When our Dad came to Clarendale we were all a little apprehensive, but it's been nothing but wonderful. He has many new friends, stays active & enjoys the meals & treats. I can relax knowing he is safe & cared for. He recently transitioned to Assisted Living & is adjusting well. Staff is friendly & caring, which is so important to us all.

I had the distinct pleasure of touring, Freedom Plaza Assisted Living and Memory Care. I found the accommodations and service uniquely tailored to provide a variety of options for individuals' loved ones when deciding whether an assisted living or memory care facility would be a fit for those you love and care about most. I am intuitively always looking at every staff member's interaction with each person and I was so very pleased to see that everyone was engaged and caring at both facilities. There is a wide array of services to engage each of the residents. Thank you, [Name Removed] for the tour. I visited a family friend of mine.I was really nervous visit. When I arrived at Havenwood rye staff there were so nice and friendly. From the time I walked in the door until I left. We were walking in the hall hallways, every staff said hello and asked how we were doing. It was clean and bright. I hope some day to live at Havenwood

We’ve been in our new apartment for a month and it feels like we are on vacation: no housework, cooking, or yard work. We’ve met wonderful neighbors, enjoyed activities, and best of all worked with a committed and talented staff! Making this transition is a huge step for any senior, but we researched various facilities and felt most at home here at Galleria Woods.

We have received excellent service before, during and after my mom’s move in at Danberry. The welcome package was just what we needed on move in day. Having lunch brought to the apartment along with all the information we needed to know and some essentials was awesome! On my mother’s 2nd day there she said she is happier than she has ever been in her life. The other residents are very friendly and welcoming as well. I have peace of mind knowing my mom is happy and well taken care of at Danberry.

Love the activities here. I like eating dinner with others. My apartment is very good. Food is very good. All the people who work here are wonderful.

From the moment we walked in for our tour to the day we moved mom into Clarendale, we have been so impressed and happy with the people, the care and the beautiful surroundings. Residents and employees treat each other with respect and concern. It is a wonderful environment for our mom!

The staff is always willing to go above and beyond taking care of my family. It is a comfort knowing while I can't be here all the time they are loved.

Staff there are absolutely fabulous. Just got a family. Member moved in a few weeks ago and everybody there has been wonderful with trying to make sure everything was covered and taken care of and that the transition was very smooth. Very happy!

I am truly blessed that Sedgebrook is my home. I have made numerous friends here during my short tenure. The food is very tasty and they give you so many options! The menu changes every week. My favorite is the beef tenderloin and stir fry! And you can’t forget about the dessert especially the ice cream!

My parents are residents, Danberry is taking great care of them and facilities are very nice. [Name Removed] specifically, has gone above and beyond. She has been especially welcoming and a joy to work with.

Wyndemere is in the process of renovating the lobby and it is beginning to look beautiful. It will be a great place to enjoy my coffee and mingle with others. The main reason why I chose Wyndemere is because of the location. I enjoy the residents. Everyone is so nice here. I am very happy and satisfied living here.

I am an outside contractor but have been working at this community for 6 plus years. It has always been a positive experience and the staff has always been very responsive and respectful. It is always immaculate and the perfect size. It has a welcoming feel and the front desk is accommodating. I would definitely consider this community for a loved one.

All interactions I have observed between staff and my father have been very kind, caring, dignified and respectful of his wishes. The staff here truly care about the residents. Nursing staff have always responded quickly to my questions or comments. This facility was at the top of our list when looking for an assisted living facility.

Hearthwood has been wonderful to work with. We help residents who are moving in and[Names Removed] are so helpful to us ensuring the move in process is smooth for each resident. They work so hard!

My husband and I live at Havenwood in Buffalo, the staff is amazing. The facility is so clean. The maintenance department is amazing, always there to help. Food is amazing as well. Thank you to Havenwood for all the kind staff
