It’s a very nice place. People are very friendly and kind. They keep it up. It is clean. The activities are plentiful. The food and waiter staff is lacking, but hopefully that can be improved but other than that it’s been a good experience.

We picked this community, because they had availability for the kind of apt my Mom wanted (1 bdrm plus den), the open feel of the apt, the friendliness of the staff, the programs available: DR on staff, sewing group, Bible Study group, Church service to name a few things. The DR has stopped by to check on my Mom. She has been able to transfer her meds to the pharmacy downstairs & they deliver her prescriptions. That is such a blessing! A Place For Mom" made this whole thing possible for my Mom & she has blossomed at Gable Pines!!

My husband [name removed] and I moved into this senior residence 7 months ago. We moved because of the food. Where we lived before the food was bad. Since we’ve been here we have been pleasantly surprised. Along with an excellent food selection and e have been in awe of the staff and their dedication to our happiness. They have all strived to know what we need and want to make our retirement comfortable and fulfilling. In fact I told [name removed] that I didn’t want to hear any complaints. He said. Oh I’ll complain. The amazing thing is that he has not complained once about living here at the Delaney at Park Lakes. It has been a very good experience.

We are very happy with everything here at Parkwood. I would tell a friend, we love it. I have already referred someone who will be moving in later next year.

When we met with [name removed] at Clarendale she spent soooooo much time with us as compared to other facilities. It made all the difference. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I was impressed with everyone. The cleanliness and set up of studio that my mom lives in was also a factor when choosing Clarendale.

We have been very pleased overall with the care and services provided by the Delaney. We really appreciate how they adapted as my father's needs increased. They suggested memory care when it was obvious that he needed more care than assisted living could provide. I am fairly involved with my father's care and I feel like I have a partnership with the Delaney in providing his care.

All 5s. Mom is very happy there. The community is very friendly. While there is regular bingo etc. There are some days that seem to lack a regular activity for residents to look forward to. All and all we are very satisfied. One suggestion - It would be nice if the weekly activities were available on NPW web page or somewhere. I like to see when mom has activities so I can plan around them .

THE DELANEY AT PARKWAY LAKES I was the first resident to move in - 8 years ago. I have been happy ever since. They have activities like assorted exercise classes,QUARTER BINGO (which is the most popular activity), assorted card games,etc.| The facility is clean and brightly lit. It’s welcoming from your first step inside. We have great chefs and the food is great. I highly recommend this facility for your mom or dad. I’m sure you won’t ever regret it??

When my dad was diagnosed with dementia we had no idea where to turn . Finding the Delaney was just what he needed . The staff is wonderful with him and how they treat us the family members going through this .

I needed almost immediate relocation. A Place For Mom was SO HELPFUL to me finding this gem. Staff are friendly and reliable. The staff cookie up with questions/ concerns in real time. My Doctor is ON SITE - even offers house calls. Apartments are mostly NEW construction and VERY CLEAN. Residents have all been great, introducing themselves, whenever they meet you. Nice community. Plenty of activities and trips off-campus offered. Transportation is provided by Bellingham - or can be arranged THROUGH them for free or minimal cost. Parking has not seemed to be any problem and you can keep your car here at your disposal. Maintenance will assist any changes/fixes. Pets Allowed! Leave your garbage outside your door and it is collected for you on designated days of the week. This place RECYCLES! This was a good match for me. I have A Place For Mom to thank for this. The apartment in Independent Living is spacious with big closets. Everything looks new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good—I’ve gained a couple pounds in a month. Lots of activities for those who want them. And have met many of the residents. Easy access to my car, shops and near highways for visiting friends

We definitely picked the retirement place that suits us best. Very happy with Richmond Place senior living.

It's a very active environment, light and bright, lots to do, lots of socialization, always busy. Staff always seem happy and helpful. They have a great outdoor area with walking path. Her apartment is very nice and larger than others we looked at. Other places we looked at were not like that.

I miss the people. Cleanliness was great They were always friendly The food was excellent, especially the house salad. For me it was very expensive it took all my retirement money and I was one of the cheaper ones. Someone told me some were paying [fee amount] a month. I loved the place, people food and care. It was the administrative staff that was terrible - but that person is gone now.

My wife and I were interested in Greenwood Village South having friends residing there. We attended a couple of luncheons and tours of the facility. As we became interested in GVS [name removed] became our guide and representative. She was wonderful. She led us through the process involved with the various housing types, explained the unique methods of residency’ and the financial programs available. She spent a lot of time with us over a period of a month. In the end we didn’t decide to move into GVS due to personal reasons. [name removed] was great throughout and I highly recommend her.

My mom and brother had to move out of their home because of health reasons. It was a very hard and emotional time for my mom. The people at The Delaney were very kind and super tolerant. From the first moment we stepped inside we were made to feel like we were home visiting family. The staff bent over backwards to get my mom and brother two perfect apartments next door to each other. Everything was perfect and when maintenance things arose they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Things happened and we had to utilize the home health care services. The staff was qualified and loving as if they were taking care of their mother or brother. The dining room food is delicious. There is no request they won’t take care of. From bagging food up to eat at their apartment to delivering food at the dining room table, it is handled with professionalism and happiness. Lastly, the facility is gorgeous! Clean, decorated, and well taken care of. Can’t recommend the Delaney enough!

After graduating from college and retiring from our professional careers (my wife in medical technology, and I as an Environmental Safety Director for 30 years), our search for a soulful retirement community at seven different places both in Los Angeles and Houston landed us at The Delaney in Richmond, Texas. As we stepped into the building, the first impression was of an open sunlit, bright, cheerful place that was very clean. The lunch we ate was delicious, and the kitchen personnel were professionally trained. Finally, our reason for relocating to the Delaney in Richmond was to be close to our son, daughter- in-law, and our two grandchildren who live very close. We are happy with our decision, and The Delaney has not disappointed us yet. I forgot to mention that the activities and programs are GREAT!!!!

I moved in here 4 months ago, not knowing what to expect, and I found upbeat personalities and inspirational people, as I said in the title. Most residents and staff here are willing to help you no matter what and they are always ready to lend a hand and give advice for the better. I am very proud to call this place home. The community is clean, and the food is great. I looked at people funny when I first moved in because they said they were going home, but they were only going upstairs to their area, which they had made home. I have made new friends. This is my home now, and I love it!

I was truly impressed by how The Avalon of Bloomfield Township is run. I believe my mother had the best care possible. I would rate each category at a 5.

My Mom had a great experience at the Rose. It is a great place! I may need to be there some day. The office staff was wonderful. The care staff kind and the cafeteria staff skilled.
