My mom has been a resident for over a year and is well cared for. It's a blessing to know she is safe and looked after. Staff contacts us with anything we may need to be aware of which is great. We trust the staff and everyone does their best to help resolve any questions. Such as her television set up. Question about medical prescription are always answered immediately. Her hygiene products are handled by the facility which is so much easier than frying to keep up with Amazon deliveries. Her room is always clean and comfortable .

We have a small family and my sister and I had been trying to help my Mom when she was still living alone. It just got too much for us(we are both in our 60’s) Our hope was to have her in Assisted Living and Heritage Village was just a perfect fit for us. We knew she would probably go to the Memory Care unit in a few months, so another plus that we would not have to move to another location. Heritage Village offer that for her future. It was just 3 very difficult days in assisted living when we had to then move her to Memory Care. Heritage Village staff was amazing and so supportive. They were there every step! My mom has been in Memory Care for just over a year and we are so pleased with her level of care and communication from all members of the staff: Nursing, Physical Therapy and Management! Our family can rest a bit knowing she is taken care of! Thank you!

I’ve lived at Bellingham for 2 1/2 years. I have a lovely, newly renovated, 1 bedroom with den apartment with 4 closets - two of them are large walk in closets. There is plenty of room for me, my kitty, my quilting supplies and entertaining friends and family. My rent includes a meal plan. The food is good and there are multiple choices. The staff is welcoming and respectful. I chose Bellingham for location and price. I only moved three miles from the house that I had lived in for 25 years so I am still involved with the friends and activities that I had always enjoyed. I came here so that if or when I need more services, they will be available.

What we like the most about the community is the food and the overall experience. They are wonderful.

I am the first of my group to move to a senior living facility; many of my friends say, "I am just not ready yet." My question is "when? if not now?" The Clare provides residents with a secure base from which to continue to live the life each of us chooses. The facilities are top-notch; the food is exceptional, the staff professional, and the residents charming and interesting, I would encourage anyone thinking "someday, but not yet" to make the move while you can enjoy all the Clare offers.

Havenwood is like home, it a warm environment for Residents and all visitors The Staff members are like no other. Hospitality is the staffs goal and wow do they get it right every time. Blessed to be part of this Community.

We're looking to relocate my mother closer to family in southeast PA, and I recently toured Freedom Village at Brandywine. I was very impressed. The main lobby is like a resort- high ceiling, baby grand piano... great first impression. [name removed] was a great guide. She explained the procedures involved with becoming a resident, and many of the helpful services they offer to make the transition as smooth as possible. I was equally impressed with the facilities as we walked around. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and there's plenty of different types of activities offered. Everyone I saw seemed engaged with something, not just sitting around staring into space. The residents all knew [name removed], and she greeted everyone we saw by name- also impressive. My only concern is with the length of the resident hallways. Elevators are located centrally, so if you have a place at the end of the hall, it's a long walk to an elevator. Still, a beautiful place!

The Clare provided a beautiful home for my mother in the heart of the city. The service is impeccable. The amenities are extensive. And the care has been excellent. I couldn't recommend it any more highly.

A beautiful, well organized and planned community with restaurants, exercise, friendly staff plus valet parking! Many activity areas and close to shopping, restaurants, much easy walking to, plus available transportation as needed.

Freedom Village has everything anyone would want or need. The people are friendly, there are many programs and activities. The health care support is superb. The food is very good, with many choices daily. We both really feel like we made a great choice. We can walk to down town Holland, a very charming town, which offers plenty of activities also. the tulip festival is a huge undertaking by Holland. Tulips everywhere with millions of people descending on the town. We have a wonderful gym, pool, and many other designated rooms with various activities. My husband and I have played lots of bridge in the game room, and have done many of the other activities. I would recommend freedom Village to anyone. We are very happy here

A few weeks back, I ran into someone who had come to Richmond Place to consider whether it might be where they want to live. So, we struck up a conversation outside the elevator, and they asked me what I liked most about Richmond Place, and I said “The people”. By far, that is the most important consideration when choosing where to live. Going on, there are other features that, having been here for close to a year now, keep me here. I have found a wide array of activities that I have gotten involved with. Poker twice a week, bingo twice a week, men’s club, wine club, movie Mondays, and I have gotten involved with our monthly newsletter as well. I even found another guy who plays Cribbage just last week, and we’re going to start playing on a weekly basis. With all of these activities and events, I get an opportunity to meet a wide array of people on a deeper basis, and that’s what I enjoy. Transportation takes care of me once or twice a week as well, which is useful as I no longer drive

Overall, the experience here at Richmond Place is positive. The staff is friendly and very helpful and are welcoming to new and old residents. One issue that does need addressing is the dining room. Menus lack creativity and is usually overcooked or undercooked. Dining staff are very good and friendly.

[name removed] was very professional when she answered all our questions. She showed us the campus, which is lovely. [name removed] also took us to lunch, which was very good. From the initial contact, though the interview, through the tour and have in process- All which with a friendly, courteous and professional staff made the decision to choose the Avalon for my wife. The Aides, nurses and management are committed to giving the best of care and continue to exceed my exceptions!

The Avalon bent over backwards to find a spot quickly for my dad. Tragedy hit him suddenly and his life was flipped upside down. When the hospital rushed is to find assisted living for dad. The Avalon worked hard to get my father moved in quickly. They were do helpful to my dad and my siblings. It is a great place.

I have lived at Windsor for 4 years. It is the best place for me to live. The residents here have become my family. I definitely feel like this is my home now. The staff take good care of us. There are so many activities that are offered here for us. There is a heated indoor pool that I love to use. Windsor has something for everyone. You should come visit us and see for yourself. I don’t think you can find a better place to live than Windsor!

Windsor offers many daily activities: shopping sprees, lunches in Celebration and at Disney, arts and crafts, games, cards (my favorite bridge),movies, plays, trivia and many more. Also many forms of exercise and general fitness programs. A wonderful group of residents all with interesting backgrounds. A cup of coffees and conversation can fit into any day. Windsor has well manicured grounds and is always decorated for the holidays. Nightly fireworks from Disney and a view of shuttle launches. What more could one ask for? This has been my home for almost four years. It is indeed the place for my retirement. Our rooms are large, well lit and very quiet. Your neighbors are part of your family.

I moved to Windsor 4 years ago after a tour with my late husband. I had previously visited other, similar retirement communities in other states. My first impression made the decision easy. What a beautiful new home for me. My four years have been happy. No home to take care of, no meals to prepare, a ride to Church and shopping. Friendly residents. A real emphasis on wellness with fitness classes daily. Resident led activities like bridge, mah jong, book club. Weekly outings to museums and lunches out. Please plan a visit. Ask to see an Ambassador residents who will answer questions on your visit and when you make your move, which I hope you will, resident Ambassadors will help you settle in. Staff is one of the best group of people I've dealt with in a long while. Nice sized rooms and good food.
