After looking at a few facilities, we recommended The Delaney to my sister's kids. Staff was very welcoming. Nice facility. Family chose The Delaney for my sister and she seems very pleased with her new home.

All 5. Were checked out several and felt this was the best. It continues to be so. My mom says it couldn't be any better. My mom really likes the foods. It's Very consistent and they have a great variety. The staff takes time to get to know the residents. There is something for everyone.

My mother has had a wonderful move-in experience with Richmond Place. All the staff have been so kind and gracious. The residents seem happy and friendly. The campus is beautiful! The apartment is roomy, comfortable and attractive. There are many offerings for socializing. The food is excellent as well.

From her telling, the staff has been very supportive of her mobility needs, and she seems to have made some great connections with her PT/OT folks. I had a lot of communication with [name removed] and some other folks in the early days when we were getting her set up. At this point most communication is directly with my mom. The one-bedroom condo has been very nice. It's a good fit for her.

We honestly can't thank you whole staff in mom's memory care unit on the amazing care and just straight up respect for all this residents. Clarendale became mom's home and safe place.

Very happy with the whole process. I have been very happy with the staff and accommodations at the Avalon. They have been good with communication with the family.

Danberry at Inverness is great on all levels and a very nice staff. I would highly recommend them!!!

My Mom moved into Independent Living apartment and is now moving to Assisted Living. Can't say enough about the facilities, food and the staff at Rose. We would love to have her spend her final years at Rose. She loves it and we love the peace of mind of having her in such a great place. There is a PCP, physical therapy, hair salon, transportation, etc. on site which are all added bonuses.

From the moment you drive through the front entrance at Sandhill Cove, you know you are somewhere special! I spent some time at the community last week - my second visit and each time is better than the last (and that’s a high bar). The people make the difference - the staff are warm and welcoming , with such sincerity, and the residents are kind and fun spirited - full of life enjoying all the community offers. The energy is magnetic, the food is outstanding, and the signature community cookie is to die for. If you have not been to Sandhill Cove - you must, it is an absolute gem, filled with amazing people!

It is a beautiful location and people are very friendly. It is inviting. The rooms sizes are in line with the other spaces we viewed. It has nice windows. There are some nice outdoor areas for the residents. There are also a lot of indoor areas for visiting with family that aren't just the dining room.

The staff is very kind and caring and that is the most important part. The food is a common complaint. What I've heard from my dad is that things tend to be tough and overcooked.

Experience has been excellent! Our 91 year old mother lived in her town home independently until recently. She loves her "new home" as she fondly calls her apartment. The staff is lovely and very responsive. We are so thankful for Westbridge. Our mom is happy and feels safe. That is priceless!

The meals are hit and miss on quality. Disappointed in the 3.5% raise in rent this year) it's costly but my mom loves it. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. They just need to know that the price will go up and it's not cheap. But it is a wonderful place and I feel very blessed to have found it for my mom.

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek has a professional caring staff available to meet her needs. They provide a welcoming atmosphere for families. Inviting and engaging opportunities are part of the daily agenda. A place to meet new friends and enrich her mind and be part of a community.

My father stayed at clarendale. The care there is exceptional, the staff is great and the service is impeccable. The apartments are the perfect size. They care so much for my father it was definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend this facility to any family

Richmond Place was my first tour to find an Independent living place for my 86 year old Mom. Immediately, I knew this was home! I put a deposit down and cancelled my 3 other tours. It was perfect! Welcoming. Safe. Caring. Friendly. Clean. Loving. Helpful. The facility, staff, food, activities and 6 acre yard was amazing. It’s nice to have Mom close, safe and happy!

Greeted with a warm friendly smile from staff and residents. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The residents were enjoying their music entertainment and cake during the monthly Birthday celebration in the dining room.

I recently visited The Delaney with a friend who has a loved one residing there. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the bright and inviting open-concept design. I observed seniors enjoying themselves and sharing laughter by the fireplace, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. Additionally, everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It truly seems like a wonderful place to live.

My mother has lived at the Avalon of New Albany for 1 year 9 months. It has been a very positive experience and I would recommend it. I had prior experience with a senior facility because my father-in-law lived in a Catholic facility in Columbus which was not nearly the quality of the Avalon. The positives for the Avalon of New Albany include: -The staff is fantastic and they are very supportive and interactive. [name removed] , who leads the activities is such a gem. [name removed] , in the office, [name removed] , who works at the front desk. Wow! There are so many, it is hard to name them all. Bottom line is that there is a fantastic staff with very little turnover. - They offer a lot of quality options for meals and work to accommodate requests. - They have lots of activities that keep the residents engaged. - The facility has a PT facility that residents can use on their own. - My only negative, is that the cost has increased [removed]% (From $[removed] per month) even at the same level of care.

Living at The Delaney has been an incredibly joyful experience. I've had the privilege of meeting many kind and wonderful people here. I truly appreciate the diverse activities offered, and the activities staff are invaluable, each of them holds a special place in my heart. The salon also provides exceptional services, and [name removed], in particular, is outstanding. I am truly grateful to be a part of The Delaney community!
