Better than good staying here cleanliness is fine, caregiver are excellent. I need a lot of attention right now, but they are helpful. In need of more heart healthy and diabetic food, but dining service is great! Good variety of activities but need to be timely.

This community has great team members, there are plenty of opportunities and options to socialize with residents coming from different states and backgrounds. Heritage Village is located in a beautiful quiet and safe area. I enjoy going on outings, either to local restaurants or any other local attractions. I am grateful for the care team who goes above and beyond, they make sure I make progress and reach my recovery goals. I highly recommend this community for your loved one, they will get the care they need here!

They vet & employ their own caretakers so they are supervised. My mom, says everyone is very nice to her! She requires a lot of care, so the cost is on the high side. They have studio & 1 bedrooms for assisted living. One & 2 bedrooms for independent living. Independent living has washer dryer & full kitchen with dishwasher.

I spent three weeks looking for the proper memory care site for my 91 year old dad. My dad deserves the best so I was being very, very picky as to where I would place him. I had pretty much given up on finding an appropriate place that met my standards when a friend suggested The Brielle. I owe that friend a dinner. From the moment I walked in, I could see that this was the ideal place for my dad. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and the Residency Counselor, [name removed] who conducted the tour and was the one I dealt with throughout the entire process of getting my dad in was been EXCELLENT!!! The Executive Director has also been a pleasure to deal with. Most important, based on my observations, the staff on the Memory Care floor seem very caring and extremely attentive to the patients. So far, I am very happy with my decision of selecting The Brielle for my dad.

My overall experience is good. I'm happy here. The place seems to be clean. I pay a separate service to clean my apartment. The common areas appear to be clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to be helpful. One thing I especially like is the check in buttons in the bath rooms. If you don't check in during the morning someone will call you during the day to make sure you're okay. The quality of the food is quite good but they are having trouble with having enough staff to serve everyone in a timely manner. When they are short staffed the wait time for a table can be quite long. I think overall it's a good value

It's taken some time for my loved one to settle in but Heritage Village has been wonderful. Definitely gives the feel of an upscale hotel but with very caring staff and a supportive environment that we are happy with. The food is a highlight, too! The entire place is very inviting. A Place for Mom was extremely helpful in that accurate pricing was provided with the facility information so selection was easier. I found the comments by others were also very informative. The articles emailed periodically helped in educating me, providing insight I had not thought about. I am very happy with A Place for Mom and with Heritage Village.

I recently toured Heritage Village in Gainesville, and it was one of the best assisted living communities I’ve visited. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. [name removed], our tour guide, was excellent—extremely knowledgeable about the amenities and all aspects of the community. Overall, I was very impressed with both the staff and the environment. Highly recommend for anyone considering assisted living or memory care.

Heritage Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is now under the leadership of Executive Director [name removed]. While the new changes will take some time to implement, I believe the community will continue to progress positively under his guidance. His team and communication have been excellent. The community boasts a beautiful building and a wonderful staff, filled with kind individuals. From the moment you walk in until the end of your visit, you are warmly welcomed by everyone.

Out of all the communities I have toured this one was impressing . It was the most friendly,clean & welcoming I have ever felt . I am going to choose this one for my loved one . Looking forward to the future here .

I moved in because it was a month to month lease and only lived there for 4 months while waiting for my senior co-op to open up. I did not buy a meal plan, although I did appreciate the option of grabbing something quick from the To Go area when I didn't feel like cooking. it was very expensive and I didn't need the care available. But it was the perfect solution for my ST needs.

I toured this community for my mother. I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it was. It was built in 2016 but looks brand new inside. You can definitely tell the staff and residents take pride in their home. The residents were engaged and a few of them spoke highly of the facility when we spoke and asked about it while walking out. This will definitely be the community we choose for our loved one

On behalf of our family, I want to say a bigger than big "thank you" to all the LSS staff family for the outstanding, "above and beyond the call" service during the last few weeks. From her transition to Assisted Living to now, we have seen the exceptional service provided by not only yourself, but every staff member we have encountered. This kind of service is routine on a daily basis, but what we saw over the last two weeks during Hurricane Helena and Hurricane Milton, has been extraordinary. To say that the staff of LSS "kicked it up a notch" to sacrificially serve their residents during a time of intense stress is an understatement. Thank you for the limitless hours you gave to residents to assure them and their families they would have all they need in these storms.

My mother in law was able to peacefully pass away at Clarendale per her wishes. She loved her home at Clarendale per her wishes. She loved her home at Clarendale and at the beginning we worried how she'd adjust! The staff was amazing from the beginning and everyone part Clarendale followed with kindness recommend Clarendale to all.

Have been with Parkwood Retirement Community for 6 wonderful years. The staff here for their very best to service. The staff here do their very best to service all to the best of their abilities. Plan to reside here till it is time for me to move for the last time.

For the most part, about 95% of the staff is amazing. But there are a few folks who don't seem to want to be there. But overall, it's very friendly.) [name removed], the concierge by memory care, is fantastic. They only provide so much care, then you need hospice or pay for a private caregiver on top of their monthly fees. For meals and dining - They do a good job. The activities are good. A lot of the same, but that's ok. A lot of tv watching. As long as they have something to do most of the time.(The activities personnel are lovely.) Of course care is expensive, but I think we get what we pay for. It's not perfect, but I'm really happy to have mom there. It's a bright, beautiful building which helps with mood. They are excellent about communicating via phone and email about building - wide events (like hurricanes.)

The staff is helpful and always friendly! The staff is exceptional. Tastefully cooked. Breakfast are custom order and as good as any fine restaurant. Room are cleaned every week and us well as any fine hotel. Atmosphere is happy, light bright! Might be pricey for some but will worth any extra cost.

All are a 5. My loved one is quite happy there and participates in many activities as there is such a variety. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Sagewood Desert Willow to other families who may need them for their loved ones

Freedom Square is close by, walking distance are Dr's, Dentists, eye and ear Drs and many stores ie grocery, clothing, shoes etc. also eating places, libraries, theaters etc. if you need special rides, they are there free of charge from mgr. Also, this place has pool, gym, movie theater to name a few extras. Also, staff here is polite, helpful etc.

Very happy with the choice of Delaney’s menus are first rate and staff is very helpful
