They appear to be understaffed . The activities calendar is apparently just an example; they don't actually do the activities list ed . The place is clean and the staff is pleasant . I'm hoping for improvement once they are fully staffed, but I do feel I was misled.

My dad is doing okay and seems comfortable living here. He is interacting with the other residents and making friends. He is participating in some of the daily activities they offer. He says he likes the food. The staff has been wonderful extremely friendly and very kind and attentive. I would recommend them.

Freedom Village delighted us with its warm, inviting atmosphere, abundance of organized activities, and attractive rooms. This community offers the independent lifestyle plus continuing care, if and when needed, that we are looking for for my Mother. I would give this 4 1/2 stars if the system would let us. The only slight downside we observed is that the area in which it is situated is rather industrial, not the most scenic of settings. But once on the grounds of the Village, it is very attractive.

Harbour Village was a nice and clean community. The staff was friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if it would be a good fit and a close enough community for our family and to be close to her Power of Health.

We needed 3 meals a day, a huge bedroom for a king size bed, and at a reasonable price. We had a good tour and everybody we met was nice. They were professional and they were able to give me answers I needed. When I was shown around the community the bedroom was not large enough. Their meal plan is one meal with breakfast. They were not fitting for our needs.

I have recently taken a tour of this community and so far I have no complaints of how things have been going for my loved one. The staff have been on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan they had as well as other great amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right location for my brother in the end decision.

This community is beautiful and well built. The staff is in most cases outstanding. As a start – up community it is most outstanding. There are naturally things to be worked out to complete the service offered, but it takes time to get everything up and running.

My father in law is well here in this community. He is safe, and in good hands. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. We satisfied with this community overall.

Both my parents are doing very well they are happy here. Since mom is more physically capable of doing more she is the one that has been participating in the activities and social events however dad is receiving physical therapy on site which is good. Their apartment is very nice it is spacious and very bright with 2 big windows. The staff is wonderful very nice and helpful however since the number of residents is growing they will need to hire additional staffing. There have been some changes in the administration but we are getting over that hurdle. The food is more than likely okay my mom is a good cook so my parents tend to judge it based on her style of cooking. My siblings and I feel our parents are being taken well care of and we have no issues with this community, in fact, we would recommend them.

The tour was very nice of the Vantage House. The staff was friendly and explained their requirements that the residents needed to meet for the care they would provide. The layout of how the residents dined together did not have the right atmosphere for what we were looking for my mom's dining experience. We chose another community that was a better fit for my mom.

This community was our second choice. We liked this community when we visited. The people we met were friendly and helpful. We were not sure what area our loved one would be placed in at the time of our tour so we had to wait until we knew to choose a community.

We had toured other communities however this one seemed to be the best for my husband. He is starting to adjust now. He is slowly starting to interact with the other residents. The community offers quite a few activities along with other events such as going out to lunch which my husband has gone a couple of times. The food that the community serves I think is very good I have eaten there several times and never been disappointed.

We had a very nice tour of this still under construction facility. It is very impressive and will be beautiful when finished. We looked at three different apartments single bedroom, smaller two bedroom and larger two bedroom. They are nice, but gave us a feeling of being too small. They have beautiful kitchens, but then have a large fee for meals that are provided. We felt that this place would be too extravagant for us because we like a simpler lifestyle. is kind of like moving into a large resort hotel. A no go for us.

I like to recommend A Place For Mom, the educated me and me when searching for my parent. The advisor told me about many communities and she was great. This community was very nice. It was really large and more further away from us. It was gated with very nice staff.

I like living here. Once in a while I may not like something but not often. Fellow room mates are very friendly. Workers are very helpful and friendly.

Visited facility July 20. I liked the activities list, though I doubt my dad would participate.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she made the move into this community. Every time I have gone to visit I have been pleased with what I have seen and think the staff do a great job maintaining the facility for all of the residents. She seems be comfortable in her new living environment and has no problems with how things are going. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a place for there loved one.

I had pleasant tour of this community. My tour guide was a kind gentleman. He was friendly, and informative. The community looked very nice from what I was shown. My concern was the kitchen in the room he showed me. The flooring of the kitchen was paper like. That scared me a bit, and I didn't wanna be responsible if anything happen to the floors. It was a nice experience, but I didn't feel it was the community for me.
