy over the Christmas holidays. I believe my mother will be happy here as she has made many friends in the short time they have been here. The staff engage her and greet her as family. If you are considering an assisted living community, A Place for Mom hit it out of the park with The Avalon.

My children selected Avalon for me. I couldn't have done better. It is attractive, well run and has a very positive environment. The rooms are comfortable and homelike. The staff are caring and upbeat. The food is plentiful and appealing and adapted to individual tastes. The activities are abundant and varied. My only complaint is-if I did all, I'd have not time for a nap.

The Delaney is a wonderful place to live, and I’m so grateful my cardiologist recommended it to me. I’ve met some truly amazing people here, the food is exceptional, and the staff provides outstanding care. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here.

Beautiful community from the moment you walk in, the concierge greets you with a smile. The residents look happy and love to chat with you. Highly recommend Havenwood of Buffalo for your loved one. They offer a wide variety of services.

Friendly, caring, helpful staff and residents. Enjoy the dining experiences, the office workers are amazing at answering questions or concerns. This community has so much to offer. There are so many activities to participate in.

I am very happy living at Wyndemere. I highly recommend for anyone to take a tour and see how great Wyndemere is. The staff is vey friendly and the residents are so wonderful. Also enjoy having the staff available to help at anytime. If there is anything I need I just put in a request.

My wife has some memory issues and needed help. They are the best.

My mom has lived at this facility for about a year and she absolutely loves it. The food is good and she is always doing some sort of activity. I am happy knowing that she is happy and well taken care of.

The transition from my home to here at Clarendale had been a more pleasant experience than anticipated which was somewhat a surprise. All of the staff is kind, friendly and helpful and I feel blessed.
