We recently moved to an independent living unit at Clarendale Six Corners in [date removed. We have been very impressed with the friendly, kind and truly professional staff—from the wait staff in the dining room, cleaning service, concierge desk all the way to the Executive Director. So many activities and opportunities to meet fellow residents and great exercise, yoga and meditation classes plus a fitness center and onsite OT, ST, PT. We’ve enjoyed the varied menu and excellent dishes in the dining room. Love that Aldi, Jewel, Walgreen, Target are steps from our building. Walking to Portage Park is lovely and plenty of great neighborhood restaurants here. Plus we’re 3 blocks from a brand new large Northwestern Medicine facility that includes Urgent Care. And a mere 1/2 mile to I-90. Only 10 stories and great city views. Thank you, Clarendale!

The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. There are many social activities and excellent services. The food is very good. The staff goes out of their way to make residency a positive one. This is a very good facility.

My wife and I moved into our spectacular unit at the beginning of [date removed]. The long time residents welcomed us and my wife and I became friends with many of the long time members of the Clarendale Community. The staff at the reception desk are wonderful as are 99% of the dining room staff. There are a few residents who have memory issues. but they are very nice.

High quality facility and staff. Clean, quiet, friendly, helpful. Clarendale is first class! We considered several local facilities but touring Clarendale and meeting the staff convinced us that it was the best fit for my wife and I. It is difficult to make a decision to leave our home of 36 years, but we both feel Clarendale is the place for us.

We moved in almost 5 months ago and are extremely happy with the Clarendale. The first thing I noticed was how happy and friendly the residences are. In addition the staff has always been pleasant and appeared helpful to us and each other. We love our apartment and are so thankful for the maintenance team to mount and set up our TVs, pictures and mirrors. Any minor issues we had were corrected rapidly. Last but not least, the meals have been terrific with a lot of variety. We love it here!

I was struck by the friendliness and enthusiasm of the residents. Staff handles issues from dog concerns to better salt & pepper shakers! Staff stuck with me until my issue was resolved. Fun to recommend movies to watch and enjoy them. Staff acknowledges residents talents and features them for plays, artwork and games. Pleased we have personal PT here; talented staff. Meals are mostly good but the service can be very slow - short staffed?! Uncomfortable when I have guests! Thank you.

Broadway Cityview is by far one of the most exceptional senior living communities in the area. They truly set the bar for Independent and Assisted Living standards. From the moment you walk through the doors, it’s clear that this community is something truly special. The staff lead with compassion and integrity, creating an atmosphere where residents are genuinely cared for and valued. Every interaction feels heartfelt, you can tell they truly love what they do. The resident engagement is outstanding, there’s always something meaningful happening, from creative activities to uplifting events that bring everyone together. The sense of joy and connection here is something you can feel. The community itself is beautiful, warm, and inviting, thoughtfully designed to make residents feel at home and families feel at peace… especially the Assisted Living area of the community. Most of all, the team here goes above and beyond in every way. They are the heart of this place.

The facility is small and rather homey. The staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend Richmond Place to others.

Actually....with #4, it as an observation I had of someone who didn't know I was watching that actually contributed to us choosing this community. I watched a nurse with a resident in memory care. The resident seemed reluctant/frightened. She stood next to them, put her arm around them, and returned a hug when they reached over to hug her. I would still say I don't have enough to evaluate as it was one person, one time. I talked to her later in our visit and she told me about how they are trained and their core values. I'd want more datapoints to go on though before actually providing a rating. I guess I would say from current experience and interactions, that ALL of the staff in ALL of our interactions really seem to embody the companies core values.

They were very responsive, good communicators, patient during the long process, staff were very professional, kind, engaging, and had a cute sense of humor. Unfortunately my dad ended up refusing to go but hope to utilize their services in the future.

I would give the Clarendale West end 5s across the board. I have not had much experience with other senior living communities or elder care facilities but based on our experience across all these elements I imagine it is among the best. The cost is quite high but I believe the VALUE is still very good, especially given the location (10 mins from downtown Nashville). I'm sure there is a more elegant way to say this but the vibe is just excellent here. I am actually at the facility now. The common areas are bright and welcoming, every staff member I have met, regardless of their role, is warm and friendly. As a multi level care facility it is home to some extremely lively and active seniors (in the independent and assisted living levels). The fully secure memory care wing is peaceful and quiet (tho they just opened their memory care so my mom was actually the first resident). The memory care staff is well trained and compassionate and handled my mom's agitation and anxiety well. The "interior" outdoor spaces (meaning fully enclosed courtyards only accessible by resident and their guests) are lovely. The one thing I would say is that if prospective residents and their families are looking for a community with truly exterior green outdoor space - this may not be the right place. It's very much an urban environment.

It was a wonderful experience from the beginning! [name removed] was our contact person & she was so helpful & professional throughout our experience. She answered every question we had & she was so kind. Clarendale could not ask for a better sales representative! We are living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a balcony & we love it! It took a bit getting use to coming from our home but so far we wouldn't change a thing. We do like the dining experience but choose to eat some of our meals in our room! We appreciate all the choices available to us!! We are very happy with our choice to live here at Clarendale!

My mom actually moved in there a week ago. We were impressed with the friendliness and availability of the staff throughout the facility, the teamwork, wonderful food options, activities throughout the day, performers coming in more than once a week, and a good-sized room.

The memory care portion is amazing. Excellent leader and all staff was so caring and treated my mom and us like family.

All categories are a 5. What we like the most about the community is their response to various issues: house repairs, services provided and a variety of other services that make my life easier

The Rose Senior living is working out great for mom, although it's a nice place she still would rather to be in her own home. Friendly helpful staff. Food is good too. Very clean facility.

I am very happy here. I chose Parkwood because of the neatness to medical facilities, meals, above all the personnel.

Staff is great. My dad is a bit tuff but they have been able to deal with him. He just complains about the food. My dad's used to going out everyday for many years. Restaurant food is definitely different than nursing home food! But a very nice place. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

Happy to see mom becoming involved with other seniors and participating in actitives. Beautiful grounds and building. with helpful friendly staff.

All aspects are excellent. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
