The Delaney is a beautiful place, it is like staying at the Hilton, they have really good food there, and everyone there was so nice. Everything was good except our loved one was really active especially at night, and unfortunately they were just not able to keep up with him. He would fall out of bed which caused him to go to the ER a couple of times. They were just not very quick on their feet to try and figure out how to stop the problem.

I chose Burcham Hills because I went and interviewed different places and this is the one that stood out to me. It seemed like they had more of an open door policy, people were mingling rather than sitting in their rooms and I liked that. I am in a smaller apartment and I am happy with it, they do have other options as well on sizes. I would recommend others who are looking.

We chose the Solana because of all the above rating questions. It was clean, the food is very good, and the staff members were great. The room sizes here are perfect for the needs. I would recommend them.

Staff members at the community are great, and our loved one was very pleased with the food. They had to eat in their rooms for many months due to covid, but recently they are allowing the residents to eat in the dining room at the tables. Lately they have starting activities like bingo, a wine and cheese reception. They had a wine tasting day, beer tasting day, a nacho day and are having a chili cook off. They really try to get the residents out of their rooms and now have exercise classes every morning.

We chose Clarendale because it was a brand new facility and it was in a great location at the time for my mom. The room sizes here on the assisted living side are nice but the memory care rooms are kind of tight. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

The best feature that I liked was simplicity of the cost. The community has a nice and user friendly pricing system. I would recommend this community based on this feature. The location was nice for us. It was a clean environment, and good care for my loved one. The communication from the administration was not up to par. They didn't call us or call back after us leaving messages for them. They seem to only reach out to us when they were trying to get our business.

The staff is very friendly but I would like to see better communications when it comes to callbacks. The community is very nice and I would definitely recommend this community to others

The staff members are always fantastic, unfortunately our loved one is not impressed with the food. Due to covid it is now being delivered to their rooms, and we do know they offer a good amount of activities.

The rooms and overall layout of the community would be a five out of five. All the people were very pleasant they knew everyone by name which was nice. We were very satisfied with the Heritage Village Gainesville.

With the passing of my grandmother, my grandfather’s life stood still and he was no longer able to remain in their home on his own. Searching for somewhere new for him to live was overwhelming but thankfully I came upon Monticello West. I recall meeting with [name removed], the Director of Community Relations, and how comfortable she made me feel by putting my mind at ease they could provide the care we needed. Since the move to in 2016, I’ve found it to be a great environment for my grandfather. I’ve not heard one complaint from him and I’m overjoyed by the lifestyle he has adapted to so quickly. He continues making friends, attending social events, and says he loves the food! He is clean, as is his clothing and apartment. The Monticello team has always been helpful and easy to talk to about my grandfather’s care. I find the staff tenure reassuring with consistent care givers and have comfort knowing my grandfather is receiving the care he needs and deserves which has earned my trust.

Had a lovely conversation with [name removed] who gave me some tips and ideas. Unfortunately this place to appears to be our of our budget.

Our Family is so appreciative and thankful for the Clarendale Family! During this difficult time with Covid we know we have made the best decision for our Mother! [name removed] has gone out of her way in guiding us through this journey. We not only trust her but know she is committed to the senior population at Clarendale. [names removed], the nurse were so helpful and kind. The Lady at the front desk was so warm and kind too. After an extremely emotional day moving our Mother to assisted living at Clarendale we feel we have added quality to her life. Thank you!!! I just read not to use names so I give you permission to edit my note! Also I can not rate everything since our Mother has not yet been at Clarendale for 24 hours.

I would tell others that it is a nice community, adequately equipped. The staff is responsive. There are several activities for the residents to choose from. I found the meals to be above average when I ate there with my loved one.

The price of this community is reasonable and it is in a good location. They had a lot of things available like activities and space, there are on a lot of acreage. The rooms are pretty good, and in decent shape. We would recommend this community to others.

We think this community is a good value, and we thought it was very nice, the location was good and overall we were impressed. Our only issue we have had, was our loved one saying the food quality has gone down and the portions are small.

My mother-in-law chose Signature Pointe because she had been here before for rehab and they took her on a tour and she really liked it. They have a lot of variety on room sizes depending on what you need. She really likes the food here. The best part about the community so far would be the staff members, they work very hard to help and keeping residents busy during this time. I would recommend.

It's a beautiful facility and if you can afford it your loved one would be happy there. The room sizes were above average, The food was awesome before covid I have tried it since. They had a nice dining facility also. I would recommend this facility.

This place has been a lifesaver since I moved in. I have met friends and even though the virus has interrupted a lot of getting together, we still occasionally get together and have a good time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When there is occasionally a problem, the staff is quick to try to fix it. Whether it be with the other tenants or something concerning the apartment.

Our visit and tour at the facility was very informative. The services and amenities available for seniors is excellent.
