I liked the Sedgebrook when I toured it. The facility was clean and well maintained. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a good tour and they answered all of my questions as well as give me good information.

The Galbe was brand new and looked way too upscale. The chairs in the dining room were designer, and it seemed like overkill. The decorations were nice. It was mostly Assisted Living some memory care.

The first person asked how much income we had. We told him and he said we didn't have enough and walked out the room. I got a call a month later from a woman and she asked us to come view the community after talking with the director about pricing. I saw a beautiful apartment with vaulted ceilings but even with a discount it was too much for us. It was a nice experience but we could not afford to go there.

Overall I think Gable Pines is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and professional, and they genuinely seem to care about the people that they look after. Really the only issue we've had is that getting in touch with specific members of the nursing staff can be a long process. That being said, the care staff in general are very responsive to requests. I would definitely recommend them!

My mother has been at the Freedom Pointe for a few months, and it has been a big adjustment. She went from one on one 24 hour home care to assisted living. They do evaluations on her often for in case if she needs a higher level of care they can provide her with it. The only thing I am having a hard time adjusting to is not getting the immediate feedback from them like I used to get from the 24 hour nurse.

Pleasant environment, very good food, large appartments

My mother is having a hard time adjusting to this community, but the staff is doing a great job of helping her feel comfortable. This is a beautiful community, everything is very well maintained. Everyday she is getting better. They are doing a great job taking care of her, I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice facility.

When I toured the Harbour Village, I thought it was a very nice place. The community was clean and the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I did not see anything that needed major improvement.

The Harbour Village was a very nice community. It was an older building but the distance from the apartments to the main areas was a big far. Also, the location was not the most convenient for me. It was not what we were looing for.

We love this community. My aunt and uncle started here as a trail base experience. They enjoyed it so much that they started to move on a month to month lease. They are pleased with everything for the most part. The meals are good. They have nice outings outside the community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. My aunts only issue has been with her medication. She would like more feedback about when they change it, or why she is taking it. The staff is caring they are taking good care of them. I do feel they are in a good community, and I would recommend it.

This is a nice community, and my mother is doing well with her move here. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. They have a good staff. They have been great with quickly responding to my concerns. There are activities offered for the residents. She is pleased with the meals for the most part. So far this community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.

This was a very nice community. I did feel like I was walking into a school. It did not seem very open when you walk in. The staff was nice and they have a pool. They have more courtyards outside than the community we chose. We just did not feel this community was right for mom.

Since moving my parents into this community, it has been wonderful for them. My dad had his last resting place here and during that time they gave great care. My mom is still here and she will get to enjoy the care and community lifestyle.

My father was in this community during his transition period. He did very well during his stay at this community. I knew he was safe, and being provided with great care. I was very pleased with all they did for my family. This is a very nice community with caring people.

This community was very nice. The people were great as well and very accommodating. The community was clean and neat. We liked everything accept for the distance it was to far for my parents to be from us.

We really liked this community. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with all of our questions. The community layout though was just a little tight for all the residents. The community was well kept.

This is a beautiful place to live with extremely caring staff. We especially appreciate [Removed], the assistant who helps my Grandma each day, and [Removed], who waits on her each night in the dining room. Their sincere care for her has helped to put us at ease knowing she is in good hands there and that they are really looking out for her best interest. The food there is wonderful and we really appreciate that we can join her for lunch or dinner when we want and just have to pay for our own meals. The nursing staff is quite thorough and their attention to detail has been appreciated. There have been a few surprises in regards to fees and care costs that were not disclosed at our first meeting, that we found out about after deciding to move her into there. We have ended up paying much more than we had thought we were going to, but we know that she is in good hands.

This was a nice tour. The staff was nice and one thing was that they had a down payment that would not work for us. They would allow you to live there longer than financial needs would . would allow. We would recommend families to tour this nice community for the care of a loved one's needs.

My mother is well at this community. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. The staff is great. The community looks nice, and well-kept. All is well so far for us here at this community.

So far everything is working out pretty well for me since my move to this community. I'am comfortable, and happy with my move here. The community looks great, everything is extremely clean. All of the staff is very nice. They have activities offered for the residents. The meals are pretty good, its what you could expect when feeding that many people. It is a very nice community, and I would recommend it. All is well so far.
