I chose First and Main because they accepted pets at the time and also it was one of the lesser expensive ones that I looked into. The administrative staff and everyday staff here are very friendly. The room sizes are a little on the smaller side. There is not much closet space. A lot of the foods served are greasy and the quality is not very good. I am able to cook in my room so I do that if I do not like what is served or if I do not want to go downstairs to eat. They do serve really good ice cream, but they only have the basic flavors, when I first came they had a lot of variety of choices. A lot of the residents here are in wheelchairs or are bedridden, so they are a little further with the care they need than I am, so that can be difficult. But overall, I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Gable Pines has been a great fit for my mother in law and she likes it here. The dining rooms are open again so she is able to get out more which has been great for her. She says that she really enjoys the food. They seem to take care of our loved one really well and do screenings when you come in. They have also been accommodating with her physical therapy needs. I would recommend them to others looking.

I have a very large apartment, but it is expensive. They have different options of sizes on rooms depending on the cost. I was disappointed that the room was not inspected before I moved in. When I moved in there were some issues such as microwave missing parts, kitchens did not have shelves, etc. Other than that it is a wonderful place and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The Delaney is a beautiful place, it is like staying at the Hilton, they have really good food there, and everyone there was so nice. Everything was good except our loved one was really active especially at night, and unfortunately they were just not able to keep up with him. He would fall out of bed which caused him to go to the ER a couple of times. They were just not very quick on their feet to try and figure out how to stop the problem.

I chose Burcham Hills because I went and interviewed different places and this is the one that stood out to me. It seemed like they had more of an open door policy, people were mingling rather than sitting in their rooms and I liked that. I am in a smaller apartment and I am happy with it, they do have other options as well on sizes. I would recommend others who are looking.

Staff members at the community are great, and our loved one was very pleased with the food. They had to eat in their rooms for many months due to covid, but recently they are allowing the residents to eat in the dining room at the tables. Lately they have starting activities like bingo, a wine and cheese reception. They had a wine tasting day, beer tasting day, a nacho day and are having a chili cook off. They really try to get the residents out of their rooms and now have exercise classes every morning.

We chose Clarendale because it was a brand new facility and it was in a great location at the time for my mom. The room sizes here on the assisted living side are nice but the memory care rooms are kind of tight. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

The best feature that I liked was simplicity of the cost. The community has a nice and user friendly pricing system. I would recommend this community based on this feature. The location was nice for us. It was a clean environment, and good care for my loved one. The communication from the administration was not up to par. They didn't call us or call back after us leaving messages for them. They seem to only reach out to us when they were trying to get our business.

The staff is very friendly but I would like to see better communications when it comes to callbacks. The community is very nice and I would definitely recommend this community to others

The staff members are always fantastic, unfortunately our loved one is not impressed with the food. Due to covid it is now being delivered to their rooms, and we do know they offer a good amount of activities.

The rooms and overall layout of the community would be a five out of five. All the people were very pleasant they knew everyone by name which was nice. We were very satisfied with the Heritage Village Gainesville.

Had a lovely conversation with [name removed] who gave me some tips and ideas. Unfortunately this place to appears to be our of our budget.

Our Family is so appreciative and thankful for the Clarendale Family! During this difficult time with Covid we know we have made the best decision for our Mother! [name removed] has gone out of her way in guiding us through this journey. We not only trust her but know she is committed to the senior population at Clarendale. [names removed], the nurse were so helpful and kind. The Lady at the front desk was so warm and kind too. After an extremely emotional day moving our Mother to assisted living at Clarendale we feel we have added quality to her life. Thank you!!! I just read not to use names so I give you permission to edit my note! Also I can not rate everything since our Mother has not yet been at Clarendale for 24 hours.

I would tell others that it is a nice community, adequately equipped. The staff is responsive. There are several activities for the residents to choose from. I found the meals to be above average when I ate there with my loved one.

The price of this community is reasonable and it is in a good location. They had a lot of things available like activities and space, there are on a lot of acreage. The rooms are pretty good, and in decent shape. We would recommend this community to others.

We think this community is a good value, and we thought it was very nice, the location was good and overall we were impressed. Our only issue we have had, was our loved one saying the food quality has gone down and the portions are small.

It's a beautiful facility and if you can afford it your loved one would be happy there. The room sizes were above average, The food was awesome before covid I have tried it since. They had a nice dining facility also. I would recommend this facility.

Our visit and tour at the facility was very informative. The services and amenities available for seniors is excellent.

Staff very friendly, kind, and helpful. Food quite good, interesting and plenty of it! Nursing care attentive and prompt. This is a limited review because few group activities occurring because of Covid.

Richmond Place is a nice place to reside. The community is beautiful, and they have a lot of activities for the residents. The room was great for our loved one. The food was enjoyed by my loved one, while she was there.
