The staff is so great! The food in the dining room is average but we do like the café that is open until 4:30.

Great staff. Plenty of activities. Fantastic food and choices. I have a two bedroom apartment and very spacious.

Overall a good experience. Great staff. Dining can be slow and food choices are so so many times. Lots of cards in activities and mom doesn't play. The apartment is great and the grounds are beautiful.

When my husband and I moved here we were welcome very warmly by residents and staff, My husband passed away last year and I felt love and support from my friends here. I have loved living here.

They did a great job. Many activities and food was good. When my mother in law needed hospice care in a hurry they were very accommodating.

I toured Havenwood of Minnetonka and as a 73-year-old, widowed, retired from public service and a veteran, I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I noticed there are lots of men with a strong veterans group, which really stood out. I love that it's age in place community, where meals are included in the rent, and the underground heated parking and storage are reasonably priced. The building looks brand new, modern, and clean. I would highly recommend Havenwood of Minnetonka to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and well-run place for themselves or their loved ones.

The staff were better than anything !! Caring understanding and always patient. There are a lot of activities, the food was very good and all you wanted served at tables, making it home-like. There was always nurses to help you. The rooms were always clean and clothes were always clean, there was a lot of space to move around in your room and the rooms looked like home - no hospital feel.

WE had good information concerning cost and all that was included in the cost. Then we headed out for a tour of the facility and saw one of the apartments. The 'one bedroom' one. Very nice. I will miss my current home, but am sure we will be very happy at Havenwood, especially since my daughter and granddaughter and their families live just a few blocks away. [name removed]

WOW! Freedom Square is truly impressive! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and everyone I met was smiling and genuinely happy. The food is delicious, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciate that my mom can age in place at Freedom Square, with all levels of care available—Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Choosing Freedom Square has been a wonderful decision for my mom.

It has been fabulous and he is enjoying it. We chose this community because of the location to family/friends.

New, modern building. Friendly, caring staff. Many good social activities. Good, high-quality food.

As a daughter I witnessed my parents search for specific hopes , needs, and support in their decision to leave their home and start over in a more supportive and medically minded environment. They visited many locations and tested food, atmosphere, access to entertainment, shopping, and transportation. They ultimately made the choice to stay at Parkwood Independent Living some years ago. It is a decision they have never regretted. They enjoy new rich and endearing friendships, caring and thoughtful staff, the housekeeping services,, the activities and the entertainment. I have been pleased to note that they are not just a number to management and have observed many caring acts of personal and supportive oversight yet respect & encouragement for their continued independence. If only offering a safe. caring, well knitted loving community like Parkwood were so easy as the staff and management make it look! This community is a God-send to me and my parents!!!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They make an effort to make residents feel welcome here and get to know them. There are activities that seem to fit the interests of everyone. You can stay as busy as you want to. An activity calendar comes out monthly so that you know what's going on. Food is generally good. My one complaint is that there are not enough green vegetables. Food is presented nicely and is good. You have choices of lunch and dinner entrees daily. I still like to cook for myself so I do cook a lot of my own meals. There are times that I either eat in the dining room or get something in the cafe.

My visits over the course of three days involved dealing with access to and making sense of the apartment of a now deceased resident. The staff members I encountered and was depending on were entirely accessible, anxious to be helpful, and, simply, nice. Such treatment was especially welcome since I had come from a long distance from Chicago for the mission and had no idea whatsoever as to what I'd be facing when I arrived at The Clare. I am grateful for their ministrations and comforted in knowing what to expect when I make a return visit.

The activities and support for residents and their families along with one reason we stay at Broadway. The apts are the nicer than most with nice views, private small yards on the ground floors, guest bedrooms, and ample closets. The community isnt so large that a single person feels disconnected. The staff listens to resident feedback at monthly meetings resulting in changes that make life at Broadway more fulfilling. Residents are heard and have an active part in their communities

Staff is very kind professional and responsive. It took some time to know who to call for various things. They could maybe be clearer on whom to reach out to and their responsibilities. I think food has gone down hill from our first experiences. Not enough activities and not enough variety. I think they should start Monday night football and offer pizza or something. Many activities are geared towards woman or just placid tv watching. Fitness classes fill up, and still waiting for a piano.

The facilities that they found for my MIL were nice and they were varied. So there are choices that fit your personality and needs. They are very accommodating, service oriented, wonderful facilities, modern, secure, and family feel.

The management here at Parkwood made our transition to senior living smooth and easy transition. Introduced us to staff and residence. They made Parkwood seem like a family. Transportation to doctors, shopping and hospital and appointments. They provide outing to ballgames, sight-seeing and amusements.

Well organized, they appreciate the residents input to problems.

The staff has been super friendly and welcoming and mom is enjoying the dining experience and food quality. No regrets. I would recommend Rose because the apartments are spacious and well done, the care staff is attentive and food is excellent.
