Greenwood Village is a great place for grandparents. My great grandparents lived there and now my grandparents live there. They have a beautiful campus and it’s such a calming place to go and visit. My mom works there as well it allows for her relief. No one is well cared for.

Food was very institutional like, always over cooked and not much of a variety (week to week), and they were low on staff so the residents waited long periods for their food. Activities were limited to the same weekly/daily thing. Not much imagination or creativity; however, in fairness, most of the residents didn't have the mental capacity to function. Value for money? Probably a 4; not sure how they determined various levels of care, but the staff was always friendly and willing to help and meet with me. Very kind individuals.

Greenwood Village South is an amazing place to work. The campus is beautiful and the people that live here really participate in what the facilities have to offer and really enjoy each other and staff. I am blessed to have worked here for almost 10 years, my grandparents lived here and so have my parents. It has been a blessing in multiple areas of my life.

GVS is a top notch retirement community. They provide excellent care at all levels of need. Beautiful campus with nicely appointed facilities. Staff is highly trained and caring. Leadership, nursing, social service, dietary and maintenance are just some of the departments that shine. I have had several family members live there. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Greenwood Village South if you’re looking for exceptional care and a variety of meaningful activities for your loved one. The Pavilion Activity Department is absolutely wonderful!

My sister in law has been a resident for over 3 years. She is currently on the Assisted Living program due to her medical etc, needs. These times are a challenge for management to get and retain qualified staff, but they have always done a great job in this area. The facility still looks like new due to the highest standard of maintenance.

The staff is very friendly & helpful! The facility is always very clean. There are choices of mealtimes & various food choices at mealtimes. If they are serving something you don't like, you can ask for something different. The apartments are really nice. My Mom's apartment is very comfortable , bright & airy. Mom has really blossomed since she moved in and we feel like she is in good hands, so we don't have to worry about her being alone anymore!

The value for cost is hard to answer because everything costs so much today. It is expensive, but for me it's worth it not having the worries of homeownership and having dinner with others every night

I am a professional musician who performs at Greenwood, Village South (GVS) Greenwood, in 46143. This review is in regards to my observations at, The Pavilion, complex located within the complex of GVS. The activities director is [name removed] [name removed], aka [name removed]. [name removed] is one of the hardest working persons I have ever met. I have performed for the Pavilion residents at least three times over the past year. Two performances were Hawaiian Luaus. Watching [name removed] juggling all the tasks it took to prepare the venue and getting all the residents there on time is truly exemplary. I am giving my overall five star review.

Havenwood has been amazing! It is a hard transition when a loved one has to move out of their home. Everyone at Havenwood has been great and very helpful and supportive. Favorite thing about Havenwood is the food!

My mom has been at Greenwood Village South for 10+ years. First in an apartment in The Arms, then Assisted Living apartment and now the unit they called Dogwood in the nursing home area. She also spent some time in the Rehab Unit. Everywhere she has been provided very kind, caring and professional people. Not only the on the floor staff has been great but so has the office staff. They have provided much needed advise and guidance when asked. I can’t thank them all enough for giving my mom and our family such great care and peace of mind.

The management staff are very helpful and accommodating to resolve any and all issues you may have. With my mom, they go out of their way to learn and understand ASL so they can communicate with her,(they now have a staff member that is hard of hearing AND is fluent in ASL)

I have over 13 years invested in employment at GVS along with over 34 years of experience in the healthcare field... i can honestly say there is no other community that compairs! I trust gvs with my family and myself when the time should come to need their services!

The food is awful and the activities are out dated in terms of new ideas: not super conducive to hard of hearing people. Overall the community is fantastic! The staff and residents are super friendly. Staff knows everyone's name. They really could improve on the food. It is just awful. Their seating times are awful as well. The activities are somewhat outdated and it seems like they have been the same for a few years.

I love the view in the back. I like to watch the wild life, deer, turkeys, ducks. In front you see the parking Lot. If you like to cook some apartments have stoves. If you drive keep you car in the underground garage.

I love the facilities, but I'm not thrilled about the doctors care. My father fell like 5 times this past week and I got nothing from the doctor. They didn't even come see them until I called them. Also wasn't thrilled when new company bought Bellingham. They called me and tried to raise my father's monthly bill like [amount removed]dollars a month. I pushed back because nothing had changed about my father's service. They were just trying to do a money grab

We have felt like this is home. Enjoy the management-staff and the residents.

My mom has truly found a home here. The staff is caring, the community is warm and I can finally breathe knowing she's safe, happy and engaged. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

All staff is wonderfully kind and supportive. Activities are well planned and plenty from which to choose. Food is delicious.
