I highly recommend clarendale of Addison. They have made a very difficult decision very easy to handle. He is doing very well with the wonderful care he has been receiving for the past six months. Everyone from the folks at the entrance to every care person in the memory section have been so friendly and concerned. Makes my life easier knowing he is being taken such good care of every day.

Plenty of activities. Staff is very helpful always. The quality of care given to residence is exceptional. The dining experience is great. A nice variety of food choices. I live in a two bedroom apartment and there is plenty of room. This place is kept very clean. I am very pleased and feel welcomed from day one. I truly enjoy living here.

The community is nice. Very well decorated and ver bright. The rooms are very nice with all the new looks. The people are very nice. I like that even though I didn’t have friends when I first moved in I now know a lot of people. The staff is very helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about The Delaney at The Vale. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed with residents’ comfort and lifestyle in mind. The staff is absolutely exceptional. They are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about every resident and their families. It is clear that they go above and beyond to create a supportive and engaging environment. The amenities and activities are top-notch, offering something for everyone and making it easy to stay active, social, and fulfilled. The dining experience is also fantastic, with delicious meals and a great variety of options. The staff at Bellingham are extremely courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They addressed all our concerns in a timely fashion. The facilities are perfect and accommodate all my mother's needs. Her room was prepared in immaculate condition for move in. I have full confidence my mother will enjoy Bellingham especially since they welcome visits from her great grandchildren. Bellingham is pet friendly which permits us to bring her favorite canine for visitation.

Beautiful. Amazing team. Residents are so happy. The location is perfect and the community is kept up to date. Multiple dining venues. Active residents and fitness center is updated.

Over the past few months I have had the privilege of helping my parents slowly move into Danberry at Inverness. During the first week we purchased furnishings and we were able to meet staff and work with them on different aspects of the move and everyone was a pure delight! The staff, the residents were all so genuinely happy and friendly and welcoming! During FaceTime with my own kids they were so impressed with how beautiful the facility is and said Nana and Papaw are at a 5 star resort! It truly is. I got quite spoiled to the daily kindness of the staff and especially one young server, Landon, who knew us all by name and adult beverage preferences because he took the time to listen and learn all about us! The next time I came to Danberry was the big final move in. Again it was the same wonderful experience! The maintenance man even worked on a Sunday to move the closet shelves for me to accommodate all their clothes. I am so happy and grateful that my parents are there. Great place!

The Clare's this kind of sociable place. Surrounded by supportive friends and staff, my husband [Name Removed] and I have never been happier. Having lived in Atlanta, London, New York, and San Francisco, we wanted to retire to a big city, and being in the heart of Chicago, close to museums, theatres, cinemas, and libraries--not to mention Whole Foods and Trader Joe's--provided everything we could hope for. The Clare also sees to our health: vaccination services are offered on a regular basis, the food's excellent, the physical therapists are first-rate, the nearby medical centers are world-class, and the interface between The Clare's independent care floors and the assisted living and nursing care facilities couldn't be bettered.

This is a beautiful facility. They can accommodate for anyone needing additional help for everyday living. There are many different activities they offer to keep the residents engaged. The tour director was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice, including all the residents. The tour director made us feel very comfortable and confident about placing our mom in such a wonderful facility.

I recently toured Freedom Plaza and was really impressed with members of the staff I met and how welcoming everyone was. [Name removed] in particular made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely feel comfortable trusting the care of my loved one at this community.

We visited Broadway Cityview several times. We also toured two other facilities. We decided to place a deposit down at Broadway although our expected move in is several years away. We liked their choice of rooms (various options), their dining room and overall layout of the facility. Staff and residents are also very friendly.

My mother has been in Burcham for almost 2 years in memory care. Great care! My father has been in 4 areas of Burcham in the last 6 months. The staff have made his transitions painless and as easy as possible. They are all very active in caring for your loved ones! Great at resolving issues and quick responses.

My husband and I have been living at Sedgebrook about 3 1/2 years. The people are so helpful and friendly. We have an especially great life enrichment group who plan and provide so many opportunities to mix with other residents with fun things to do. Not having to climb stairs is a great plus. Our apartment is amazingly quiet and our view of the grounds provides enjoyment as we eat our breakfast and watch the animals on the pond below us.

My family's experience at Wyndemere, from my mom's first visit as a potential new resident in [Date Removed] to her actual move-in day in [Date Removed], was incredibly positive. We are continually impressed with each and every staff member there. The sales team, front desk employees, the moving coordinator, the security staff, cleaning staff and the dining director & dining team have all been professional, caring, responsible and efficient.

My sister signed a lease. She liked the people and really liked the room. Appreciated it being dog friendly. Liked the walk paths and the on site services (salon, dentist, etc). Looking forward to meeting folks at the pub.

I have been fortunate to call The Clare “home” for over 4-1/2 years. After visiting other lifecare communities in Chicago and the suburbs, I chose The Clare because of its proximity to healthcare, an outstanding leadership team and its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. In addition to offering spacious and beautiful apartments, The Clare excels in providing dining opportunities in three venues. All menus include chef prepared entrees, seasonal selections and “lighter” options. Enriching programs and activities have been thoughtfully planned to appeal to resident’s varied interests and backgrounds. Trips to local and suburban events take place every week and have been well received. Finally, having access to The Terraces at The Clare has provided me with great peace of mind as well as a sense of well being. Moving to The Clare has been one my greatest life decisions and I highly recommend The Clare.

I had toured the facility and the placed is so clean and pretty! The location is perfect, right by the lake and all the cute shops downtown! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to move into or for a loved one!

They have a menu just like a restaurant. Which is hard to find anywhere else. The food is really good, too. The apartments are beautifully done! Bright and airy with big windows. If you want someone to help clean you can order that service for a small fee. If you would end up needing to need assisted living you still stay in the same apartment. They have a library with computers you can use, movie theater with popcorn a couple times a week, coffe hour, a baked good every Saturday morning. There are a lot of apartments with decks and a few that have huge decks on them. Havenwood has been wonderful experience for my Mom and our family. The staff has been really helpful a couple of times when my mom went into the hospital. They asked me about her by name. You can tell that they really care about the residence. She's lived here for i little over 5 years now.

I met with Lauren for a tour of the community. She was very professional and knowledgeable about what havenwood has to offer my mother's in transition into assisted living. Havenwood property and employees are very nice.

When our Dad came to Clarendale we were all a little apprehensive, but it's been nothing but wonderful. He has many new friends, stays active & enjoys the meals & treats. I can relax knowing he is safe & cared for. He recently transitioned to Assisted Living & is adjusting well. Staff is friendly & caring, which is so important to us all.
