Our dad has been living at Havenwood for the past couple of years and truly appreciates—along with his entire family—the beautiful facility, wonderful food, dedicated staff, and exceptional care he receives. Each Christmas, Dad traditionally sponsored an adults-only family dinner at a local restaurant. This year, we chose to hold our special family dinner at Havenwood, hosted by [removed name] and her team, and we couldn’t have been happier with the decision. The evening could not have gone any better thanks to the attentive staff and the way they graciously accommodated our family. The food and service were excellent and deeply appreciated. Toured about 8 facilities in this area and Avalon was my first choice for my dad based on several factors; Cleanliness staff facilities room size food. My dad is very happy and well taken care of.

There are so many places to explore. This place is elegant and staff and residents are the friendliest people in town. I’ve lived elsewhere and there’s just no comparison. I’m making new friends each day, doing the daily workouts and living like royalty.

[names removed] and their team recently prepared and served a Christmas dinner for my dad and family. The room was clean, nicely decorated, the food was delicious, the service was top notch. They were very accommodating to us. Since my dad has been living at Havenwood, we have found all staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciate knowing that my dad is in a good place, safe and being cared for and watched over. He has made many good friends with both residents and staff.

My dad was moving from Tennessee to Alabama and we toured 8 other independent Senior Living apartment facilities! Danberry was always at the top of the list and we were so glad when we moved him in in March 2025! He is now been settled at Danberry for 9 months. It has been a great experience and a wonderful place for him to live, make friends, and have lots of activities to do! We highly recommend Danberry!

[name removed] team had set up their private room at Havenwood and the Chef served a great meal of steak and shrimp. My father has hosted a dinner for just his kids and significant others for many years. This was the best experience because my dad did not have to travel, we had a great meal and plenty of time to catch up in the private room. We will be planning another event in the future. Everyone working there is so kind and friendly. My grandmother loves it there.

Brielle was a welcome surprise and a good fit for our mom. It is clean and the staff are attentive and helpful, the food is good, and the cost for the New York area is good.

First visited about 18 months ago. Moved in in [removed date]. Everyone was very helpful. Lori helped to find the right apartment. [removed name]was great during the move in process. Sent floor plans ahead of move. Was available on move on day and the next day (unpacking) to ensure all went well. The residents welcome committee then helped to get me oriented to the happenings at Danberry.

We would rate Gable Pines a 5+. We have been more here almost a year and it has been great. They really go the extra mile for your comfort and happiness. Yes, we would recommend Gables Pines to other families.

I love it here because the place is immaculate and the help is fantastic. They try to help you any way they can. I like the food. I love happy hours because I like to dance. I would never live anywhere else.

After looking at several different facilities, there was no comparison to match Danberry's facilities. A beautiful common area with quiet places to enjoy inside and out, a lounge area to enjoy television or hang out with other residents, very clean eating area (and the food is delicious). The apartments are roomy and do not feel cramped in any way.Painted with every new resident, you can choose your color scheme. Very important is the staff that takes care of our needs. They are the best. From my first visit I knew this was the place I could call home.

A resort-like retirement community with lush landscaping and grounds.  Residents are very friendly and welcoming. On one occasion I was there as a vendor during a recent Holiday Market selling local honey, and the staff and residents were both having a lot of fun with the event. I will even give this place consideration when I downsize.

Clarendale of Chandler is well-run with a professional, responsive staff. It offers a rich social life for residents who choose to participate in it. It's always clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Everyone who lives there seems very happy being there. There's a regular schedule of movies to view in a viewing room, interesting guest lectures, a TV room, many social events such as card games and trivia, and a workout room. It was especially charming to see how residents decorate the doors to their apartments, such as the resident who has a goose with an ever-changing wardrobe. Their kitchen offers a good selection of meals and is very accommodating as well. I highly recommend Clarendale for those looking for a welcoming, comfortable place for their family members to reside in their golden years.

As a new resident I am finding Clarendale a great place to live. Everyone, staff and residents are friendly and make living here enjoyable. Everything is well maintained and the staff goes out of their way to take care of any needs. Great location with everything close by.

We like meeting and dining with new people as well as old friends. We like that a variety of amenities are available, should we choose to use them. Our villa is great,especially the garage. We look forward to long and comfortable stay.
