Although [name removed] sleeps through most of the meals, we think they are delicious on the few occasions we have had them. My Mother-in-Law loves the variety of activities. She tells me regularly that if you're bored, it's your own fault

Richmond Place Senior Living has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. She started in Independent Living and was recently moved to Personal Care; the staff is attentive and always goes the extra mile to ensure she is comfortable and happy. The activities are engaging, and the environment is warm and welcoming.

I have been here 6 years. It is the best thing I have done. It is friendly and supportive, the activity staff keeps us busy. The staff is always available any time. The food is excellent and a great variety. Clean and proud to live here.

Right from the beginning, Richmond Place Senior Living has offered a welcoming and warm environment. We met with [name removed] the day after our inquiry and immediately knew we didn't need to look at other communities; they were exactly what we sought. The staff is unfailingly kind and helpful. My mother feels safe and happy here; we are indeed very pleased with our choice.

It is wonderful, I came in December and I was so impressed with everything. [name removed] is so great (maintenance) [name removed] cleans my room on Wed. and she does pretty good.

My mother-in-law moved into Parkwood in 2016. It was perfect for her, she lived in a one bedroom apartment. In this complex, there were always a lot of activities for the residence. She also enjoyed the food and spending time down in the dining room with her friends. Our family always received a lot of support from the staff at Parkwood. They were always there when we needed them.

I have been very satisfied with everything here, and have no complaints. [name removed] caregiver is super! My neighbor is really nice.

We chose South Port Square because it's appearance. Also their friendliness and concern for my relatives comfort. Staff is extremely caring and helpful.

We checked out 4 places and Bellingham at West Chester was our top choice! The atmosphere of the Senior Living plus [name removed] attentiveness and helping us out made and huge difference. We asked tons of questions and [name removed] was amazing. It’s because of shannon’s professionalism and compassion it made it easy for my Dad. The administration and transition for the move was so much appreciated and a positive impact for my dad’s move.[name removed] made the transition move soo much more easier and manageable and we appreciate all she has does for us!!

We moved to the Bayshore Villas two months ago. Our expectations have been exceeded on many fronts with an excellent and responsive staff. We have availed ourselves of the many activities and social functions which are ideal on many fronts.. Our living quarters of roughly 2100 sq. feet all on one level represent a wonderful alternative to home ownership. The bonus for us is, as we age, the availability of resources at Bayshore to meet any unexpected needs is nice to have.

All is good with my mom at Amavida. She loves it. I am not there very often as I live in another state. However in talking to my mom, she would rank them 5 on all. I can tell you that mom feels the staff that are assigned to her care are very kind and responsive.

My mom's experience at Freedom Pointe's Memory Care facility in The Villages, Florida was excellent and she verymuch enjoyedher stay and made many, new friends. As my mom was still recuperating from a fall, we had to have my mom stay at the facility for roughly two months as she was still too weak to make a pre-planned trip with us. The staff, from Sol who gave my wife and I a tour of the facility and thoroughly answered our many questions to the nursing assistants were all very caring and professional. We had friends and family visit Mom while we were away, and all were extremely impressed with how clean and organized the facility was, the very caring staff that they met, and the amount of engaging activities and entertainment for the residents. Based on the above, we would definitely utilize Freedom Pointe's Memory Care facility.

Having lived here nearly six years, which includes during the pandemic, I honestly feel it was a good move. During the pandemic every precaution was made to prevent infection but we felt well cared for. Now we enjoy many of the widely varied activities offered throughout the week as well as good fellowship with friends in our apartments and over meals. A real advantage is the transportation options offered. A large bus is available for day trips, beach walks, Hope college basketball or concerts; smaller vans, some with w/c lifts, are for small groups or individual trips to the Dr., library, shopping, etc. All in all it’s a great community to live in.

As a resident, I am grateful for Parkwood. All the staff has gone out of their way to help me when I had a problem. One example of this concerns a gluten-sensitivity condition that I have. They help me find foods I can tolerate.

I visited my sister recently at the Clarendale Arcadia facility in Phoenix. I was very impressed with the facility, staff, and activity level. She is in a great place and it brought joy to me and the rest of my family.

It was a nice facility and the staff was very helpful. The price was comparable to other memory care units in Bradenton, Florida. The food was good and there were activities for the residents should they want to participate.

Everything is very clean and organized and that's the reason we chose this community over others.

After my husband died I chose to move into a continuing care community because I believed that doing so is a gift to your children because they don't have to worry about you. I am pleased with my decision.

Clarendale Memory Care is a very special place. The dignity and respect shown to the residents by All of the staff is heart felt. Very grateful that my husband is receiving such wonderful care and comforting to know he is safe and secure.

Overall recommend the Havenwood of Richfield. It is a nice community and offers a nice plan.
