It was great. All was excellent: Care, Food, Cleanliness and was Affordable

The staff are amazing. We the family (there are several of us) go at different times of the day because of our schedules. They have empathy and compassion for this type of patient population. Our family has just started this journey of 3 months. The staff are always busy. From what we have seen in this short amount of time, they prioritize the comfort and emotional needs of these patients.

It's expensive to live at [community removed]. There are most effective alternatives; but, the food is leap years ahead of everyone else's that I've decided it's just best to stay at Freedom Square. Plus, I like the way they treat the families during a hurricane. Can't put a dollar value on that. They let me stay over there with my cat.

Our loved one has not really done any of the activities, but the community is very bright. Lots of natural light. It has a bistro for alternatives to dining hall. The staff are very friendly, and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would say 5 on all. She doesn't attend many of the activities but what she has is good. The fees hurt a little but we no longer worry about her all the time. Her being there is a huge relief for the family. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Every member of the staff puts the needs of the resident at the highest level of priority. They treat each resident with the highest level of respect. They take a can-do attitude with each resident. Their safety is of utmost importance. The facility is always immaculately clean and organized. The common areas are all maintained to the highest level. We could not be happier for our loved one to be in Independent Living at Broadway Cityview.

A friend of mine recommended Havenwood for my Mom, as his Mom was and currently is a resident. We had toured several different facilities and Havenwood stood out as it was a new building with large apartments, upscale appliances, friendly staff, and competitive prices. My mom lived in the independent living area for 3 years. She had a fabulous 1 bedroom apartment. She made many friends and was able to participate in many activities. She played bingo, exercised in the gym, attended building wide happy hours, as well as small group get togethers with the friends she made on the fourth floor. She transitioned to assisted living for a short period, where she enjoyed the meals and fellowship in the dining hall, before having to enter the memory care facility. It was difficult to see my mom suffer through the decline associated with dementia, but the understanding and care of the memory care team made the difficult journey more easy to bear. I would give a 5 to every question. We had high expectations, but The Clare has exceeded all our expectations. Staff and residents are all extremely welcoming and helpful. Activities are engaging. We can easily get help with anything we need. Food is excellent. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. One friend who is also at The Clare lost her husband last year. She said the community here felt like a warm hug. I didn't understand what she meant until we moved here. Everyone here is so supportive.

Very professional and friendly. Things get done timely. Facility is well maintained, bright, clean. Residents are very friendly. Food is not gourmet, but it is very good!

My mom and sister moved to Greenwood Village South from out of state almost 4 years ago. They felt the “Hoosier Hospitality” right away! The staff and residents welcomed them with open arms and made them feel right at home. They enjoyed taking walks through the campus, playing weekly bingo, and visiting with their wonderful neighbors. Living in their cottage was great , but life changes - and they each needed a higher level of care about a month ago. The knowledgeable, attentive, resourceful GVS staff guided us through this process and the transition to rehab (for my mom) and assisted living (for my sister) both went smoothly. Exceeding my expectations. The entire staff is so kind, inclusive, and encouraging. I am very grateful for the thoughtful care they receive.

The only reason that I gave cleaning a 4 is because my air vents have not been cleaned yet and I can see dust in them. They may have a schedule for that kind of cleaning though. I haven't asked. With Clarendale there is a bus and a van for transportation with 2 drivers. Some places that I visited had limited transportation. There is a doctor, a nurse, and pt available at Clarendale. Clarendale has lots of activities such as several card games, bingo, trivia, a movie everyday, music opportunities, church services, hymn sing a longs, and restaurant and shopping trips to sign up for every week. I live in the independent section so I have my own washer and dryer in my apartment. A definite plus. The food is ok. I may be picky. A menu is sent out every week. They have 3 specials to choose from and a soup of the day and also a dessert option. There is a page of alternative choices with salads, soups, sandwiches, and sides if you don't like the daily specials. Ice cream is an option every meal. There is also a bistro with flatbread pizza and paninis. It is open from 11:00-3:00 M-F. Maintenance is also helpful. They have put up pictures, 2 tvs. A curtain rod, and are now putting together a bathroom cabinet for me.

Parkwood has many amenities as the title suggests. Residents enjoy live music, crafts ice cream social, and transportation to doctors with a short distance. Parkwood has many great things which includes great staff.

5 on all. My only drive with a facility is my mom's neighbor has a dog that barks everybody. The facility knows about it management team, but it never gets any better. If it doesn't, we're gonna write the corporate office about this and complain Otherwise, it's a great facility

Friendly, helpful, always willing to stop and assist you. Keeps you informed about the personal needs of your loved one.

This place is beautiful. They have staff that truly care about you through out the building but the ones in independent do become like family. They watch out for them. Activities are plentiful. It is clean. Food is great. They have a lot of programs available to them in independent which is surprising to me. Something is always happening and outings. They have a beautiful pool.

The community is excellently managed from Director [name removed] to all those who are on his team. He is on outstanding Leader and hands on in all aspects of this operation.

Wyndemere is a beautiful senior community. Westbridge is the assisted-living "arm" of Wyndemere and the décor, smiling helpful staff, variety of activities, dining rooms have been carried over. They have made the transition from independent living to assisted living about as seamless as possible. Staff at Westbridge is very responsive, always positive. Rooms are sunny and bright. Even the maintenance staff is responsive to any little things.

Staff was always very friendly in person and when we called to check on our family there. Very patient and always answered all our questions.

I love the friendliness of the staff. Very well kept and clean also and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!
