Greenwood Village South is a beautiful place. I love the community. Love that there are different levels for the elderly. The environment is very clean and safe. I will recommend to any older person who is retired and looking for somewhere to live.

They were great. Very helpful out of 6 assisted living locations I fell in love with The Avalon. It was by far the best option . I Always encounter Caring staff at Avalon. The activities are amazing so many each day and so many choices.

[name removed] , one of the sales reps, had been helping us find the perfect apartment for mum. I can't say enough about her! She's been so helpful, patient and understanding throughout this whole process. The entire staff has been remarkable! We've met many lovely residents as we've walked around looking the place over, and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Definitely, check it out.

Long-term care was the biggest reason we chose Greenwood Village South, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, our experience with the marketing team was excellent, they were helpful, informative, and made the process easy. Now that we’re here, we are very pleased and grateful to be living at GVS.

Without family nearby to care for us, we knew Greenwood Village South would be the place to surround us with love and support. It has truly become our family. Everyone here is so willing to help, and we’ve made even more friends since moving in. The kindness really shows, now that we are about to lose our car, many neighbors have already told us to call them anytime if we need transportation. That spirit of friendliness and family is what makes Greenwood Village South so special, and we are very happy to be here.

We looked at other places first, but Greenwood Village South stood out to us. We give it 5 stars because we truly enjoy the fellowship with our neighbors and the warm, welcoming community. The staff has always been kind and supportive, and [name remove] has been an outstanding leader who really cares for this community. Working here at GVS has been such a blessing. I have learned so much about myself and how to improve on my skills of helping others. Competent caring staff. Clean. Lots of activities for residents.

One of the main reasons I chose Greenwood Village South was because it’s a Continuing Care Retirement Community. I was delighted to learn that I could start in independent living and, if needed, transition to a place on campus where help is available. That peace of mind really mattered to me. The day came where I needed to use that support. After my accident and hospital stay, I was able to move into the Pavilion, and everything was ready when I arrived. The room was clean, and the staff had clearly prepared for my care. They knew about my situation and had a plan in place, which made the transition smooth and comforting. I was also impressed with the therapy group. They were professional, encouraging, and really helped me get back on my feet. What I appreciate most is that if you ever have an issue, you don’t have to leave the community, you stay onsite and get the help you need. That kind of support makes all the difference. I highly recommend Greenwood Village South!

it is expensive, I'm on a villa, wih a garage and two br, so it's more expensive. However, what I like the most about the community is the garage. The food, the Activities The friendliness

Excellent facilities. I had nothing but the best care for Mom at Freedom point. Staff listened to me and the care was fantastic. Administer took time to place Mom in a memory care facility that was best suited for her. I'm sorry we had to leave there but mom was then bed ridden and needed hospice care.

Try to select place nearest family members so that independent/assisted living is not your entire life; having family and friends nearby enlarges and enriches one's life. Participate in activities. Remember there is no perfect. Stay busy and involved!

There are only 3 washers & 3 dryers in each floor. Only 3! Many times residents forget to take out their wash loads from the washer dryers. The next one takes them out and put them on top of the other machines. Very inconvenient. Ordering your meals to be delivered to your room costs $[removed]. Ordering your meal for you to pick up costs $[removed]. How much more expensive can it be? It's door dash.

Ask all of your questions and listen carefully to the answers. Not every place is suited to your loved one's needs. It's very difficult selecting senior living for a loved one, especially if their health is declining rapidly. Working with a great place like Gable Pines made this transition easier for our loved one and the rest of the family.

I would recommend it. The staff there have been very upfront with me regarding billing issues/changes and my mom received good care when she was in their assisted living program.

I recently started dating a woman whose grandparents live at Greenwood Village South. I have been able to visit and have enjoyed taking part in some of the activities and walking around the campus. It’s very well landscaped. My girlfriend’s mom works a lot of hours there and yet she’s so dedicated and loyal to the people that she serves. It’s been inspirational.
