My mom just became a resident of Clarendale St Peters and what a warm welcome she received! She literally got the red carpet treatment. She was nervous about this life-changing move but the warmth and kindness of the staff and residents made mom feel right at home. I know mom will love living here!

We have been very happy with the experience my dad has had at Clarendale. His apartment is bright and well maintained. He often has said, “I have everything I need here!” He also comments frequently that the staff members are friendly and cheerful. He has become acquainted with many residents. The extra attention and programs for veterans are fun. Common areas and outdoor spaces are very inviting, and he enjoys taking walks around the perimeter 2-3 times a day. There are many activities to choose from. He especially likes the musical groups, most of which have been top notch- something he looks forward to. The food is usually quite good. Cost is on par with similar facilities in the area. It was a difficult decision to have Dad transition to an independent living facility, and I did a lot of research before we chose Clarendale. Seeing him content and happy there has eased my mind and made the transition much easier than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Clarendale of Chandler.

I can only say that everything herencia is gratis, it is vera comfortable placer for older People they have different activities such as vengo games, short exercises and others activities!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work at the front desk and A Place for Mom is great at sending prospective residents. I believe this is a great place to live and work. The residents that live here are happy and refer others to come live here. I believe APFM is essential in bringing in residents and they work well with our Marketing Director, [removed name].

Everyone I met was really nice from the staff to the residents. The building looked nice and clean, the bathrooms smelled nice as well. The facility was well taken care of and maintained. Thank you for inviting me to tour your establishment.

Havenwood of Richfield staff is so compassionate and caring of their Residents and family, staff believes in teamwork, this is a wonderful place to work, and to have your love one, I have really enjoyed working for this company

I started at Havenwood in June after a couple months of working here. I got pregnant and let me tell you the experience here at Havenwood of Richfield and me being pregnant and working has been amazing especially when I have good team members and [removed name] as a staff person and [removed name] as a person that stands next to me daily and we work on the memory care and it is great we get our work done. We go home and all is good Without feeling overwhelmed.

I have been working at Havenwood of Richfield for almost 2 years come in this July for one Havenwood or Richfield is a great location for me right off of 35 so I have no problem coming to work and being there on time for work another thing Haven wood of Richfield is a small community so it gives me more time to learn and spend with my resident the management team here is amazing they care about their staff and the most favorite thing that I love about Havenwood of Richfield is that the lunch is free and the lunch is is authentically made fresh every day

My mother is staying here. The property, the apartment and especially the staff are excellent. We looked at many properties and this was the best. I'm not sure how they do it, but everyone their including the residents smile all the time. It is a great value. There are better properties/service for a much higher price but this property and staff bring far more value than anything else we looked at. The food is only gets a 4 just because it is of course not an upscale dining experience. I highly recommend this property. Just stop by and walk in, you'll see immediately.

We were referred to Clarendale-Chandler by Director of Sales at [removed name]. We were looking for independent living options and a Sales Counselor from Clarendale gave us an excellent presentation and tour of the facility. We were very impressed by what we saw and decided to put a deposit down on the last remaining villa. We were also very impressed by the staff, facilities, services, grounds and surrounding area. We would highly recommend Clarendale of Chandler to anyone looking for an excellent senior living environment.

A great place to live. Everyone is wonderful. Everyone makes you feel like your home. They treat you with kindness and respect. Lots of things to do. You can be as busy as you want. If you need are want anything the staff go out of their way to make it happen. I am so happy I found Clarendale.

My mom moved here in May. We were immediately impressed with the style, cleanliness, and warmth of the staff. Since then she has struggled a bit to fit in, not yet finding a good friend, avoiding the dining facilities due to the long waits and not enjoying most of the food. She loves the bistro but she doesn’t think she should eat there as often as she does. She also could use more help with transportation. She can manage Uber but has had some frustration with them in the past and more facility van availability would help. I’ve tried to encourage her to participate in more of the activities (and there are many) but she has only attended a few things. She loves the performances, movies, new comer meetings, and the art show. She used to create a lot of art but now is limited to only showing her former talents. Thank you so much for giving her this joy!

We can’t say enough to express how wonderful Clarendale has been from the moment we met with [name removed] [name removed]communication was superb in keeping us informed about availability. Since my mom has moved in, she loves the food, has made great friends, The activities and the overall warmth and friendliness of the community are unmatched. The grounds are beautiful, and the apartments are laid out well and the hallways are kept always looking nice. You won’t find an activity committee like the Clarendale activity committee. Each holiday is decorated to the nines and brings such a sense of joy to the Residents . The activities are wide varied and continuous. Overall, it’s an excellent place and my mother is very happy here which makes us very happy.

Danberry is a beautiful facility. My family recently took a tour of the property and was really impressed with the amenities and activities available to residents. The staff members were courteous and professional.

I recommend Havenwood of Buffalo. The community is very welcoming and bright! Throughout the whole place, everyone greeted us and was very pleasant and informative. Answered all questions and provided great information

All 5 except activities, which they are working on, a 4. I do not know about care as we are in independent living and we are quite separated from the assisted living. The food is great! Our building is new and gorgeous. It is pricey, but everything is included even hanging our pictures. Apartment sizes are great with beautiful kitchens and good sized living rooms.

[removed name] was very friendly and helpful. She informed us of all our options as well as took us for a tour. It was a very warm atmosphere. The staff was very warm and welcoming. She even sent us off with dinner!

I’m in the process of finding a community for my Mom. I feel like Danberry would be the perfect transition for her. It offers everything and more that she could possibly need or want. It would be a perfect fit for my mom!

There are great people here. The community is very clean, but a little messy since they are remodeling. The staff know everyone's name and people are friendly. We don't need any care but others have said it is good. The staff is efficient and hard working and very friendly. The food is good and a big variety. There are lots of activities. Lots of games, crafts, entertainment. Haven't taken advantage of the pool or exercise but hope to soon. I think what we get is worth the price.
